Lovely people and always a warm welcome

Garden full of dog poo. Pub smells like wet dogs as well. Maybe have a little tidy up.

Nice enough, but feels like you’re drinking in someone’s store cupboard. Needs attention to detail.

Lovely little local boozer. Lacking in craft ale but the have john smiths and a great selection of lager. Always friendly and welcoming.

In a large group of 12, they were incredibly accommodating and professional dealing with our range of dietary needs including allergies and vegan requirements. The drinks were lovely, the staff were kind and we all enjoyed our meals. The wide and diverse range of vegan options allowed for all of our party to enjoy a variety of options enabling an incredibly positive experience. The portion sizes were generous and the food was delightful; we all thoroughly enjoyed our time!

If you are looking for a friendly welcoming proper pub. Look no further. Spot on. : )

Felt like a 'locals' pub which is not a bad thing. Limited choice of bitter knocks it down a star in my book. Parking isn't so great but you will probably find a space nearby. Friendly atmosphere and worth a visit.

Brilliant little pub great atmosphere

This is a great pub with a good selection of drinks, no loud music, and an excellent garden. It's one star short as the kitchen isn't (yet) working and thusly I can't go for a pub lunch once a week as used to be my custom in the old world.

Lovely staff, good atmosphere and what I would call a proper boozer. Garden at the back is good too. Good selection of ales and cider.

The Inn was clean and cosy, modernity mixed with traditional appeal. Mine hosts-Nigel, Jo and Tina - were pleasantly attentive with the Covid imposed table service and nothing too much trouble. Plans for outdoor seating and the provision of food are promised, if the Council shifts to encourage this local venue with the appropriate licence. A real addition to the growing community.

As always, very friendly, well organised and, above all, safe. Well worth a visit!
