The Captain Webb in Cheshire East

Tracker updated to "delivered" when it hadn't left the shop, after 20 mins needed to call to check. Ordered and paid for a bottle of soft drink which wasn't delivered. Flagged with driver who didn't care and never bothered to say sorry or bring us what we paid for. Getting a takeaway shouldn't be as difficult as it from here. And it isn't the first time.. but it is the last. Update: a change in ownership has been just what this take away needed. Great food, delivered on time

The food was amazing and good deal!!!

Hard working polite staff but food was prettY awful. Had venison pie which I couldn’t finish. Red cabbage was disgusting. Due to the slow queue chips and cabbage were cold by time I sat down. Didn’t have a drink. Cakes looked unappetising.

Absolutely had it with this subway now I order food from them due to being disabled and not able to cook or go out so ill use them not anymore over the last 4 orders ive had no sub in one missing cookies missing drink missing crisps missing garlic bread missing hash browns the list goes on and on and maybe next time yhe phone rings make the effort to answer it I shall be following this up tomorrow with ur head office
