The food was hot and delicious. We were made aware of a wait on food but it was absolutely fine. Jo was lovely, bubbly and accommodating. The girl who did my drinks order at the bar and also brought out our food was very polite and smiled, unfortunately I didn’t grab her name. Big thanks to Lee and Tracy who cooked our meals, couldn’t fault it and portion size was spot on!

I have been to this pub twice and had a fantastic experience both times I ate the first time and food was served in a fresh and timely manner, fantastic staff and made me feel very welcome would definitely recommend coming here.

On arrival at the Chaddy I was greeted with a warm welcome from Kieran. He is also smiley and makes you feel welcome. He had fast service time and you never waiting long to be served when he is working.

Ade was great with service today. Very efficient.

Food very good and plenty of choice. Prices very reasonable, though as I was taken there by my daughter and son in law, I wasn't the one paying. Couldn't fault anything. A busy place and obviously popular. Would definitely go there again.

Fabulous place to eat, the staff are friendly and nothing was too much trouble on our family visit. I asked for the booth and this was where I was seated. The drinks were served quickly even though it was busy on the evening we visited and the food was served in a reasonable time. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Had a loverly meal and drinks here. Our waitress Ashley was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for her and made our evening outstanding. Definitely recommend a visit the food was delicious. Very clean and comfortable environment . Can’t wait to visit again

Food was delicious. Had the Cluck in hot stack! Atmosphere is lovely, staff are so friendly and welcoming. Nice to hear the jokes with the locals which helps you feel welcome too.

We bought ourselves a Groupon vocher for the cahddlewood and thought we would try it out and was we plenty surprised. The staff were welcoming, happy, and relaxed despite being busy and informative. We were seated quite quickly even though we were early for our booking. There was a really happy atmosphere with plenty of punters eating, but it wasn't overly noisy. They have a fantastic offer on the white wine at the moment, a whole bottle for about £11, to be fair to them their alcohol prices are very reasonable and fair. Once we ordered our food, we didn't wait very long at all, and the wait was well worthwhile as the food was really good and well presented , not to much but enough to enjoy and not feel bloated or over full. To be honest, the prices for the food is so reasonable it's not one of those places you need to purchase a Groupon voucher to enjoy without breaking the bank. We absolutely enjoyed our meal and drink and definitely will be back.

Cannot rate highly enough, great food, friendly and super efficient staff. Enjoyed a birthday celebration for my son and the staff went above and beyond to ensure the evening ran smoothly. Special shout out to Rob and Aimee, in fact all the staff who were on duty thank you. PS the breakfast is very nice as well, very reasonably priced and more importantly rather tasty!

Really enjoyed the sizzling salmon can highly recommend. Also enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream!

Come here quite often because of the amazing food and the service here! One employee called ade made my trip here very homely, I highly recommend!!

Would not return place is like a circus food orders came out wrong then sides never turned up had to go the bar to ask then ordered drinks on the app took 20 mins then had to go to the bar to ask upgraded the fries an all they were were normal fries with some jalapeños and a bit if sauce the place was lairy and had drunk lads shouting and falling over the only saving grace was the girls serving the food were lovely this is the second time it's been bad the first time we didn't complain and though would be a one off but it was bad again this time you get better and more efficient service at any wetherspoons

I really don't like to leave negative reviews but I'm doing so with good intentions, it's not to put the pub down but to encourage improvement. I recently visited The Chaddlewood after many years of being away. I used to live a 10 minute walk away from here but moved away so couldn't visit regularly. The food has always been well priced here, and always a real surprise at the value for money. However my most recent visit was a disappointment, the food was more expensive than it used to be (I understand inflation and how everything has increased in price) but I truly believe the food has got worse, the food seemed to have been microwaved and lacked any real flavour. Unfortunately I wouldn't visit again.

Great food, good value, cheap wine by the bottle. Nice choice of rice and med veg instead of chips with the skewers I had.

Great value food with an offer of 2 selected meals for £11.75 available Monday to Friday. The portion sizes were good for the offer too. There were some yummy looking desserts available but we didn't want to load up too much after our lunch so avoided those .. maybe if we have something lighter next time then we will try a sweet treat. There is a small parking area right outside the pub or on the slope leading up to it, which is all free.

Very good food and it arrived promptly and was hot. Vicc who served us, was very courteous, cheerful, friendly and welcoming despite being very busy.

we would like to be able to reserve a particular table ,we seem to be able to request a table but never able to actually reserve a particular table /booth seating food is good but cut backs have been made ,especially with the mixed grill .1 sausage and no egg now! for a bigger price !

Smashing pub with a choice for everyone. Great deals with the sizzling pub app. A mention also to Adrian, Luke and Kieran who are all very attentive, professional and knowledgeable behind the bar.

Popped in for some lunch. Really friendly staff, especially Adrian. Good menu selection, very good value for money and very family friendly with outdoor seating.

Have never had a bad experience here, all staff are very friendly and as we are local get welcomed like friends. Always busy so just proves how good it is and worth booking rather than trying to chance to get a table.

Although I’m probably a bit bias as this has been my local pub for years, I think the Chaddlewood Inn does well to cater to all. They have good, reasonably priced food, a lot of sports and is good for just a drink with friends. Although the prices for drinks have risen quite a bit, they have tried to hold the prices for a while. I know it’s become the norm now but I’ll never understand why a pint of beer costs £5+. But still a great pub, fantastic outside seating when the sun does show up and always friendly, helpful staff.

Was served by Vicc what a lovely lady she was, nothing was too much trouble she made sure we enjoyed our visit as was my birthday meal with my mum and she made us smile. Only thing I’d change was some music or background sound other than that really enjoyed our time thank you Vicc for my extra egg!!
