The Chaddlewood Inn in Plymouth

Me and my family had a lovely time at Chaddlewood Inn. We had to wait a while for the mains to come out after our starters. However the staff was so lovely and kept us up to date with everything and gave us some extras food as an apology for waiting so long to get our mains out. The food was incredible, the chicken gyros style dinner was to die for! All of us left full and nothing bad to say about the restaurant. We will definitely be coming back and make it our local restaurant to eat at now.

Tend to visit when a discount promotion is running, which makes it excellent value for money for lunch. Food quality and service are always good, making for a nice relaxed atmosphere. I had the mixed grill upgraded to sirloin steak. Cooked to perfection with the amount of food on the plate sufficient to warrant undoing of the belt. Yet again, many thanks.

Staff were lovely but the request for no onions in my mums meal was not fulfilled. Had it sent back, and was replaced with the same meal with onions scraped off and fried onions still sitting on top of the dish. We then had to call and ask again for the meal to be replaced. The meal was then served as asked but still had to call a member of staff back to request a steak knife as it didn't come back with the dish. By the time it was served the other x2 guests had eaten most of their meal. All in all, not the best birthday meal experience.

Lovely food, and the bar staff were very helpful and nice.

Once again a good value meal. The staff should be really commended for the service and how friendly they are. Nothing too much trouble.

We had a lovely evening at the Chaddlewood inn friendly staff and amazing food. You must try the stuffed Yorkshire puddings. :)

The customer service was amazing I order a cluck and dip burger and asked for 2 things to be charged in it and was told not a problem When it came unfortunately only 1 of the items had been changed I told the waitress and she sorted it right away for me after I explained I had had throat cancer and couldn't eat anything with pepper or spice She was a credit

Great place. Food good, staff great and very friendly. Any problems just ask Tessa or the blonde Amy( not the other one…. Don’t ask) really enjoy the pub and would anyone to book.

The Chaddie never disappoints when it comes to food, its always very reasonably priced but always very tasty, really well done pub grub and always a great atmosphere.

Great pub with a warm and welcome feel. Staff are fantastic and managed a large party of us really well. Food was served quicker than we expected considering the size of the order, everything tasted amazing and the food quality is fantastic. I'd highly recommend the Chaddy (including for families).

Visited tonight very busy due to 40 percent off vouchers in use ,service was good at the bar ery quick in getting served .Ordered a mixed grill didn't have a very long wait for food and it was piping hot when served with steak cooked to perfection .Waitress very friendly and cleared table quickly when we finished our meal

My first time experience was magic ✨ good service good prices what else do you need

The food was hot and delicious. We were made aware of a wait on food but it was absolutely fine. Jo was lovely, bubbly and accommodating. The girl who did my drinks order at the bar and also brought out our food was very polite and smiled, unfortunately I didn’t grab her name. Big thanks to Lee and Tracy who cooked our meals, couldn’t fault it and portion size was spot on!

Good good worth the wait. Often is out of ale.

On arrival at the Chaddy I was greeted with a warm welcome from Kieran. He is also smiley and makes you feel welcome. He had fast service time and you never waiting long to be served when he is working.

I have been to this pub twice and had a fantastic experience both times I ate the first time and food was served in a fresh and timely manner, fantastic staff and made me feel very welcome would definitely recommend coming here.

Food very good and plenty of choice. Prices very reasonable, though as I was taken there by my daughter and son in law, I wasn't the one paying. Couldn't fault anything. A busy place and obviously popular. Would definitely go there again.

Fabulous place to eat, the staff are friendly and nothing was too much trouble on our family visit. I asked for the booth and this was where I was seated. The drinks were served quickly even though it was busy on the evening we visited and the food was served in a reasonable time. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Food was delicious. Had the Cluck in hot stack! Atmosphere is lovely, staff are so friendly and welcoming. Nice to hear the jokes with the locals which helps you feel welcome too.
