The Clock Tower in Cheltenham

Working lunch here recently. Quick service from the staff and they were all friendly and efficient. Lunch menu was really good with lots of choice.

Great for couples and lots on offer. A beautiful pub that keep clean and tidy with alot of space. Food is fresh and hot and the service was great. Highly recommend and will be coming back soon.

We went to the clock tower after going to the festival. Absolutely fantastic place! Great selection of drinks, brilliant food! Didn't cast a arm and a leg either! Would highly recommend! Will be back time and time again definitely. Thanks guys

What a great pub, we were staying at the near by Double Tree hotel and came to The Clock Tower first for a quick bite but returned the next day because both food and service were amazing. We had Cow Boy burger, soup and fish& chips. All were very tasty but Cow Boy burger is a must. Team is super friendly and accommodating. Nikita deserves a special mention, she was wonderful, making dining with kids very easy for us! Thank you guys and keep up the great work.

Nice and helpful staff and good food for this type of venue. However, be aware that the car park fines are heavy and despite entering my registration in the tablet device on the bar I was fined £100 (reduced to £60 for prompt payment) for less than 2 hours parking and a receipt for meals and drinks for 4 was deemed as insufficient evidence. I'd say park if you dare! Sorry to say I won't be back.

What a joke! Absolutely nothing for vegans, settled for onion barges and chips, which was about a mouthful, watching all these great big meals float by for the meat eaters! still hungry when I left!!!! Thank you for your reply. Still, if you like spicy food, that’s fine which we don’t, The veggie burgers are not vegan, You have no sausage and mash with vegan sausage And you have no roast dinner that’s vegan optional, We are not into Currys or anything spicy. Please update your menu.

Amazing Fish & Chips and Great Atmosphere! I recently visited Huw’ Restaurant and I was blown away by their chips! They were perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and had just the right amount of seasoning. Every bite was a delight. The restaurant itself had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had a great dining experience. If you’re a fan of delicious, well-cooked chips, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Had an amazing experience at this pub restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and Huw, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was so cozy, and both the building and the restrooms were spotless. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and food. Nikita was absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite.

Despite our late visit on a Sunday evening to have food, it arrived promptly, it was hot, appeared fresh (not reheated from earlier), and tasty. Staff polite and attentive. Although generally quiet there was a low background hum, making the place feel comfortable. Tables and menus were clean, and not sticky as some places become. It’s also not part of the hotel behind which we originally thought it was. Would recommend.

Such a treat to find ALL the staff friendly, welcoming, helpful plus speedy service for great value food. This really made our road trip to Cheltenham. Dog friendly too and friendly chatty locals when approached. Great management and clean smart building inside and out

We were made very welcome by Nikita and the service and the food was very nice.

We were there to celebrate a 60th birthday and there was 20 of us there we all thought the service from Nikita and the other members of staff was brilliant. There were a couple of things on the menu that wasn’t available and they were very apologetic about but that didn’t ruin our afternoon, they were very accommodating when it come to asking for extra cutlery/napkins. Will definitely be returning.

We booked 24 places for a Birthday Meal for my wife on Saturday 8th March. We were given the Conservatory for the Evening and were allowed to dress it up with balloons,banners and flowers. The food was fantastic, served hot and all at the same time. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Nikita who despite being rushed off her feet due to a busy night, always made sure we were OK. Please pass on our thanks to the Chefs and team and we will definitely see you again soon. Burt

Excellent service at the Clock Tower they squeezed us in today on a very busy Sunday. The service was excellent we were served by Nikita who was fab really lovely and polite. There was a big group of us and she was so quick with the food. Everyone loved there food will definitely return.

We stayed at the Hilton next door and ate at The Clock Tower on our second night. Good British pub food, reasonably priced drinks. Nikita and staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place for a family meal. Great food, quick and friendly service and dog friendly too. If you haven’t been this is well worth a visit.

The most expensive drinks for a chain pub I've ever seen outside of London. £14.35 for a gin & tonic and a Peroni. Nice vibe though and spacious.

Very good food, service good, lovely and warm. Tried the games, dart board unusable so old and worn the darts kept falling out. Played junior scrabble and the board is ripped also played connect fall abd there aren't enough pieces to complete the game.

A party of 12 stayed in the hotel next door for the racing at the end of Jan 25. We ate in the pub every night (3 nights) food was excellent, the staff couldn't do enough for you, so friendly and helpful. We will definately be returning in future

Josh was legendary, as was his hairstyle! The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was lovely. My friend was also delighted with how her dietary requirements were handled and the fact that you could order extra veg as a side. Will absolutely come back :)

Visited for the first time in a while for a family festive meal. The service was very good, with polite and friendly staff. The time between the three courses was great, and quality of food superb (all served hot), with plenty of it (loved the banoffee tart!). Value was amazing. Set us up for the start of x mas celebrations.

We had a great meal here and the staff were really first class, all were friendly and welcoming especially Nikita who seemed to have roller skates on! Nothing to much trouble and so positive a real credit to the establishment, there were 12 of us and we had nothing but good reviews, we ate there twice and never had an issue.

The waiter there was super welcoming, cheerful and kind, answering questions with detailed information and helping with a passionate willing heart. Fish and chips was super soft inside and crispy outside, I could fully enjoy as it never had any slight fishy smell at all, and it still stayed crispy till i finish the plate. This place was very spacious with plenty of seats with great cozy mood. Overall, I was very satisfied with this pub and I definitely want to visit again!

I have to say clock tower pub is one of the best pubs I've been to . The staff are great very professional experience staff . Very friendly and helpful staff . Great food compliment to the chef and Nikita. Nikita running around looking after every body on a busy Saturday night and also giving your new staff training at the same time . She is unbelievable great at her job

We love coming to The Clock Tower for our family meals. The staff are exceptionally friendly and are always polite and helpful. Food is great quality and we enjoy the quiet family friendly atmosphere with the added bonus that they allow dogs! Today, we were largely served by Nikita who was very friendly and helped ensure our large order met our needs, double checking to make sure we had everything. She even recommended a nice Rose wine for my mum! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a calm, friendly atmosphere. Added bonus is that they accept Blue Light Discount!

Meals are no longer of the same high quality as before

Christmas lunch was absolutely shocking might as well have had a microwave pre packed meal. Staff need to smarten up and get taught good service ! Never again !!! A refund will not even replace such a meaningful occasion

Thirty members of St Mary’s Church Mothers’ Union enjoyed a lovely Christmas lunch today. We were very well looked after and we all enjoyed the food. The staff were very polite and very attentive. Nikita, Josh and Hugh worked very hard to keep the food coming.

When for pre xmas family meal,had mixcher of food,from chicken roast dinner,to curry . Chicken was soaked in foul tasting oil, spent over £110 on 6 meals with just pop for us all. Never again
