First time ordering from here. Easy to place order online and delivery was efficient. Chicken Shish was one of the best I have had. Enjoyed very much.

1.5 hours waiting even though the estimated time was 45mins. THEN THE FOOD TURNS UP BARELY WARM. do not use this place!!!!!!

1st visit to takeaway. 2x large doner kebabs with salad. 1x chips, 1x Can of drink. Doner kebabs were 7.5/10 (Garlic mayo wasn't very garlicky) Chips were un-edible (hard like nails) Won't return. Cost £24.

Beware. My vulnerable daughter ordered a 12” pizza, a bottle of chocolate milk and a Coke over the phone for home delivery. They do not use a card reader but took her card details over the phone when they took the order. When I checked her bank statement I discovered she had been charged £51.50!

Fancied a half pounder and it was really nice but had a small chips to go with it, i live 7 minutes away and the chips were stone cold. Its not the first time this has happenned. And sadly i forgot or i woyldnt have had them. I think its because they are in the silver tray next to the friar and they dont retain the heat. In saying that friendly staff and its pretty cheap.

I bought a doner kebab from this shop.The worst kebab i have ever had. Was pricey aswell. I don’t really recommend this place.

Took two hours for my food to arrive. It was kind of warm. Swear the portions have shrunk. Had to meet the delivery driver at the back door because he couldn’t work out where the front entrance to the flat block was. Such a shame, use to be really nice food with decent delivery time with hot food. Won’t be ordering again.

We had a bad experience. Food was cold. It wasn’t good value for money and was delivered nearly two hours after ordering - with no apology. We won’t be going back again.

Ordered for delivery turned up freezing cold so I rang them and they were extremely rude and not helpful one bit absolutely disgusting

What a disappointment. There would be more meat on a sparrow then in the 3 chicken kebabs that we ordered. A mountain of onion on each that we specifically didn't want and a slice of tomato each. And the chips, well, we had a large chips that must of concisded of a single potato. Massively poor and won't be using again.

I am normally a regular customer, A couple days ago I caught salmonella from the fish and chips. I couldn’t work and I spent the whole day being sick. It has been 24 hours and I still can’t eat. I am currently just drinking water but the sight of food scares me. Wont be ordering again.

Picked up a lovely take away tonight, pizza was lovely, my son has the fresh chicken breast burger also very nice and had both the lamb and chicken Donna kebabs . Meats were flavorful and in abundance, salad was fresh and crisp and must add the homemade chill sauce is the best. Not too hot but very tasty. Staff are very welcoming. Very much recommended 👌.

Sausage and chips was great, life saver at half eleven. Lovely guys working there as well!

My partner had fish and chips fish all brown and didn’t taste nice chips all hard I had a lamb doner meat was ok pitta was rock hard d you couldn’t eat it no sauce when I asked for it hardly any salad and no cabbage or cucumber I had chips too all soggy and had no taste will not be going here again do not use this place

Ordered food for 6.30 p.m no show an hour later than this. Tried to contact but no incoming calls being accepted. Suddenly refund issued but no explanation as to why. Very poor service.

The actual meat and sauce was good, bread was way too thin to a point that it just fell apart with the kebab, vegetables were average at best. The worst part were the chips. We got 1 large chips thinking they would be...you know, large. What we got looked like half of a small portion. Not only were they small in size, there were barely any of them and tasted very bland, I just barely finished them. If you go here and want a kebab, forget the chips and veg (if you don't kind a little soggy then go ahead).

I ordered 1x large chips to share with my son. And was shock to find out that I would of got more (and better) chips in a Happy Meal!!! I took a pic of my half of the large chips, as I could believe my eyes 👀

I ordered a Large Chicken Shish. There wasn't much chicken for a 'large' kebab. I've been to other places where they give more for a Large kebab. It was also pricey at £9.70. Not much meat, small amount of salad, small amount of sauce (so I cant really judge if the chilli sauce was nice as I couldn't taste it) and the meat was dry. Not sure if I'd buy here again.

Kebab was okay-ish chips were cold forgot my can of drink took over an hour to get my delivery over two hours still haven’t received a can of drink despite them saying they will get it out to me as soon as the driver gets back and are trying to throb me off iwill not be using them again not very good service or manners did not get my cannot drink at all as far as I’m concerned that theft no matter how small it may cost

Really bad kebabs. Seriously upset my stomach. Delivery took an hour and 15 minutes. When calling the restaurant to get an update on why it was so late it was constantly engaged to the point I genuinely believe the phone was taken off the hook. Will not be returning and the kebabs themselves were dry and bland.

The Doner with extra chill sauce is a favourite. Never disappoints x

The kebabs are amazing, but as much as I appreciate the chilli sauce is home made it's not at all spicy and fairly Chucky, if the chilli sauce was actually spicy then it would be 5*e

Great food, great quality, ordered a big meal and got a free bottle of drink of my choice with it. Friendly staff, for the price, could definitely have gotten bigger portion sizes but for chichester and selsey area, i'd reccomend this place over others, for anywhere else, it's quite expensive for the portion sizes. Only downside is the only parking available is on the street directly outfront so if your driving there, you either want to go when it's not busy or go to the carpark around the corner and pay for parking.

Disgusting, after one hour wait, only fit for dustbin. Don't waste your money or time. I have never, and I do mean never, had such an awful plate of 'food' put before me.

Order food for collection, when i got home the sauce was missing, called the shop to let them know and was told i had to drive back to collect the missing sauce, i explained if i do that the food would be cold but was then told the food wasn't cold, there seem to be a real lack of understanding. I decided to drive back the explain the situation in person, the man that seemed to be in charge was very unhelpfully and just poured a small pot of sauce and walked off saying the food was hot. What a absolute disgrace, i have been using this place for over 30 years but that will be my last purchase. What a shame this place seems to be run by people that don't seem to be able to sort out even simple problems.

We order here every week and every week it takes at least 1 hour to get here most of the time it tastes like cardboard and the chips taste like wet fabric we’ve finally had enough awful

Last two weeks ordered from them as I normally do most months, and last Sunday night 1 hour 15 mins late, today 24/10/2021 ordered at 17.05 for 16.10 and finally got it delivered at 20.00 without the bottle of drink, the delivery guy had to go pick that up. Don't think I'll be ordering again any time soon.

If I could give zero I would. Took 1hr and a half, food was bland and the chicken donnor was burnt. The chips came without the sauce I asked for, had to throw the wrap away as it was vile. I wish I didn’t waste my money. Horrible.

Quite sad really! I loved this place, usually order at least once a month but it’s the first time that i have ordered since lockdown and it was not good. All my food arrived cold and I had to reheat in the oven., luckily I had no chicken dishes! Phoned and they said they would give me discount next time. We will see

Kebabs were good. Cod and pizza were not so nice so would just stick to the kebabs in future. Free bottle of drink with our food. Skinny fries were good too. Friendly staff.

Ordered food for collection. Get there when food should be ready. Get in to store to ask if I can collect it and I was waiting another 15minutes because they not even started preparing my food. At least it was warm.

I put in a food delivery online and waited over two hours! I called up saying I no longer wanted the food as it was past midnight and was not in the mood to eat anymore from it being so late. They said I will receive a refund and I’ll get it in 5 working days. It’s now been almost two weeks, after calling 3 times they said they would let the manager know and something would be done. I still have not received my money!

I was surprised, rarely eaten here and certainly last time was way before google reviews. Out for a drink dropped in for a little dirty food on the way home, server said the price and that was it, barely acknowledged my presence, I could have been cartwheel and he would have noticed me. Food was good service was very poor entering the boundaries of rude.

Both our kebabs were unbelievably salty it made me sick 🤢 I ate 1/4 of it and hoping I won’t get food poisoning tomorrow 🤞🏻

I've always been a loyal customer till the other night food turns up hour late then the next two times i ordered they got the sauce wrong they changed it but the last time they gave my chilli sauce instead of garlic mayo this was not good as i don't eat chilli's or pepper and for this i have decided this i will not be ordering from them again and as for the boy on the phone very rude not recommended!

I ordered at 6.20pm....was told an hour At 7.45 I rang, was told that they were waiting for the driver 8.25 I ring again...apparently my order is leaving now....lady on phone was ok, sorry etc etc...but no response to my request for some sort of combo for long wait. I end up talking to a man (turkish...and I speak the language)...blames everything on coronavirus....says he will give me a discount on next order....my response is give me a discount now or Chuck something in order for goodwill gesture.he is very rude and condescending. I actually get my order at 8.50.....food is cold...thank god for the microwave, by this time I was very hungry and as being diabetic I needed the food. In my order was 2 pieces of baklava...the smallest thing ever, about the size of my thumb and I have small hands. Not happy....will be looking for another kebab place

So appalled by tonight’s order, as a family we often order form this place and are never dissatisfied although sometimes our orders take a while to arrive however tonight was a nightmare we ordered out food took 2.5 hours to arrive, when I phoned up I was told it would be 45mins up to an hour I was told this AFTER I paid! When I phoned up after 2 hours I was told they have received over 100 orders and were busy, although I personally believe they shouldn’t have taken so many orders if they can’t keep up with them once the food finally arrived there was no apology given for the massive delay, the food is great but the wait is awful.

The most sincerest tasting chicken sish from a kebab takeaway I have ever ate, est. London1982. And no one gets 5 stars off me, you could've easily lost one equally for it being too tasty. 5 it is . This 'East End' very hot green chilli sauce , really topped it. It was lacking in grilled mushroom , and less on juicy rip tomatoes. Seperated bread wouldve also prevented sog. Will test again. P.s. market adaptive recyclable packaging would encourage local business-comers..

The place is just great. Portions are huge and tasty... I would like to highlight the service. The staff is mega positive! Communication was a little in Bulgarian, a little in English, a little in Russian, in a word, no matter what level of English you had, you will be understood and served at the highest level!!! Well done, five out of five!!!

I have had several kebabs from charcoal grill over the last year. There chicken is nice fresh and has a good marinade. I do not eat doner kebabs until the gentleman over the counter let me try some when I was waiting, I must say it was gorgeous full of flavour with spices no grease after taste. I have been converted. I can honestly say they do some good food and are really friendly.

this kebab shop cant get orders right even after the 3rd time when you ask for a full salad you get nothing phoned up and complain and got told ill send you a salad box out what aload of crap that was Charcoal grill go back to school amd learn how to cook meals

Ordered Kebabs on a Wednesday night, which I should imagine is fairly quiet, told it would take an hour. Turned up cold one hour and 20 minutes later. Kebab meat poor quality so not go here better placed for Kebab in Chichester such as LA Fish

Genuinely one of the worst takeaways I've had. Ordered via there website and said it would be an hour. After an hour and 15 mins I rang to chase up my order and got told they were waiting for the driver. I finally received my order after 2 hours of waiting. And to top it off the food was cold and wet from the condensation on the packaging. Would honestly suggest getting any other takeaway than this.

Would give 5 stars if only salad was larger and more salad options like cucumber ect .
