Flames in Cheltenham

Last chance for flames and yet again disappointed. My decade of custom has been lost. Increased prices and vastly reduced quality.

Awful service food didn’t arrive and no refund, restaurant hung up on the phone call.

Never had a bad meal from Flames. Food arrives piping hot and the portions are generous! Also the only place I can get a kebab that won’t make me poorly. 5 stars!

when I ordered I already allowed time past prediction of ASAP but sadly 30 minutes late.

I need a refund pls bc I didn’t get what I ordered I am allergic to strawberry I would like my money back thanks if that’s okay

For the first time ordering from Flames. The food was delicious and all food and drink acconted for. Delivery was just before time and the food was still hot to eat. hopefully will be the same next time we order.

Absolutely terrible service… the customer service was disgusting.. they also got a simple order of two mixed kebabs wrong one with chilli sauce one with garlic mayo… turned up and it was cold and both had chilli sauce… when I phoned the restaurant to explain they was rude and arrogant towards me and said I was drunk because I had complained about what happened!! Will never ever use them again….!! TERRIBLE SERVICE

Used to be a really good takeaway but they have become stingy on portion size. I’m very disappointed

We use Flames regularly, but never again! Usually order via Just Eat, but was unable to last night, so did phone order direct to Flames.....took 2 hours to arrive after being chased....wrong burger, no chips, and kebabs were smaller than normal with hardly any salad, bag was covered In leaked chilli sauce everywhere. Very disappointing. Don't know if Flames have changed owner's but we won't be going there again. Shame.

Amazing portion size and quality. We’ve been on the hunt for a good kebab place in Cheltenham and this definitely tops all the ones we’ve previously tried!

Unfortunately pizzas both not travelled well and toppings stuck to lids. Food quality and delivery otherwise brilliant

Delicious lamb sheesh kebab. Plenty of salad too, garlic sauce was amazing.

the delivery time changed 3 times then it was 5 to 10 minutes lates after the third time change and it was warm not hot when we opened it

Delivered 15 mins early. Plenty of meat and salad on the mixed shish kebab. Curly fries were nice and crunchy on the outside.

Food was tasty and delivered super quick, however the quantity and quality wasn’t as good as previous orders… Ordered a large kebab and it came with loads of salad but certainly not a large portion of meat and hardly any garlic sauce. Shame as the food is normally really good.

We order a lot of food from Flames, normally very good but we were starving hungry it turned up late and cold. I also thought Flames was a collect stamps takeaway but after 10 to 15 takeaways not received one stamp. Will not be ordering again unless we get an apology and free meal.

Poor service, one kebab came without pitta bread and the chips were missing from the order too. Poor when you pay for the food and dont get it!

Originally advised delivery was 30-35 but ended up 1 hr 35. Chicken shish was burned and dry. Chicken doner was fine. Called to ask where update was and was rudely told it was busy and to wait. Shocking service

Unfortunately forgot some of my order, called them and they were polite on the phone, apologised and said they found my food on the side. They said they would sort it for me. 1 hour later the SAME driver arrives with the SAME food that was left on the side…. I had a feeling the delivery chap was embarrassed to hand it to me - may aswell have been kept in the fridge before delivery… needless to say we only ate the first half of the order 🤣.

Ordered a pizza at 3.45pm. Delivery time was estimated to be 30-40 minutes. At 4.15 this changed to a 1hr 15m delivery and I called the restaurant. They said my food was ready and the driver would be with me in 10 minutes. This didn’t happen and I called the restaurant again at 4.50…. They said my food was still there and that the driver had let them down. I asked to cancel the order and they agreed. They next marked the order as delivered, forcing me to complain to just eat as they lied repeatedly

One of the reasons we use this takeaway is for the chilli sauce, however on this occasion they forgot it even though we specifically paid for a pot of it. All a bit bland without it

Curly fries were the over cooked and end of the bag, burger was missing the doner meat not impressed

The burger that was ordered was supposed to have kebab meat in it but ended up just being a double cheeseburger. Other than that the rest of the order was perfect.

I ordered a veggie burger as I’m vegetarian and was given a chicken burger so I bit into it not knowing it wasn’t my veggie burger. I’d like a refund as I not only didn’t get the burger I ordered but also accidentally ate meat as I wasn’t delivered what I ordered.

Great Kebab, only let down was my Wife’s burger was missing the mushrooms.

Monster burger was missing parts. Fell out of the box which was disappointing

Food was cold. Kebab and chips had no pitta bread ,on web wage its says all our kebabs comes with pitta. Kebabap was a kebab with pitta. Really confusing.

The lamb in this Shish Kebab was mostly inedible gristle. Flames used to be top notch but we won't be ordering again. Sadly in the last few months the amount of meat reduced, pickled peppers down to 1 from 2, plus a price increase. Not good.

The food was lovely and hot and the best tasting kebab meat I’ve had and lm not just saying that both my granddaughter was pleased with the amount of salad and the kebab meat flavour as well as I was. The food was good,arrived hot. I ordered the burger with fried onions and mushrooms,but there were no mushrooms on my burger-just onions. We ordered a 7 Up,and it was warm,so didn’t have it with dinner.

Idiots put garlic mayonnaise on my kebab instead of chilli. I cannot stand garlic and had to throw it away. Very annoyed. This is not right
