My order was missed and then had to wait an extra 30 mins to be given a pizza with missing cheese with burnt cookies to make up for it.

Uncooked pizza, hardly no topping phone up to complain they couldn’t really speak English and wasn’t very helpful. Wouldn’t replace the pizza.

It was a really amazing day out for me and I really enjoyed the food. I really recommend eating out from domino’s , especially in Knutsford. Especially the manager Poonam. She is really kind and respectful and truly really good at taking care of what I want in my pizza.

I always enjoy a dominos pizza on Friday night and tandoori or pepperoni pizza is my son’s favourite. Poonam specially takes special care and make every pizza taste amazing. Highly recommend

Popped in to the Knutsford branch which passing through to home (Middlewich). I ordered a a strippers combo with wedges and received chicken wings. I called and they were most unhelpful. They expected me to travel back to Knutsford to rectify their mistake and they didn’t want to deliver it to me due to THIER mistake! The Polish gentleman I spoke to couldn’t have cared less. Offered me a refund and was advised it MIGHT be in my bank in 5 working days. Yeah, dead helpful. Look at the other reviews and don’t bother using as they clearly don’t care what they give to consumers

Marta is the friendliest person ever. She also make the best Dominos pizza I have ever eaten. I wish that Dominos wilmslow could make pizza like she does because that is my local branch. Fortunately I visit Knutsford a couple of times a week so I make sure to drop in to Dominos Knutsford for a pizza. Keep up the amazing work!! ❤️

Got it delivered, bleedin' great food and all, unfortunately I didn't get all of my order, but the manager was happy to send someone to deliver my two drinks to me, which they were the wrong type of drinks too but it overall wasn't too much of a problem. Overall pretty decent.

We have a hotel in knutsford and when people want food we give recommendations for dominoes and local take aways. Never again will I recommend you, after complaining had a jobs worth disgusting lady tell me the manager is in bed so can’t deal with complaints called me a liar and had the phone put down. Even the poor delivery driver looked at our original pizza with a 1000 jalapeños on it. I love spice and heat but this was unbearable but she was disgusting and her response was would you like 5 or 10 jalapeños . No kidding the pizza was over run It was like end of the night let’s just quadruple order but I would rather my mouth burn than listen to her vile mouth

This place is so hit-and-miss. They ALWAYS forget parts of your order (sometimes side orders, sometimes small bits like sauces etc.) And the food is only okay. Pizza I just ordered had barely any cheese on it and they'd forgotten a sauce I'd ordered. No point calling up because no one will answer the phone.

Food has been hit and miss but tonight it was awful. Barely any cheese, slightly too small (was more small than medium size which is okay if you're not paying a fortune for a pizza that's not really worth the prize). Almost undercooked. Just not worth what you pay for it. It's a shame, because they could be great.

We have had a mixture of pizzas and sides. All very hot and delicious. Very filling and lots of toppings to choose from. Highly recommended 👌

I ordered pizzas at 18.50for delivery. Delivery estimate of thirty minutes. They finally arrived just before eight. A driver who wanted to argue about my address. Apparently the village bakery isn’t the village bakery at a night time. The sign isn’t lit up. Needless to say the pizzas were stone cold. When I rang the shop they told me they will add something for free next time. Like there will be a next time. Incompetence at its best. Do not use this shop.

Worst Dominoes ever … regularly undercooked, this time looked like had been heated up with a hairdryer and barely any cheese, sent it back and requested a replacement which is exactly the same … shame is only place to deliver in Knutsford, will never use again!

Foods good but always need to check your order. I have been given the wrong order multiple times and had to return to the store. Always check in the boxes. Always feels like there is a lot of staff but with the air of disorganised chaos. Too many cooks and all that..

First experience when ordering for delivery was amazing. Second time around on collection was dreadful. I ordered 2 small pizzas. After 40 mins of standing in the shop (and ceiling leaking) I asked to cancel the order because I was fed up of waiting. Was told one pizza was done and they were waiting for the other. Well that first pizza was sitting on the table for 20 mins. When I requested to cancel, 2 employees approached me like I'd just offended their mothers. They rudely asked why I was cancelling the order. I told them I had been waiting 40 mins and was ready to leave. She didn't believe me and proceeded to check the system of when I placed the order. She realised I had in fact been stood there for 40 mins and just walked off. Ended up getting the 2 pizzas but by that point I just didn't even want it.

Ordered a Hawaiian. Got a pepperoni.

Rude delivery driver. Wouldn’t come to my door. Which is what we paid for as I’ve hurt my neck and couldn’t carry up the stairs in my apartment block. Asked him to bring it up for me and he point blank refused. What a joke!

Rudest delivery driver. Claims he couldn’t find our address so rang us. When my partner went to collect he was extremely rude telling us we need to specify the number live at - even though we obviously put the address on for it to be delivered . Need to sort out their staff and teach them how to read door numbers and BASIC MANNERS.

Don’t know how to answer the phone always late!

Waiting for this pizza was like waiting for paint to dry. He forgot to put it in the oven and I was late to pick my kid up because of it. Not happy .

I had family over and we ordered a domino's, as we are veggie; we had a big selection. One of us who was a meat-eater was able to get a small pizza to himself. I love the way you can customise and adapt to who you are eating with. 8/10

It seems like the older reviews of this Domino's are concerning customer service. If I had to guess, I'd say the manager must have been replaced since then as there is no trouble with it now. Great pizza, very quick. I only wish they'd pay their delivery drivers more!

They missed items off our order and weren't very helpful when we called up. Said they would refund and never did. We called 3 times in total and they were quite rude. Emailed head office and 4 days later still no reply. Knutsford dominos is rubbish but this now makes me doubt other Dominos franchises. I will update if I get a reply.

Put in an order for delivery on the app only to be rang up and told that the address is too far away. It’s an 8 minute drive down the road and now we have to wait 5 days to see £25 back.

Rang up to order two pizzas with the deal buy one get one free for collection, added the vegan nuggets on too. Signal wasn’t great and we had to keep repeating ourselves so asked if we could pay on collection.. we were told that because it was a BIG order we had to pay over the phone!! Am I missing something here? Two pizzas, one portion of nuggets. A big order?! Now here is where the scandal happens - £24!!!!! Including the buy one get one free offer. Our cheese and tomato pizza with mushrooms and sweet corn on cost £18!!!! £18 for a medium pizza, I cannot get over it. You don’t even pay that to sit in a nice restaurant and have a much better quality pizza, using fresh locally sourced ingredients. Nail in the coffin was that it’s £6 for the vegan nuggets, nearly £1 per nugget. I’ll stick to my southern fried quorn nuggets from Aldi. Who comes up with these prices and why do people continue to pay so much?! In future I’ll support small local pizza places rather than buy from a chain flogging overpriced mediocre cardboard.

(Monica) very rude manager Rang on more than one occasion to try and order a pizza for my autistic daughter who enjoys dominos to be told that the pizza I wanted was not on the menu this being a large margarita !the moment we rang up the telephone was answered by a lady of the name Monica who was very aggressive and rude laughing down the phone !I asked to be passed onto another member of staff to place my order where I was told she was the manager and I would not be speaking to any one else other than her continuing to laugh down the phone whilst stating she had my number and name whatever this was suppose to mean ?this customer service is not acceptable we had no option but to not order any food which had left my family extremely upset !I wouldn’t normally post a review but on numerous occasions we have rang and similar experiences with this lady answering the phone we will not be eating here again and will make sure the word is very widely spread

Avoid this Dominos!!! RUDE DRIVER & MANAGER We received a call from the delivery driver to say that he was struggling to get to us due to "road flooding" and asked us to get the pizza from outside. I headed outside and explained that there was also another road to get to the property. The driver complained that the satnav brought him in this direction. He refused to drive through the puddle or come through the main streets, which meant we had to walk for half a mile to get to him. He then proceeded to swear on the phone (saying "for f###'s sake"). When we finally got to him, he said "f### this" and left our pizza boxes on a mound of mud. We were unhappy with this extremely poor service and promptly called the Dominos store to register our complaint with the manager. The manager (Monica) was unhelpful to say the least. She said, "Our driver fell in the mud" as if it had been our fault! We told her the driver had been rude and sworn down the phone and in person. She didn't offer any apologies and then told us to collect our pizzas from the store in future. We obviously WON'T be using this Dominos in the future and we're putting our complaint in with the head office.

Just received the absolute worst customer service from dominoes Knutsford’s so called manager. When trying to resolve an issue with the wrong order delivered was told to prove her wrong and hung up the phone on me. When checking my emails to “prove her wrong” no delivery confirmation/receipt had been sent. When i phoned dominoes back up to query the no receipt I was greeted again by a very aggressive and rude “manager” who again hung up on me. Never will I ever again order from dominoes Knutsford. Reading other reviews it seems I’m not the only unlucky one to have had to deal with this awful takeaway.

Delivery driver incredibly rude/abusive on evening of 01/06/2020. Repeatedly shouting as he dropped the pizza off saying he'd been waiting 10 minutes and I hadn't picked my phone up. My phone had no missed calls and CCTV showed he didn't try the doorbell until the time we answered. Bizzare. Wont be ordering from this place again. Shocking service.

Terrible service, waited 20mins in the store for them to hand over my completed order. They then left my order on the side for 5-10mins before they even gave it to me. Raised it with the staff and they just told me it'd be fine. Pizza was luke warm by the time I'd got it home. Terrible

I Called in for small pizza a medium pizza some side ice cream and a drink! Hit with a bill of £49.74 which took me by surprise... whilst I was waiting for it to be cooked I checked on line to fine the cost to be £33.47. When I brought this up with the manager, she said that the deals on line are better and would be £41 in a simple pay that or she would rather throw the food into the bin. Disgusting attitude and service

The second time in three weeks I have had to call up as cold food waiting over a hour and nobody answers phone ... problem is not enough staff ... they charge enough for the food .... but only two staff on ! They have always apologised re sent food etc .... but why is this company not supporting there workers ???? Why under staffed ??? Pure greed !!! They need support to provide a service !! Not staffs fault one bit

My daughter had a party and I wanted 21 personal pizzas. Delivery was 5 mins early which was absolutely perfect and the quality of the food was absolutely spot on. I was worried it might be compromised as such a big order but zero need to worry! Delivery driver was very sweet and gave him a tip to say big thanks! Absolutely have confident to rely on these guys! 👍

Took ages for delivery, driver nice and friendly though so not his fault, pizza didn’t come with all toppings I asked for, garlic bread was more like just bread...wedges hard and chicken kickers hard and stringy, weird texture. Couldn’t eat and had to throw away. Complete waste of money!

Ordered 2 pizzas and desert last Sunday which never arrived....I rang 16 times over an hour period with no one answering the phone so was left helpless leaving me with 2 children without there special treat for dinner so they were very upset and ending up having beans on toast. I get a call back 5 days later to say they were smashed on Sunday which I presume means busy and will refund my payment...which I still am waiting for. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. I would recommend using pastiche in Knutsford for anyone who wants a pizza a family run company that actually cares about their customers.

Worst delivery in Knutsford! Apparently our address doesn't exist and they cant be bothered to call to ask for clarification. Ordered food at 8:30 and now 10:40. Tried calling the shop and just kept ignoring my calls.
