The Central Pantry in City of London, Westminster

Stopped off here during a day out in Paddington, to pick up a sandwich. Great service. Enjoyed a Peri Peri chicken sandwich. Would recommend.

We came to this place because it was near our hotel for breakfast and found ourselves coming every morning during our stay. The food was tasty and fresh.

Went in for breakfast, lovely atmosphere and lots of options with cheap yet good quality food. Would definitely come back. Smoothies were delicious also.

Had half an hour to kill while visiting London Skate Centre, so popped in. Decor good, coffee nice with plenty of non dairy milks to choose from. Sadly no real vegan options for food. Both cakes on display could have easily been vegan then available to all. From outside it actually looked like the sort of place that would have been vegan. Sad actually as I would prefer to give business to an Independant but until they have vegan I will most probably pop round the corner to Prets in future who are big on vegan food. Completely inclusive food, available to all.

Nuestro hotel estaba justo al otro lado de la calle de este encantador café y pronto se convirtió en un favorito. Mis hermanas y yo íbamos a este café a desayunar antes de salir y no tengo más que elogios. La cafetería está limpia y bien decorada y el servicio es excelente. Hay muchas opciones deliciosas para el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena, y el café y el chais son sabrosos. El cocinero fue increíblemente amable y servicial, y la comida es deliciosa. Definitivamente volveremos aquí cuando vuelva a Londres.

Found this lovely cafe on a stroll around Paddington after my latest Vipassana adventure in the UK. Green tea with ginseng, a shade from the rain, and Wifi. Lovely London morning :)

Need some unhealthy breakfast and was just the spot. Toast, eggs, sausage and avocado - just hit the right spot

Open nice and early, even in weekends. Coffee is really good, staff behind the counter learn who you are very quickly We came to prefer these guys as our coffee of choice over some pretty strong local opposition

We stopped by the Central Pantry many times on our recent visit. It was quite convenient for us but there were many choices and we went back many times. The food was very good, quick toasted sandwiches, pancakes, pastries, fruit smoothies, etc. Coffee and tea, lots of grab and go options. Very good service with a smile!

Enjoyed breakfasts there for 3 mornings. The staff were friendly and the food was nice. Open all hours too.

The service was fast, the staff were extremely polite and the food was excellent. Nice selection of sandwiches and drinks.

The food was not very good, most of the already prepared food looked store bought it was not home made For Example: I ordered a waffle and I got a what looked like a store bought waffle (not even good quality) and the waffle was not even that hot. My friend ordered toast with eggs and she got cold (again) eggs and rock solid toast. Over all this restaurant is not the one to choose

I stayed just around the corner at Lancaster Gate Hotel (5 minutes’ walk from Central Pantry) and came here several times from breakfast during my 13 day stay. Advertised out front as “A world of sweet and savoury flavours”, the café is relaxed and welcoming and they do a good coffee as well as poached eggs on wholemeal toast with avocado which was really good. The meals always come out quickly too. I brought my cousin on one day, and she was disappointed they were not cooking the waffles as advertised on the menu, so ordered a muffin instead. But I didn’t have this issue, but maybe if you are a waffle lover you might want to prepare yourself. On the whole I would recommend this place. There is a breakfast café next door called Halepi which is not as good in my opinion (I tried it on the first day and didn’t go back).
