Realmente he disfrutado de mis visitas aquí en el pasado, sin embargo, después de mi visita más reciente me quedé muy decepcionado con la falta de respeto por el personal por el gerente! El ambiente se vuelve casi insoportable y por desgracia me hizo sentir muy incómodo! Una pena que el personal suele ser muy agradable.

Lovely clean place, the staff here were more than welcoming and made me feel so comfortable, it is just like home from home ,nothing is too much hassle, they take such a great approach with customers, definitely the best service I've had anywhere! And a beautiful coffee too!Thankyou!

Covid arrangements excellent. Friendly welcoming staff. 🍓 Strawberry milkshakes perfect. Cakes excellent. Also plenty of wow savouries. Outdoor and indoor seating. Accessible toilet. All on one level. Blue badge parking outside. Buses.

My daughter and her boyfriend went on a date and the chicken wings they ordered were raw inside. When they questioned this the waitress (we think she was called Autumn) responded with a giggle and remarked ‘Oh here we go!’ and walked off before returning and saying ‘it’s not raw, it’s deep fried and temperature checked’ which didn’t explain the blood on the plate. The ‘chef’ then came over (minus a hair net/hat) and told them that sometimes ‘ when we cut the wings we can cut through a blood vessel which means that there is blood in the chicken but it’s fine’. My daughter and her boyfriend sent them back but we’re still charged and when they said they didn’t think they should pay, and were offered a 10% discount off the wings they didn’t eat!!!

63 Stamford New Road5 Stars - Always a Fantastic Experience! I absolutely love coming to Toast in Altrincham—every visit is a pleasure. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food and drinks are always spot on, and all the team go out of their way to make you feel at home. A special shoutout to Justin & Jordan, who consistently go above and beyond to accommodate every need with professionalism and a friendly smile. The attention to detail and customer care really make a difference and keep me coming back. Thanks to all the staff for creating such a lovely spot—highly recommend!

57 Stamford New RoadWhat a shame this used to be a lovely pub.... Not sure what's happened. Called in last night just seems dirty and unloved. Staff were disinterested and barely could be bothered just sat on stools. Then there was thrash metal music being played out. Awful.
