Gail was our waitress, and I have to say the poor lady was run off her feet, however she gave the best attentive service. Was cheerful helpful nothing was too much trouble, thank you Gail. Chris was our chef whilst we didn’t meet him, our food was delicious and cooked to perfection thank you

Thoroughly enjoyable breakfast,made even better by the lovely Gail and her team (Jess and Karl) Each morning we were treated to a friendly welcome and nothing phased the team, Gail was extremely helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait to return.

Large bday party. V happy to have all meals when ready and not at same time. However took 90 mins to receive my meal (scampi, felt like they'd gone to Whitstable to catch) after absolutely everyone else had eaten and keep everyone waiting to present bday cake. Had to chase up several times. Queue to order anything was 12 deep all the time. Nice food. Staff v apologetic but the service is awful due to short staffing. Will not be revisting any time soon.

Had amazing service from the friendly ladies, Gail and Aimee very day we went for breakfast their. They were very accommodating, kind and friendly. The food was pretty decent too.

A nice friendly place to go for breakfast. Freshly cooked to order with very polite server called Gail, who goes a extra mile to make sure everything is excellent for you. Very reasonable priced and loads of choices to choose from well worth a visit.

The new manager Antonia is loverly and attentive she has a lovely manner and such a warm welcoming smile she is a true asset to the clocktower Ty for your service.

Excellent food by chef Karl great service by Gail. The service was particularly good always with a smile 😊. I have also had the pleasure of eating evening meals here too and have not been disappointed.
