Andrew bakes the Staffordshire Oatcakes for sale at the cafe and offers a variety of plentiful fillings to ensure a tasty all day treat to eat at the cafe or to take away. Great staff service, freshly ground coffees and local cakes all at a very reasonable price. Well worth a visit.

Arranged to meet a friend for coffee here last week after we both agreed to try somewhere other than Costa/ Starbucks. I’m so glad we settled on this place as the coffee was incredible… some of the nicest coffee I’ve tasted in a long time! The shop was very nicely decorated and felt like a very nice place to chill out and enjoy a drink. It was very quiet in here when we visited which was nice for us, I just hope the business can sustain itself having 2 tables in for the duration of an hour, it would be a real shame if this coffee shop had to close so if you’re nearby definitely go and support it!

First time in today as me & my friend spotted it last week,Looked super clean & decorated to very high standard.We had nice pot of tea & some cakes.It was great to see the prices was quite a bit cheaper than local competion.The chap who served us was very friendly & brought every thing to us. 10/10

Nice afternoon tea but the only problem is that the poor girls inside this establishment are rushed off their feet and they don’t have the time to clean the tables.

Excellent cafe! The customer service was absolutely fantastic! The cafe itself was extremely clean and if you ask they'll also do afternoon tea! Would definitely recommend!

If you want an afternoon cream tea without breaking the bank this is the place we booked with groupon and what a BARGAIN we didn’t expect much for the money but how wrong can you bee sandwich’s scones and six cakes on top yes six get the doggy bag ready this is some cream tea with a massive pot of tea the orders should be flying in you don’t get many bargains these days but this is one you would be mad to miss they even accompanied us with no salmon as we are allergic plus two not one boxes to take our cakes home which my son and grandson were over the moon with we have already bought another but will wait a month as the deal states I could eat one each week if they let me I love a bargain.

Went in today while I waited for my son to finish up at his appointment and couldn't recommend more! Polite and friendly staff, service with a smile and great coffee and food. The place is clean and cosy with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a meet up with friends, a quiet place to work or a quick drink and bite to eat. I will be returning!

as a coeliac it's always a gamble trying a new place. my allergy was taken very seriously (THEY EVEN HAVE GLUTEN FREE OAT MILK!!!) they selection of gluten free cakes were great (at the same price no gluten tax!) I have been a few times and don't see that changing. Huge shout out to Kim who always has a smile on her face and will go out of her way to help :)

Lovely little place, staff are extremely friendly and the environment relaxed. They have a large selection of tea, the coffee was lovely and far better than the local chains. Prices are very reasonable with a selection of cakes, sandwiches and jacket potatoes to choose from. Will definitely be back.

Just what this town needs. Superb food and oatcakes. The loveliest and friendliest staff. And coffee to die for. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I've visited here a number of times under the previous owner and the coffee was always amazing. After being taken over, however, the coffee is dreadful. I've visited twice for an Americano. The coffee is under extracted and tastes sour. Both times I've thrown it away because it was undrinkable. On one of the occasions I visited I also bought 6 oatcakes to take away. They're flavourless and don't have a label indicating their ingredients and allergens which is illegal. I won't be visiting again.

Picked up a dozen oatcakes. Had them for breakfast this morning, cracking recipe, best I’ve tasted. Just what Stafford needed 5 star oatcakes, 5 star service

I had booked for afternoon tea for my family for a celebration. I booked here as had heard good things about the food and prices! I had booked online and explained that it was for a family celebration and I was bringing my son (child's afternoon tea) and my toddler . When we were arrived we were greeted with the friendliest staff and shown to our table which was decorated with congratulations banners. This was such a lovely thought ! The drinks were served in individual tea pots so everyone could have a different tea or coffee. When the afternoon tea came out...wow... The quality of the food was insane. The sandwiches were plenty, the cakes were tasty and same as the scones ( we asked to take some home which they bagged up for us) The staff had said they had put a few extra sandwiches and some carrot and cucumber sticks out for my toddler too and this was such a nice though too. 100% would visit again and the chocolate strawberries were a huge hit! Thank you xx

Chicken and pesto sandwich didn't have much flavour sadly. Hot chocolate on my last visit was great though. The male servers could have looked happier. However, the manageress is lovely.

This is such a lovely little cafe. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We have a little 1 year old who doesn't like to sit still and we've never felt more welcome to be able to enjoy a coffee and not worry about a noisy little one. Not to mention the bacon sandwiches are banging!! Such a lovely atmosphere, couldn't recommend this little cafe enough. Thank you 😊
