We booked a table here a few months ago on the suggestion of friends. We were there for Sunday lunch which was a carvery of sorts. My starter was a soup which had the addition of a plastic lid from a shop bought soup. It was tasteless and the lid did nothing for the health of my teeth. No apology was forthcoming. We were told to wait till called for the carvery and the standard of food was poor. Environment very average.
