Subway in Cheshire East

Since the old franchisees left. This subway has gone from good to probably the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Foor ordered at 12 pm, waiting three hours for food without notification from outlet is unexpectable. Refund is the very least i require. Im disabled and unable to collect so rely on delivery services!

Great service, food was delicious.

Short order.order was for two footlong meal deals.i got one six inch one footlong and was charged for two footlongs.

Grate service and considering I live in Crewe and this order was from Nantwich, I was expecting it to maybe be a little bit cold, I was wrong this order was actually warmer than the ones I go to in Crewe

got the wrong fanta not impressed

Given gluten free sub with sauce that has gluten that was not ordered with sauce Informed the shop and not helpful

my order was never delivered. I had to go and collect my order as the delivery driver decided to accept the delivery and was asked to wait as order wasn't ready and he decided to leave without my order but claim he had delivered it.

Was ok, Tuna sub melt was a bit of a joke as there was only tuna in the middle of the sandwich and the rest was just cheese and onion and peppers, the cheesy garlic footlong side was appalling. Very basic- and the wedges were more like tiny chunks of potato. Best part about the order was the cookies as they’re the easiest bit to not mess up, probably won’t order again for lunch as it seems they don’t bother to present or even prepare the food appropriately.

I don’t know what it is with the subway staff when I deliver. But they always give me such a battered sandwich. It tastes nice of course but did you punch the sandwich or something ? I know deliveries can be an extra challenge sometimes but if you’re on delivery website it should be expected of you to produce just as good quality as you would to other customers.

Always pleasant service at this store in Nantwich and the Subs are great!

Absolutely shocking food, salad tasted like it had sat there all week. It was that bad I went back to complain, manager not interested and basically threw me out of the shop.

Oh dear, all salad looked far from fresh , coolers have ice on most that caused everything, lettuce, tomatoes, olives etc to become soggy and mushy. Person who sliced my bread couldn't even cut it evenly in the middle, so it was 1cm thin on top and then far deeper, causing the toasting to completely be uneven and burn my top. It's not difficult to make a sandwich, but by far one of the poorest subways I've ever been too. Won't be returning.

The Blonde older lady with glasses, who conveniently refused to show her name card upon realising we were upset at how she was treating us for simply wanting to order , and asking my friends, who were waiting for me to order very politely at a table, to leave as we had not yet received our food because “we can’t sit there without a meal” (I was in the queue) has completely put me off wanting to eat here again. And I know others have had similar experiences. Not a great look .

Great service this morning, from the very polite, friendly young lad.excellent sub,very fresh produce.

Such slow service! Never the speediest but ridiculously slow. Upside was amazing food eventually :-)

Got there and ordered a 12 inch tuna sub, the tuna tasted tangy like it had been sitting out for days, only to find out it’s 6 quid for a sandwich, if I knew it was that much I would’ve expected a mortgage with it, Sincerely a disappointed customer

i always call into subway, in my home town of nantwich, and also when i get to crewe this place is my first stop, after I've got off the bus into crewe, also if you've never been to subway, i recommend that you call in the next time you're passing, for a hot drink 'or' maybe feeling like something to eat, theirs a countless number of choices for yourself to eat and drink ect for you to choose from, hence is to why I've given them a 5 ☆ quality rating / for their wide variety of food for yourself to choose from, that's why I've given them a 5☆ for their wide variety of food for yourself to eat, so i recommend that you give them a try and then, judge them for yourself.

Amazing food, fast and friendly staff

Recently visited in-between calls for a coffee, staff didn't even acknowledge us. Totally disappointed with treatment and walked out after standing and waiting .

Standard Subway. Quick, simple and friendly.

Nachos are just awful recently had burnt bread instead of toasted cookies are a gamble either rock solid or really nice and soft. Never get cheese on my meatballs even tho it states on the delivery they are served with cheese only reason this place doesn't get a 1 star is due to the delivery drivers I've had. They are polite and usually on time.

Absolutely appalling service had a spicy Italian the guy put on 2 strings of pepper about 3 onions and about 2 jalapeños had to ask for extra onions he put on an extra 2 no kidding!!! By the looks of it the guy couldn’t be arsed refilling the salad probably more for him on his break.

Not been to a Subway in six years. No idea why they want a review.

Visited this place today upon Arriving the table hadnt been cleaned so had to ask a member of staff to clean it , to which he didnt seem very happy to do so . Myself & daughter Noticed there was alot of food on the floor below the tables &-chairs & everything looked grubby . Also the lady that served us was not polite ,she rolled her eyes when my daughter asked her change something . All in all wont be returning it needs a good clean & the staff need retraining in customer Skills .

Quite poor compared to other subways I've visited. Not as clean, tables not cleared and slow service. Also as I left discovered my coffee cup lid hadn't been put on properly.

The quality of the food and the portions they give here are below par compared to other Subways. We drive into Crewe if we want a subway

Absolute rubbish, gave them a written list, tuna, grated cheese, toasted, all of the salad I’ve opened it and there is no salad, no grated cheese, hardly anything on the sandwich, the employee must not be able to read! 😡😡😡

Best place for cheap food day or night

I went in today (11th march 2018) to pick up some food for my coworkers as they love the sandwiches, and there was a huge que and only one person serving. However, despite clearly being under a lot of pressure, he was polite, incredibly fast and above all very professional. He admitted to anyone that asked that he had let a member of staff go early as there had been hardly any custom and then felt personally responsible for the wait times. The sandwiches were made perfectly (despite being made at about 100mph) and I didn't have to wait nearly as long as I expected. This is thus more a commendation of that particular member of staff (ty I believe his name was) but I do believe that he did himself and the franchise proud and I am a very happy customer purely because of the way he dealt with a difficult situation. (Also my co-workers scoffed their sandwiches almost as quickly as they were made so I'd take that as a recommendation from them too).

Staff friendly, good food. Not the cleanest after people have eaten, but this can be attributed to lone workers and being busy with other work rather than not doing anything.

Oh dear, not the best Subway - outside the pavement is a mess, floor inside needed sweeping and mopping and whole place a bit grubby.

Very small thay have only two seater tables and not that many, gets very warm inside because of the glass window

Great selection of sandwiches sold here I always go for a 6 inch sandwich and a drink for 3 pound

Absolutely awful. sandwich artist! The staff thought they were Jackson Pollack. I order the same sub from all of the subways I visit unfortunately I couldn't stomach this one. Not only did it smell of washing up liquid it was slopped together and wasn't heated enough. It did not have cheese as requested neither was there the usual amount of chicken although they are very generous with all things salad so much so that I'm sure a whole box of lettuce was used on 2 of our sandwiches. Also very generous with sauce so much so I feared drowning whilst trying to take a bite. The staff were rude and we're clearly witnessed laughing at other customers expense and not discreetly. That is when they were visible as they seemed to be having a great time in the back away from the customers clearly there was somthing between The young male and female we were not privvy to as they smirked together behind The counter and threw things in The back. The floors are sticky and tables leave alot to be desired and also advertising for staff haha you couldn't pay me to eat there again never mind work there. Please stay away. We will not be returning. Such a shame to the subway reputation.

Went into subway Nantwich cheshire today.waited for a while until it was my turn to be served, then the subway staff member( a young man) just completely ignored me and asked the girl behind me in the que what she would like, (just because the girl was young and pretty dosnt mean me at 45 should be ignored im a customer).well I was a bit annoyed and I said I was here first, the young man just laughed and ignored me again with a big smirk on his face. I asked anyway for a tuna salad plater, a brown tuna salad. He then gave me a dirty look and said no tuna, no brown rolls, and no platters left.I was disgusted as he didn't even ask me if I would like anything else.such rudeness is awfull.i then walked out and aid your not having my money. subway in nantwich has gone terrible of late everytime I go in the tables are sticky and covered in bread crumbs.the trays are also not clean and the preparation area for the rolls and salads is a mess. Wont be going back there

What a dirty place this is. The tables, trays and floor are always grubby and I have never seen staff wiping surfaces or sweeping up crumbs. Today our table and tray were dirty and sticky as usual. I told the duty manager what I thought of the state of the place. He mumbled something and went back to playing on his phone. Nobody did any cleaning for the whole of the 45 minutes or so of our stay. We had been popping in regularly for brunch and always found it dirty. What were we thinking? Enough is enough, we won't be back.
