The Bus Stop at Radway in Stratford-on-Avon

I wanted to express my gratitude, as someone with chronic fatigue and difficulty regulating temperature I experienced great customer service. I wear a sunflower lanyard and was treated patiently, and helped with ordering something to help stabilize my energy levels. I can't remember the name of the barista who helped me, but I am so grateful for the help, as my energy was severely dropping <3

Best sausage ciabatta in the world. Absolutely loved it. Just what was needed on a freezing December morning

All round lovely place. First visit and it won't be the last. A proper decent cup of tea, delicious cheesecake and lovely laid back atmosphere.

Quality of service can be very hit or miss at Costa. Unfortunately this branch is a big miss. Service was really poor with rude staff. Our food was not properly heated, cold in the middle. Queue was also extremely slow moving. Won’t be coming back.

Convenient parking and brilliant shops. Lovely, something for everyone!
