Tracker updated to "delivered" when it hadn't left the shop, after 20 mins needed to call to check. Ordered and paid for a bottle of soft drink which wasn't delivered. Flagged with driver who didn't care and never bothered to say sorry or bring us what we paid for. Getting a takeaway shouldn't be as difficult as it from here. And it isn't the first time.. but it is the last. Update: a change in ownership has been just what this take away needed. Great food, delivered on time

Absolute poor, asked for only mustard and onions..got ketchup and gherkins, last order missing chips, try and call, never answer. Mcdonalds is a joke

Tadas, Poonam and the team at Domino’s Knutsford are an asset to Domino’s. The store is clean, welcoming and friendly upon arrival, and the food is always lovely and fresh. Every time we have ordered from Domino’s Knutsford it has been spot on and we couldn’t possibly complain. The team running this store, from management through to the drivers, are a credit to Domino’s. 5*

Can’t handle orders for delivery properly

We booked for my birthday and thought we would have a nice tea and it was truly awful! Weak and cheap coffee, dry cakes and small sandwiches!!! So awful 😞 the bar manager was lovely and gave us a 100% discount… will not return 🤮🤢
