Our group of 4 cycling the King Alfreds Way stopped off here for refreshments rather than at a pub. One of our party asked to recharge his battery (which was OK) and once the owner realised we were cyclists suggested we wheel our bikes through to the garden for security - very thoughtful. Friendly staff, a very large pot of tea and great cakes. Can dine in or out and kids' toys in both areas. Homely and easy going. Check opening times, though! Definitely value for money.

What a wonderful place to meet friends. Some had food, which they said was delicious. Good portion sizes and fresh produce. As there was about 12 of us, we chose to sit in the garden. Which is beautiful, cottage style. Enclosed with plenty of places to sit. The waitress ( Courtney) was absolutely lovely. Very chatty and friendly. Telling us about some wildlife babies that they had to rescue recently. If the weather had been different. There would of been plenty of room for us inside. Can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be meeting up here again. Thankyou Bustard tea rooms and Courtney. See you again, soon.🥰

Stopped off here for a cream tea after going out on the Salisbury plains safari. Had a friendly welcome, a delicious, warm, home made fruit scone, loads of clotted cream, jam and a massive pot of tea. Perfect to warm up! They aren't open all the time, so just check for opening hours before heading here. Don't expect pretentious... This place is friendly and homely.... And perfect for a stop en route to Stonehenge or to break up a journey on the a303.

We had lunch as part of the Salisbury Plain Safari (highly recommend it) so we had lunch here afterwards; really friendly service, great food, huge pot of tea and tasty cakes (a moorish lemon drizzle cake). Great place to come.

Absolutely loved my home made cream tea and hot chocolate. Also the Cheese Straws are fantastic, I could have eaten them all! Fantastic old building with some lovely local craft on display, the new kitchen they’ve put in looked very nice and clean. I’ll be going back for more.

Online has a huge price mark-up! I just paid £15 for a £9.80 meal because they don't accept card! Get with the times... Card machines take a maximum of 2.5% nowadays! The chips look and taste old too.

This the sort of pub that is disappearing far too fast now. A family run business offering a selection of pub food that has all but disappeared from our menus too. Good wholesome country produce with
