Chilli Jacks in Cheshire East

Just getting back into the takeaway game after a few years away, I've certainly piled on the pounds since indulging in all things takeaway. I love their 14" pizzas oven baked to perfection, they go down a absolute treat after shipping a load of ale. I usually finish it cold in morning when I wake up for breakfast.

I just ordered a meal deal including with seasoned chips, burger and cola the best cheap burger place in Alderley Edge with good customer service!

Worst pizza ever, £28 in the bin, and they don’t even answer the phone! 0 food value, 0 customer service , never again and don’t recommend at all

Tried the Kebab and Pizza is great

Just moved to the area, currently renovating and of course some nights it’s inevitable you’ll end up with a take away. Chilli Jacks was just around the corner, walked in and ordered. Food wait was 20 mins which was fine. Ordered triple 12” pizza deal for 18.99, pizzas are great packed full of meat and cheese, proper take away pizza will definitely be going back before I start the diet again

Not great Change of management has meant its not at all the same as before. Kebabs are sloppy wraps, don’t do naan’s anymore. Ordered meals twice, and both times, no drinks were delivered. Salad looks old, brown and disgusting 🤮 Only things that are decent are the pizzas. Wont be ordering again. 🙁

Waste of time, ordered a large kebab, send my young kids to buy and half the order came back. Scam artists and poor quality, pitta falls to pieces meaning frozen and defrosted !! Leave well alone

Have ordered a few times now from this place and never felt dissapointed. Delivery on time, food great with a variety of choices all at an affordable price. Will definatley be ordering from here again.

Foods normally pretty good but this is twice now we've waited 2 hours for our food. Tried calling and just get told the same thing each time 'it will be there in 15mins'. A shame as it could be good if they sort their delivery and communication out. 11/03 - UPDATE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. Thought we'd give them another go to try and support local. Bad choice. 2 mixed kebabs (2 choices of meat each) for £24. What arrived can only be described as a salad wrap with a touch of meat. Only 1 meat at that. I called and spoke to the staff who advise they are employees and not the owner. Daylight robbery. Never using again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Have regularly ordered from here over the last 5 years with the exact same order every time. Two mixed kebabs. But it seems there has been a change of ownership or change of menu as tonight we’ve received something completely different to our usual order. Something half the size. Wrapped in tin foil and with barely any meat it. And only Donnor meat at that. After speaking to the shop they say this is how their kebabs now come. Despite being the same price for half the size and half the meat and in a wrap not a naan! So we will be ordering from here no more. Not apologetic at all and they don’t think it’s a problem to still charge the same for a piddly little wrap.

Living in Chelford, I don't get many takeaway options, some nice ones but also many bad ones, many of the bad ones are the pizza places. Except Chilli Jacks, best Pizza you can get if you live in Chelford, thick cheesy topping, slathered with sauce and good solid bases. Only downside was what my poor toilet had to put up with the day - after which is to be expected. Delivery was on time, within the hour, but then again I am ordering on a wednesday and not some plonker ordering on a sat/fri day night and expecting them to not be absolutely rammed. I order 2x 14 inch pizzas, 2 sides of fries and 10 chicken strips which all came to 32 quid total. Not bad, bigger bang for my buck than ordering at dominos for sure. Will be ordering again.

Waited 2h for delivery. Restaurant doesnt answer. When he does he told me to chill out. Chips were half cooked. This place is a joke !!!

Normally love the food from here, sometimes late but I completely understand as I’ve worked in the food industry. However, really disappointed with the change in menu. Almost all the pizzas we love have gone

They didn’t deliver are good till 2 hours and a half later they put chilli in my food witch I’m allergic to lucky my friend tried it before me they didn’t send half the food because they didn’t have it they send completely the wrong food that we orderd it was cold soggy and disgusting

The worst take away ever, food was late, and the order wrong. Took another 45 minutes just to deliver the missing pieces, food was cold. Staff had an awful attitude, avoid at all costs.

Recently cleaned up its got a new chef and food is really tasty

Shocking service, cannot get the order right, ordered a steak kebab and only ordered fried onions came with mushrooms and peppers all over it, phone them up and they said “It always comes like this” but not one mention that it comes with mushrooms and peppers, I cannot eat them, on the website,you get the choice what you want to add to it 🤷‍♀️complained and there rude staff hung up on me took my partner to ring up to say they will deliver it and guess what I am going to bed hungry, refurb or not there customer service is appalling!!

Vile .... wouldn't have fed it my dog never mind my kids !! Waited 2 hours and food turned up cold soggy and unedible, half the order was wrong, food sent back and refund given. If a nice take out is what you want then go elsewhere !!

Decent Kebabs from this place, its exactly as it should be. Quick delivery locally and reasonable prices.

Slow service. Rarely meet their order times meaning you have to hang around for a further 15mins waiting for your food.

Can’t comment on the food as we have ordered from here twice now only for it to be ‘cancelled by the kitchen’. The first one was after a few minutes so it wasn’t too inconvenient to order from somewhere else, but the second was more than half an hour after we had ordered, and were expecting delivery any moment. And we’re left hungry and having to start from scratch elsewhere. At least the refunds were quick.

Really fancied a kebab after a long old week, ordered online from here and it was brilliant. Delicious kebab, good portion size and great delivery from a really nice guy! Lovely.

I'd like to say I can't fault the place!read all reviews before going ere... kebab meat was really nice....bread was fresh....salad was crisp!but all the chilli sauce ect is them big bottles ya can buy from b&m bargains for a quid!🤔if they had a signature sauce it would be faultless

Ordered via Just Eat app. Delivery was over an hour and a half late and virtually cold when it did eventually turn up. Mediocre pizzas, will not be ordering from them again

Very disappointed they prioritise deliverys over customers that walk in off the street!! I literally live a few doors away and everything was stone cold!! I would not recommend or return here!!

Me and a friend were having a catch up. She's unwell at the moment so we decided to stay in rather than go out for tea and were looking at takeaways to have. We settled on Chili Jack's and placed our order via Just Eat and were given an ETA of 19:35, after placing the order at about 18:15. We agreed this wasn't too long of a wait. After 19:35, the Just Eat app stopped tracking our order and went into "received mode" which wasn't good because we hadn't actually had our food yet, so I rang the business and asked for an update (I was calm on the phone, as I do understand they might've been busy, but it was a Tuesday night), and a member of staff advised me that my order was 10 minutes away. I had waited until 19:45 ish to call and ask for this info. So basically our order was 30 minutes later than advised, and (not sure if this even is possible) they didn't update the app to let us know that it was going to be late. To add insult to injury when I did place my order of a pizza and a curry (for my friend) I included a note to say "no mushrooms please, I am allergic". Low and behold, when to food arrived (late) the pizza I ordered had mushrooms on it. It is a good job I don't have a serious allergy that's all I will say, as I started to notice little grey slices under my cheese. I basically had to swap orders with my friend so I was really not happy with the entire experience. The only reason I did not ring them at the time to complain was because me and my friend were starving and we were not about to wait another 30 minutes + for food that might not be what we'd specified. Would not recommend.

Just tried chilli Jack's for the first time. Really really amazing food. Fresh tasting and full of flavour. Just moved into the area and took a gamble. One of the best kebabs I've ever had 👌

Don't go in loads of fast food joints round here but I think the prices are very very high. Foods just average (when i have ate from there) so its a loss, loss for me. I will say each to there own and i am only one opinion.

Southern fried chicken was just chicken, no seasoning!?! Curry was a microwave version, Garlic mushrooms had no garlic?! No coleslaw! Really bad.

I implore you, do not eat from here the food is awful, I ordered a curry which cost me £6.20 and when they delivered it, it was still in the microwave plastic, the meat was like leather, the sauce was tasteless, the bread was like cardboard and the rice was like eating pellets of rubber, the only thing that was nice was the can of vimto, do not order from here they're rip off merchants

Had large bucket of chicken and fries. Delivered 30 mins late. Worse of all tasted horrible. Fries rubbery, chicken dry bland and tasteless. We put over half of it in the bin !! Sorry chilli jacks will not be using you again.

Do not bother ordering from Chilli Jacks. My order arrived 20 minutes late, meaning that I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for it. On a Monday night too, not even at weekend when they're busier. I called the restaurant to enquire after waiting over 50 minutes & was fobbed off, told it would be 10 minutes more until delivery, which it wasn't. When my food finally arrived it was cold. Do not waste your time & money on what is, in my opinion, very poor quality service.

I ordered what was supposed to be a sirloin steak. it was like a burger. clearly NOT steak. it was clearly minced need reformed. kebab was supposed to come with naan and salad. came with outta and no salad. will not use again when there are so many better ones out there.

great that you got a garlic bread free with the pizza. this was nice. Hawaiin pizza tho was over cooked rubber cheese that was tasteless. worst pizza I’ve ever had. chicken strips and fries were fine. disappointed after eating from here several times before.

the tikka curry wasn’t good at all not what I expected, tasteless and bland and microwaved, the onion bhagis were very soggy, however delivery was early and the burger and chips were great

Not even 1 star, the pizza smelt funny, it was cold and just didn't taste nice at all also the spicy chips were absloutley covered in chilli powder and soggy. Just revolting will never be ordering from here again couldn't even get the drink right, I ordered diet coke and got a Pepsi

I ordered a special pizza and all I could see on it was red onion and cheese infact my wife said why did you get a cheese and onion pizza . Very tasteless and undercooked. Won't be ordering again.

I had to wait over an hour for my order to arrive. In which time myself & the Just eat chat support team tried to call multiple times but got no response. When it finally arrived the driver was unapologetic. Upon opening my order one of the pizzas that was sent was not what we had ordered & at least half of our food was cold. Again the restaurant did not answer. This is the worst service i have ever experienced!

The pizza box was warmer than the pizza. The actual pizza was BARELY warm.. the hash towns were literally DRIPPING in grease and fell apart when picked up.. not worth the waiting of 1 hour and 20 minutes.

The meal we have just ordered was absolute rubbish.both the Chicken burger wrap and the lamb kebab were so tough they would have made good shoe soles! No more orders from us.

Possibly the worst curry I’ve ever had, tasteless, bland, just not edible, ended up in the bin. The driest naan bread I’ve ever had was like cardboard. Would not recommend this takeaway. I asked for Mayo on my kebab and it came utterly flooded in it. The quality was poor and was very stale. I won't be ordering from here again.

Chicken strippers cold Popcorn chicken not for human consumption tiny hard pieces of chicken. And spicy chips was just paprika which wasn't spicy on soggy cold chips
