I attended a funeral and the chapel florist and tea room was booked for afterwards. It’s a beautiful quaint little chapel converted into a tea room. The staff were very friendly and even wrapped a little cake parcel for my journey home.

We used Chapel Tearooms for refreshments after the crematorium service for my dear departed mum, and the service offered was excellent and good value, perfect for the sunny afternoon too. Our party was approx 15-16 and so the entire tearoom was reserved for us. We had a variety of sandwiches, lovely quiches and pork pies, mini sausage rolls, scones with jam, and two cakes (really yummy coffee cake). Also unlimited tea and coffee. Kelly has a heart of gold and perfect to deal with my enquiries in advance during a difficult time. If tearoom not reserved for post service refreshments then coffee and especially sweet treats look to be good value. The only minor criticism is that the attached toilet is a bit rough and ready, though it is clean and suitable for disabled persons. The crematorium and tearoom are in a lovely, quiet setting.

What a little gem! My husband is in a wheelchair and the ladies were absolutely brilliant, they made sure access was really good. We had a sandwich and a cake, both were delicious! The ladies working there are amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We're definitely going to make this a permanent place to visit. It's a beautiful little Chapel and such a friendly place to visit...well done ❤️

We had quite a large number of mourners to cater for, and at least 45 people came to the tea room after Karen's funeral and there was a superb spread laid out for them with lovely sandwiches, cakes (which had rave reviews!) and plenty of teas and coffees which were served in Bone China cups Everyone thought it was a brilliant idea to have the tea room in the grounds of the crematorium as quite a lot of people didn't know Hereford at all and it made things very easy for them. The room was very atmospheric and the tables outside were in a lovely spot under the trees. I received so many positive comments about the Tea Room and how lovely and friendly the staff were.

A friend and I were in the Hereford Cemetery today looking for an old grave of a family member. We noticed the lovely old Chapel...and had heard it was now a Tea Rooms and Florist. What a pleasant surprise...so nice and bright inside very tastefully decorated and the nice little touch of tradition harlequin bone china was a nice touch in this historic building...the food was lovely, as were the staff, a good selection of snacks, cakes and drinks at reasonable prices...how nice they can cater for small gathering for funerals, I found it comforting to be able to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings as the last visit there, a long time ago was the funeral of a close family member...wishing them every success...

A funeral is not the best place to give a review of the place, but my partner and I was very impressed with the staff at the "Chapel Florist and Tea Room" and it was a welcome "stop-over" before the service.

The Chapel Florist & Tea Room is in the grounds of Hereford Crematorium and was a great location for our family & friends to remember our departed loved-one yesterday. It's open the public when not booked for a group, so we were able to pop in for a cuppa & cake for refreshment before the funeral. It's very comfy and also has a brilliant floristry business.Tea and coffee was served in lovely traditional china cups, and there was a fantastic choice of homemade cakes: traditional Victoria sponge, jam and cream scones and a delicious lemon drizzle cake.Service was very friendly and helpful - a lovely way to celebrate the life of our dear departed family member. The prices were very good and we thoroughly recommend the Tea Rooms!

I may seem odd to some that there is a café in a cemetery, but it is in fact very useful if you have time to pass. Moreover, this is a splendid café. The service is second to none, the snacks and drinks are delicious and all are reasonably priced. It is worth a visit, even if you have no reason to visit the cemetery. The fact that it doubles as a florists shop, very useful in a cemetery, lends extra ambience to the café, even though it has enough from the Victorian building itself.

Have visited the Chapel & Florist Tea Room on a few occasions now and have always been pleased with what I've eaten. There is an extensive choice of cakes and snacks. I've not tried their hot food as it's always been afternoon when I've called. There are a surprising amount of chairs and tables for what looks like a tiny place from the outside. There are also tables placed outside on hot days. Being situated in the middle if a graveyard and Crematorium means it's peaceful and relaxing. It's ideal for a smaller funeral tea. We have purchased flowers for graves from here too which were reasonably priced and lasted well.

The Chapel Florist & Tea Room is located in the grounds of Hereford Crematorium and offers and ideal location for 'after service' gatherings for family/friends to mingle and remember their departed loved-one. (Of course, the Tea Room also offers a more general service to the wider public, when not serving group bookings).

Kelly and her team are lovely. Kelly's flowers are the best in Hereford ...nothing is too much trouble and the added bonus you can have a hot drink and cake while you are there. Relaxing premises and very clean you can even take the dog as a water bowl is available for them to have a drink too. Look forward to the next visit

Popped in to this lovely little cafe after attending a funeral. Recently opened, it is a great asset to the crematorium or for those visiting graves etc. Situated in the cemetery area a little way in...the old chapel has been transformed into a light and bright cafe, with a welcome atmosphere. We had tea, a selection of the fantastic cakes and spent a pleasant hour chatting with our family....the young lady serving was polite, efficient ...the food and drink available offers a good selection for all...and we thought very reasonable.
