The Clean Plate in Gloucester

Welcoming, warm and a great cappuccino! Highly recommend this great gem in Gloucester!

Waited for ever for a breakfast and coffee .coffee was left on the side for ages before I got it on my table and then wasn't very hot breakfast was ok had better hash browns was very greasy

So glad to see the Clean Plate open again. Such a valuable community resource. Friendly and helpful staff with nice food and great coffee. Helping Gloucester build supportive and non-judgmental community and connection. A much needed space for the Recovery Community that welcomes all community members and breaks down barriers and combats stigma. Highly recommend the Clean Plate.

Stylish decor, Great food, amazing friendly staff and promoting such a worthy cause. I love my weekly trips here to eat, laugh and connect. Would totally reccomend both as a place to get a bite to eat or as a venue to hire out for events.

Absolute asset to the recovery community in Gloucestershire! I visit The Clean Plate every Saturday; the breakfasts & omelettes are lovely, as well as reasonably priced. Staff are warm, friendly & have a great sense of humour. Food and drink times from till to table are awesome, too.

Lovely place, great food & drink here! Only downside is there's always a ghastly smell emanating from the cellar area, kind of like a 'dead body' smell, rather putrid it is, hence the 4 stars!

Great cafe and lovely food, the infamous serial killer Fred West used to eat in there back in the 60s when the cafe was under a different name.

I used to work there as a volunteer. Great atmosphere, excellent food and very friendly.

Called in for breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. I had the main breakfast and my wife had poached eggs, avocado on toast. Both were delicious! Really clean cafe in a great location for town, highly recommended.

Clean, friendly staff and great food at a good price.

It's very small downstairs but they have additional seating upstairs and that's really nice. They have toy's for toddlers and a lovely toilet "as toilet's go" I felt comfortable changing my baby in these toilet they're clean and checked every 2 hours. Produce isn't expensive and the food and drinks are lovely. Lovely staff and friendly customers. Will definitely be there again when in Gloucester next. Xx

Good quality traditional food lovely homemade soup. Execelent fish figure sandwich. Fair trade tea. Very good price

Great cake and lovely people. They also have rooms that can be hired and a roof terrace if the weather is ever warm enough!

Stopped for breakfast on way to rugby. Food was excellant and staff were very polite and happy. Would recommend however I don't want other people to know as it might get too busy and id have to find some where else.

Just been to a meeting in Gloucester this afternoon where we were offered a choice of three absolutely delicious cakes made by the Hub. I had the polenta cake - loved it!
