Function Room on the 26 th October 2024,was lovely...BUT...The Bar Staff were incompetent! No choices of alcohol at the bar,NO Toilet Roll In The Ladies ,water all over the floor ,in there ,toilets not checked all evening! And Hand Soap watered down too!!???

Visited for the first time this lunchtime after a long dog walk on the adjacent Wrens Nest nature reserve. Dogs are allowed in the bar so we settled in for a drink and some food. Very clean and tidy and great menu, mostly Indian but some English dishes too. I chose the chicken tikka wrap which arrived promptly and was absolutely packed full with lovely pieces of spicy chicken and salad. My husband's fish pakora wrap was equally as generous. The keema naan we had ordered to share was so nice that we wished we had ordered one each. Prices are very reasonable and with a promotion on draught beer the bill was around £20. Both of the staff we met were super friendly and helpful and checked with us that our meal was ok. We will definitely be returning

104 Kent StreetAbsolute salty horrible mess… all three curries tasted awful and salty bland. Contacted both just eat and the restaurant who didn’t want to know… do not order from here they will take your money and deliver sub quality and health damaging food and the worst possible service!!!

121 Bridgnorth Road, WollastonOrdered tandoori salmon as a starter - waited nearly an hour to be told ‘there’s an issue with the salmon’ (Not sure what this was, maybe they ran out and had to get some more?) When it eventually came, it was uncooked in the middle (obviously rushed), so we sent it back and told them to skip the starter and just carry on the main course. When the main course arrived, it was pretty average, a bit salty for me. We were brought a variety of ‘complimentary extras’ to compensate but we were past it by then. Disappointing because we’ve previously had good meals here and like to support local businesses.
