Very friendly staff, nice place will definitely return

Looks like a nice place however this comes with an expensive price. I ordered a sausage and bacon bap for £6.20 I got 2 sausage and my bacon still on the farm… the bap makes up for 90% of the food since it’s too big for the food inside. Personally I’d rather go to a burger van to pay half the price and get the full order! The place looks clean definitely requires some background music because otherwise it’s just the staff talking l. Definitely not worth the try

Flying stop for some take out drinks, might have to stop by for longer next time as the food looked great and always nice to be met by a smiling face

Such a lovely friendly place good food.

Quick service. Good food, even the vegetarian breakfast options. Staff were a bit sullen, not very chatty. Maybe it was just a very busy day.

Chic, no doubt popular bistro- style coffee shop plus with appetising cake treats and reasonable coffees, slightly let down by unengaging service from young staff who seem not to notice customers- very little conversation. I was waiting for several minutes whilst three staff busied themselves on phones, other preparations, even a young long- lashed young woman was eating leftovers and on her phone..strange idea of customer service? For all that , cheesecake was delicious, coffee good and busy atmosphere inside felt inviting- just the silent staff a bit off- putting.

Great for tea/coffee and cake. Very efficient at handling orders at the counter for delivery to table even for large groups. Superb friendly service. Really nice selection of cakes, including some unique items and savouries like sausage rolls and even all-day breakfasts. Perfect for sitting inside or out where tables are under large canopies. Warm welcome and goodbye.

We previously visited the coffee shop in December and had 2 full English breakfasts and was very impressed, so me and my husband decided to visit again today and had the full English again and it didn't disappoint. Was just as good as the first time! Definitely recommend haven't tried the cakes and bakes but loads on offer and all look very yummy. Give it a try you won't be disappointed with 😊

Found by chance. Only had coffee but it was really good and a fair price. Staff were friendly. Food looked tasty - jacket potatoes were huge. Lots of parking nearby

Lovely staff, great breakfast and super coffee

Went on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't busy but the 5 members of staff attitude to customer service could at best be described as indifferent. Not Hellos or goodbye, just happy talking amongst themselves. Coffee and cake were pretty average and no skimmed milk option.

Called in on the way back k from Reading and cafe busy with cyclists outside and families dining inside. Coffee and pastries were excellent. Good value for money

Very tasty food with a big selection of breakfast dishes available. They also do smoothies, and the coffee is good too. It's right off the main route to Basingstoke and south and with lots of nearby parking it's a good spot to stop on the way to the coast.

A great little coffee shop that does great food and delicious cakes. Dogs aren't allowed inside but there is a covered outdoor seating area. It gets busy but tables can be reserved. Definitely recommend!

Great local cafe that serves a delicious breakfast and coffees. Lovely location and ambience and friendly staff.

Lovely little shop, never too crouded and the coffee is worthy, Parking can be a little tricky for the non-locals but don't fret, there are plenty of room on the road next to the café you can park.

This was my first visit to the cafe, and I was very impressed with the selection of items available on the menu, the specials, the cakes and the treats available. The food was prepared quickly and was very good. I will be going back again.

Great place for coffee, snacks & cakes. Dog friendly, Allergen- knowledgeable and proud of what they serve - in their plates & in their cups!! On the doorstep of Sherfield Oaks golf club, so a nice little stop off for a pre or post round brew that won’t make you squint!!

Our first time here. Sat outside - such a shame there is so much heavy traffic coming through. Anyway - nice to sit in the autumn sunshine. Slight mix up with our order, but otherwise, but the sausage bap was tasty, and the coffee lovely. Well worth a visit. 👍

Coffee was fine. Despite there being nobody else in the shop when I ordered my food, the order was lost. 35 minute wait and I got a refund. It looks nice but I ran out of time. Better look next time.

Great breakfast. Visited on Saturday morning and had a Full English and Eggs Benedict. The specials board had all day omelettes 😋. Started to get busy busy around 9am. Great cake selection and the lunch menu looked good too. Will return if we're in the area again.

Regular mid way stop on our cycle rides, staff always go the extra mile for you and cakes are delicious 😋

It says i's dog friendly but it's not. Dogs only allowed in terrace, which in winter is not ideal. Don't advertise it as dog friendly if it's only on terrace. They don't do ice coffees neither so if you're a fan of ice drinks that's not your place.

A friend who lives in the area took me here today. On arrival the staff were very polite, the coffee shop was very clean and this also had a really nice atmosphere. My only grumble about this coffee shop was that a tiny bit over priced for the cakes we had, but they all tasted delicious all the same. I will definitely recommend to friends and come again also.

Stopped by this morning to grab some breakfast. Really nice bacon sarnie and a good cuppa tea. They were really busy but didn’t have to wait long for drinks or food and it was all served with a smile.

I'm always going with family. The staff are really nice the food is amazing and I cannot fault it at all.

Nice atmosphere and staff were all really friendly.

Came in on Thursday, mixed up our order twice but did rectify it immediately which was good. I had the sausage and caramelised onion panini with an oat latte. Within 30 minutes I had crippling pain in my stomach! I didn’t eat anything before hand as it was late morning so I know it was from that meal and the following next few days weren’t great. I don’t write a post like this lightly but I really thought I should after my experience here. It’s unfortunate because I wanted to love this place after the glowing reviews.

Had a breakfast bap with sausage bacon and egg with a fabulous cappuccino made with oat milk. The best breakfast we’ve had out in a long time. 10/10

very nice place for breakfast. you are always welcome here and you can see the sincere smiles of the management staff. a large portion of delicious coffee with milk, and toast or scrambled eggs for breakfast will make your day start cheerful and joyful. food is available indoors and on a comfortable terrace in the courtyard of the cafe.

Had a lovely cooked breakfast, nothing fancy and perfectly cooked, which is how I like it. One of my group had a bacon sandwich and really enjoyed it. The toasted tea cake looked and smelt so lovely I will be definitely be trying one next time I go. Service was very friendly.

As always a great experience, We love sitting outside. Great food as well. Always good service, the home made soup is exceptional. Whatever season it is it's always a lovely experience.
