Just wanted to leave a review to say thank you. My newborn kept waking up from her naps and would cry when she heard the ice cream van song, I politely asked if they wouldn’t mind parking a little bit further down the road as it had happened on a few occasions. The person driving the ice cream van was very nice about it and even apologised which wasn’t necessary. Since this, they continue to park on the opposite road and don’t play the song. So THANK YOU very much for being so respectful! 😄

Looked on Google for ice cream. Came up as rossi’s at eastrop park was open and closes at 6pm. Got there and it was closed. Don’t advertise as open if your not going to be. Won’t be returning

Rectory Rd, Oakley, Basingstoke RG23 7EL, United KingdomA stunning location set in beautiful gardens. The staff were excellent and the public areas are well maintained. I would have liked to see the rooms better kept, having said that they were still of a very good standard. The lighting was in the rooms wasn’t great however, and just some extra thought into finer details (welcome pack, chocolates, etc) would have been nice. The dinner however let the hotel down, we were there as corporate guests so that may have had an impact on the quality of our food but breakfast was really good, overall a very enjoyable visit.
