Received excellent customer service from Jason. A really positive, helpful and polite member of staff who provided friendly service with a smile. Food was great and sandwiches made quickly. Thanks a lot, Jason; you’re a credit to Subway!

I would like to leave a review for Debbie and her team the that replaced my order free of charge with a issue with my last order but this has made up for that was great thanks and cookies.

wont bother again. The sandwich underneath literally had disintegrated I ended up with large breadcrumbs with the filling and sauce leaking out. My toasted bagette was soft and it was pretty poor quality.

Last time I go to this particular subway branch. Haven't had any decent subs from there for a while now. The last 3 purchases have all been somewhat disappointing, however quite a few other subs in the past weren't great either, especially today's sub. Today's sub was a BBQ baller. The meatballs were burnt and compromised the taste of the entire footlong. The sub before that one I had ordered via the app, only for the wrong bread and fillings to be used when I collected. As for my ratings. 1 star for the food is legit. As for the other two; The service of the lads in there isn't terrible, they're polite and don't take too long. Atmosphere is pretty chill. Mainly just the outcome of the food at the end of the day is my issue.

This is definitely "fast food" !! Awesome service, great relaxing atmosphere, excellent value for money and all ordered prepared and sat down ready to enjoy my breakfast in less than 4 minutes !! Brilliant will definitely be returning regards Steve

Been today 7-7-24 @13.30 to try it again after the previous times only 2 staff and very slow service, same thing again today apparently the manager decided to leave early again leaving 2 very slow incompetent staff on, I never leave reviews anywhere however this place is a joke got delivery drivers behind the counter no uniform on asking about deliveries that also appear to be late. This place needs new management, someone who actually works over the lunch period

I forgot the lovely womens name, but shes so kind and thats the sort of management you need in subway, just to point out, she is not the new lady who just started

The salads have become pathetic. Avoid

when you order two subs with two sides you expect them seperate. If you want additions to sub it normally is marked as with a plus before it and its below sandwich intended. not Subway® Series Meal Deal for 2 Notorious B.M.T.® Six Inch + Hearty Italian *Toasted* Notorious B.M.T.® Six Inch + Italian Herbs & Cheese *Toasted* Meatballs Meatballs 3x Chocolate Chunk Cookies Fanta Orange 1.25L and five meatballs be added on one sandwich. surely to me aswell thats only one portion. and the restruant's excuse is "i tried calling to verify" (off a mobile number and i refuse to answer mobile numbers i don't know). Never to mind isn't 5 meatballs one serving? so then where's the second portion?

The food was inedible and was nothing like the image on the menu. I really mean it was completely different, stone cold, and the cheese hadn’t even melted. I asked for a refund and they just refunded half the cost. Will never use them again. I have images but I’m unable to put them on here.

Food is cold ,sandwiches have wrong sauces on and salads and have come on wrong bread and also was delivered to the wrong house had to fetch it

Didn't seem clean enough staff had a face like a smacked arse and spoke miserable and didn't really listen properly to how we wanted our daughters food even thou in this kind of work customer is always right we all know that bread is very dry as well not good

Delivery driver was great couldn’t fault him!!, however store had boxed up the wrong sandwiches, we’d phoned and asked for new ones to come out which we were then told we’re sent somewhere else and not to us. Waited over an hour for the new sandwiches to be delivered.

I was served by two people I hadn't seen before, I hadn't been in the best part of a year, as the staff then really weirded me out, they were the typa people to stare at you without blinking after asking what you want. The girl who served me was called Lauren and she was by far the most friendly assistant that I have ever encountered. They do a great 12 for 3.84 cookie offer. Really happy with it, I may return more often now.

Nachos was soggy and didn’t have the sauce I asked for with my food

We ordered strawberry and cream cookies and you sent me macadamia nuts but I have a nut allergy? !

The order was wrong I put a complaint and not heard anything back.

Hi there, Our food arrived cold, the drink was incorrect (pepsi max when we ordered a cherry flavour) and the drinks were warm. The sandwiches also had barely any filling or sauce on, really terrible compared to Subway service inside the shop. Can we get a refund please? Thank you

Including having to send back the food due to it being stone cold, gritty and barely any toppings. Management didn’t seem to care when called up.

Two of the subs were stone cold, the Nancho Chicken Bites were cold.

Was told they were so busy so had to wait anyway for the order!! Defeats the whole thing of ordering and collecting still had to pay bag and handling fee!!!!

food was cold, drink was warm, I elected for a timed delivery, it was 25 minutes late. really dissapointed!

Our order was wrong, but when I called the store they were happy to re do the order and send it out again. When it was delivered 40mins later I was asked for the original back as they wanted to check we hadn't eaten it. I understand that someone might complain to get a second one, but just felt like I was being accused. Fished it out if the recycling and handed it over. The replacement food was fine, and they threw in 2 cookies which was a nice gesture.

Food freezing and we ordered hadh browns and toasted stuff. Not impressed.

Why have the staff (dee) turn off the coffee machine 30 mins before you close. " to clean it". Clean it when you've closed???? Cheers dee.

The staff here are super friendly and welcoming especially the lady with the butterfly tattoos. The service is fast and efficient. It's pretty small so only a couple of tables but most people seem to take away

Waited for 20 mins for 2 sandwiches. I appreciate they were understaffed, but they were making 1 sandwich at a time and chatting about how busy it was. No urgency whatsoever. We ordered 2 BMT 6 jnch subs on the same bread... they were made separately and even toasted separately. I'm never one to tell someone how to do their job, but assemble the subs at the same time... surely?!?!?

Wrong bread not toasted no cheese nachos burnt waited way to long very unhappy with the food and service and delivery time.

The app is saying enjoy your food but no food has been delivered and the subway are not answering there calls, someone sort out this problem.

2hrs for 2 sandwiches, called and they said sorry they are unexpectedly busy…… kept changing delivery time after every call by myself. They should stop taking orders or better still get more staff for just eat orders. Won’t bother again they’re not worth the wait

Ok... let's start with Uber Eats have the wrong number on there website for Subway Congleton.. next Ordered at 12;00 p.m and still hadn't arrived by 14:05 p.m. Despite speaking to the store some 45 minutes prior.. Reason for delay.. no Chicken Teriyaki and we couldn't call you as the number didn't work!! Combination of clowns, Uber Eats and Subway.... both useless. Staff also lie.. driver hadn't left despite being told he had..

Quick service, came earlier than expected which was absolutely fine by us. Can't fault it.

The food is normally really good and i would order again however it arrived cold so I had to heat it up which was a shame. other than that the service was quick and the delivery guy was polite.

I didn’t receive my drink I ordered, and the delivery was half an hour earlier than the earliest estimated arrival time. The app didn’t update on the delivery progress and changed to on its was half an hour after the food arrived.

Food was an hour late, cold, wilted, soggy, unappetizing, just terrible. Delivery driver told me its because McDonald's was shut. Lol ok mate. Absolutely horrendous experience. The food has obviously been sat around for well over an hour before it got to me, sure that's against EHO guidelines. Rang up to tell them foods cold, was told to apply for refund. Ordered a tikka footlong a drink and pigs in blankets, stone cold and congealed. Cost me over 17 quid. How they can give such a poor service at such a high price is beyond me. 17 quid for a cold soggy sandwich? They're taking the absolut micky out of us.

Had a long delivery due to Uber eats but I spoke to Joe on the phone and he organised another delivery driver for me. He was really nice and helpful. Food arrived still warm. Really appreciate it ✌🏻

Ordered from here twice for my food to be late both times. First time my partner was hoping to eat before work and it came late. Again, iv ordered food with my mum and its late again. Amazing food but very disappointed with delivery time. Especially for two salads.

Was delivered food early the first time but the order was completely wrong. We were then waiting a further hour for the correct food to arrive. It was still missing a food on the sandwich. We were given an apology and a few free cookies. We initially ordered at 11.50m we finally ate at 1.30

I ordered for ASAP and it came within ten mins. Food was perfect!

I had an Italian BMT 12inch and asked to swop the ham for 🥓🥓 bacon for this I was charged £7.99 I asked why it was do much and it didn't matter that it was minus the ham I was charged for the bacon.

So, I know early would normally be good, but I’d ordered lunch for my 2 children who are obviously home schooling at the moment and by the time they were ready to eat their food was cold! Delivery driver very apologetic though and said he would feed back to the store. If there is a ‘chosen time’ on your order then I think delivery should at least be close to it.
