Cannot believe how badly they have messed this pub up for pre football drinks. Gone from what it was (if you know you know) to about the quietest pub in a mile radius of the stadium, half empty, with everyone inside a tourist making nice neat lines to the bar

really bad i have many reasons why it is bad and those reasons are plentiful i will now tell you why it

They are selling Chelsea fan history and seem to not understand the issue. They need to get in touch with the official fan club now and connect because they are going to have a rude awakening when they reopen.

As the main Chelsea FC supporters pub we hoped to come here to watch Chelsea Women in a well advertised FA Cup Final on BBC 1. We were disappointed that not only did the staff not know this was even happening, but that at the request of the one other punter in the pub the TVs were showing the usual non-Chelsea related Premier League games that clashed with it.  We had specifically chosen the Chelsea Pensioner thinking it might be the one place you'd expect to prioritise a Chelsea game over the others being shown at virtually every other pub in the area, so it was a bit disappointing and we had to go elsewhere given the Pensioner advertises itself as the "the worlds #1 Chelsea Supporters pub".  The pub itself is otherwise fine, with a good selection of drinks.

The pub give great service and the staff are friendly with great atmosphere plus I love pool table with some amazing food

We found this place at the last minute and it didn’t disappoint. Management were so helpful and friendly and the staff particularly Eddie couldn’t do enough for us. We had sole use of the lower ground floor Walled Garden for our celebration and also the function room later on. Everything was clean and available for us to use and we are so happy we found this place! Drinks are reasonably priced too! Even the security guard was friendly and helpful with things throughout the evening Highly recommend this place and the service we received we will definitely have another event there again 5 star staff and service!

Terrible over priced burgers, 7 pounds service charge and 2.20 for a small coke which tasted like a 19p bottle from lidl. Eat to to help out scheme completely redundant due to the extortionate service charge. Will not be returning and advise others to stay away

We booked the whole venue for a joint 30th Birthday party and had an absolutely brilliant night! The staff were all excellent, and the Karaoke room, pool table and darts went down really well. Damian made everything so easy with planning the event, and was super understanding on the day when we had lots of drop-outs due to unforeseen circumstances! More than one guest told me they would want to book a party at this venue, I would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thanks so much for a wonderful night! :)

Proper pub with a lively atmosphere. This won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but is a chance to experience what pubs used to be like in this part of West London.

Popped in for pint, staff friendly, fair drink prices considering it’s position. Served pie and chips, all sort of pies again at a fair price

Just walking around, decided next pub to have drink, this is the one we got, bar man was friendly, said he was closing in 40 minutes, but happy to serve us. We had a beer, sat and looked in awe at all the Chelsea memorabilia, if you are fan, this is the place to go.

Called in this pub last night. We ordered some food, but there was a slight delay in the food arriving. When we ordered the next round of drinks the barman said it was on the house because we had to wait. Although it really doesn't seem long. I must say when the food arrived we were really pleasantly surprised with the freshness and value of the food I can honestly say it's one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had. Will definitely call there again next time we are in the area. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have some drinks and good food with very friendly staff. 10/10

We were passing and popped in for a drink on Saturday night. There wasn't many people in which was surprising for a Saturday and we got a nice table in the window. There were lots of groups in the beer garden and the karaoke room. Love the cat on the bar and also the dogs that came in with their owners.

Easy to get to and there's Mr. MacKay (black and white cat) at the bar on his pillow. There's a karaoke room you can book as a group downstairs and there's beer. Did I say beer? Shot some scenes for my music video in there...

Decent place with almost hidden rooms, and friendly staff. Would've got five stars but they need to get rid of £6 a pint 'Goose Island" and bring back John Smith's extra smooth

Came here and had the veggie burger which was exquisite (haloumi was a nice touch) and my friend had the sausages and mash - best he’s ever had. I come here often and you couldn’t ask for better service - couldn’t recommend this place enough!
