Nice friendly atmosphere and lovely staff. Lunch menu not huge but its quality that counts and they have it. My wife the quiche and I had the pie of the day.. To full for a dessert so ordered cake to take home - yum The view across the Cotswold from their conservatory is great.

Searching for somewhere for 12 of us to meet for brunch before an overnight stay in Bourton on the Water, I came across this cafe and so very happy I did. Fantastic location & easy to find with plenty of parking. Staff were very welcoming & showed us to our reserved table with menus. Rather than taking a whole table order, we were able to order at the bar which is much easier than having to split the bill at the end. Drinks were nice & hot and everyone was very happy with what they had ordered. We will all definitely return again if in the area.

Ample parking, nice shop, very friendly welcome. But food (breakfast) on our most recent visit was not as well cooked as on previous visits.

The Cotswold Foodstore and Cafe is a real gem in the Cotswolds. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, the food is delicious, and the shop is well stocked.

I have driven past The Cotswold Food Store and Cafe lots of times but usually when it’s closed! Recently I had the opportunity to meet up with friends for a Sunday morning breakfast, I wish I had stopped off sooner. It was a warm welcome from Bernard and his team which was followed by several great coffees and a lovely breakfast. As with many restaurants, cafes and hospitality generally they are struggling to keep a full compliment of staff due to ‘pingdemic and self isolation’. Please be understanding if you have to wait a little longer for breakfast than is usual, be assured they are working very very hard to get your food out to you as quickly as possible. After the last year and a half I’m just glad to be out and about and to have the chance to stop off at lovely places like this; sit back, relax and enjoy the hospitality. I bought a number of butchery items from the farm shop, all were delicious, as was the Lemon Drizzle cake that I bought to go.

Popped in for some food, greeted and offered table all very efficient. Had the soup which was e cellent and I had sausage egg and chips followed by coffees and a slice of Victoria sponge. Very nice indeed worth a visit if your in the area, large car park so no hassle.

We stopped by this highly recommended cafe in the middle the village - right next to the church. The homemade cake and the were perfect for our stopover while hiking nearby.

This is a well kept secret. The food although limited menu is excellent at a reasonable price. The staff are helpful and friendly and the cakes are home made. It is also a food store that sells mainly local produce of quality. Ample car parking. Dine both inside our outside with a good view. Eclectic mix of customers but all are welcome.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, highly recommend for a light lunch in Moreton-In-Marsh, will certainly return in future!

The bread and cakes from here are epic - really good Croissant and the Sourdough is top class - can perch indoors if you are lucky or sit outside on some rather flimsy folding chairs, either way teh coffee is very good and even better with a bun! Quality of product is the main attraction, its not a large enterprise like some of the other places nearby. Worth finding.

The cafe is very basic which is fine, however, the prices are too high. Two coffees over nine pounds. We did have oat milk instead of cows and one was decaf but even so that’s the most we have been charged for two medium sized coffees anywhere in the UK. There was even a 10% service charge added to the bill which again was a first for us in a cafe. Staff were very nice but we won’t return. There is a limit to how much we want to pay for coffee. It’s not £9+.

We nipped in for a quick drink, the orange wine was delicious and the place has a nice atmosphere. We had some little snacks whilst visiting.

The guy who works here is rude and condescending. Dare you not be a perfect coffee expert and ask for advice on which drink to choose.
