Had a lovely breakfast at The Bull this morning. Looking forward to going back.

Great staff. Tired and run down.

Food was overpriced, steak overdone for both meals served in our table. Shocking that a beefeater couldn’t cook a steak as it was requested. It was busy so we sat in the bar area - 2 ladies taking orders and serving behind the bar. Blonde was pleasant, the brunette wouldn’t even look at us while taking our order, was pretty impolite and miserable. Restaurant wasn’t clean. Disappointing, will not be returning.

I came here for an early celebration of my upcoming birthday. I had received an email voucher for a free main meal, and I claimed a free bottle of house wine on accumulated loyalty points. We were looked after by Louise, who was friendly and attentive throughout. The food was very good and we had a lovely time.

Lovely space for family get together

NO staff, coffee machine not working, NO juices only water or milk. Toaster on fast so toast comes out white and undercooked. Service nonexistent. Order wasn't taken so got a refund. Staff rude and will never eat here again.

Breakfast options are good! Plenty of choices to choose from croissant, pancakes etc. Cooked breakfast is served hot and cooked to perfection. Poached eggs scramble eggs and fried eggs are good! Would come again.

Been using this restaurant for approximately 10 years, as our last resort go to.Tonight exceeded itself in rubbish, Sat in bar area, Table was sticky , couldn’t get it cleaned.Meal took ages to arrive and was cold, ( sirloin steak) kids literally screaming and running about like ferals,while parents ignored them, and the bathroom was disgusting.We left our meal and left the restaurant.Ive chosen steak as recommended dish ,although I wouldn’t recommend any of it.

Went for lunch today and the food was excellent and only beaten by the friendly service, would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!

Absolutely disgusted with what happened today we’ve been coming here for a few weeks now never had any issue the staff in general are amazing however the lady Emma we met today rolled her eyes and said we wasn’t welcome for no reason less the 30% was occupied, I’m assuming it’s because the colour of our skin or the fact she just didn’t like the way we looked disgusting she should be ashamed.

We always find the steaks really good and the waitress really friendly and helpful 😁

Friendly staff make u feel like home

We had a very nice evening after a long drive from Wales. The food was good and the service was very friendly and helpful......we were served by Lou C, who was very attentive and obliging!! The place was warm, clean and had a nice relaxing atmosphere. The only slight negative thing for me personally was that I felt my portion of Fish and Chips could have been a bit more generous!!! The fish was a good size but the chips & peas were very sparse!!! Overall, all of our group of 5 were pleased with the food and we would recommend to go..... especially if you're staying at The Premier Inn as it's so convenient!!!

A Good Breakfast made the work meeting go better

We had a wonderful family get-together at the Beefeater Swanley. Vikki P was a brilliant hostess, making us feel very welcome. Ordering was a breeze, and the food was excellent – tasty and served quickly. The price was reasonable too, working out at around £16.76 each for our group of four. Highly recommended, and we look forward to our next visit!

This is a large restaurant with plenty of tables available, so usually there is no need for prebooking the table. Service is relatively quick, quite a good selection of steak, which was delicious this time, as well as grilled chicken brest and ribs, which were perfectly cooked. They have limited selection of beers and ales. The prices are quite ok as fot type of food with amazing offer for afternoon lunch for around £10 - rump steak, fish and chips etc. You can upgrade Rump to fillet for extra £2.

Is it me? Why do restaurants serve food on cold plates. With my fish which was really good came 11 chips - and yes I counted them !!

The Beefeater Premier Inn Swanley, very disappointed, went to book a local large community group in for Breakfast gave 3 months notice and replied sorry far to busy !! obviously don't care about the locals !! Used many times before with large groups never again !!!!

We stayed at the premier inn, and we're lucky enough to have the beefeater right next door. The food tasted great and presentation was awesome. We ate breakfast and dinner, everything came out perfect. All employees love their job and you can really tell they are happy. Thank you guys for being amazing!

Great food with plenty of choice.

I have been coming here for over at least 9 years periodically. I have never had a bad meal. There is a wide range of choices at good value and good quality. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It can get a little noisy if very busy, so perhaps a little more furnishings to absorb sound would be good, but it doesn't detract from the service or food. Would recommend the steaks and the roast dinners.

Don't waste your time! Literally half of the menu was off. But they didn't bother warning us. So 3 cars worth of petrol and 1 spoilt birthday later. Evidently, Beefeaters have been having supply issues since before Christmas! Why take our booking or not tell us before hand! They have lost my custom and ruined what was going to be a nice family birthday meal for 7!

The staff and service are very professional and friendly, our waitress in particular seemed to be very busy and yet always had time to see if everything was going well with our table. The only issue I had in the slightest was with the way a few of the dishes were plated. Some of them were a little sloppy and the plates were greasy but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will come again.

I came with a friend and my 2 year old daughter tonight. When we arrived we were told there was a supply issue so a number of items were off the menu… about 12 items. We thought we would go for a roast and then as we went to order found out roasts were also off the menu. My daughter was hungry so it was a bit late to go elsewhere at this point. I had bbq smothered chicken which was ok but the coleslaw looked like it had been sitting about. My friend had the ribs which had chips lukewarm and then found a hair in the middle of her ribs. The waitress was very helpful and asked what my friend would like. My friend was visiting for her birthday and didn’t want to cause a fuss so just asked for a new meal minus hair. I was a little shocked that considering they hardly had anything on the menu and food wasn’t that great that not more was offered to make us want to return again. I have eaten here before and it’s been fine but feel very let down by tonight’s experience

Manager has a really bad attitude mouthing off about customers and very argumentative clearly does not want to be at work but happy to take bookings. Rude to everyone who came in will also be logging complaint with corporate

Great food, wonderful staff, Christmas menu restrictions as they had supplier issues, not the staffs fault, nothing to complain about, we were given notice by email and option to cancel. Had a great family meal, been many times, will come back

Total lack of service from the start long waits probably due to lack of staff resulting in luke warm food. There was no evidence of any management on site. The food distribution problem is self inflicted again due to poor management at headquarters.

Tend to go for a breakfast, which is really good value. Unlimited drinks, bread, pastries etc. Special mention to Ben, the chef, who does a superb cooked breakfast. Thank you, Leanne, for all your hard work, especially at breakfast time.

Served by Melih who did a fantastic job despite being very busy! Food was decent, prices are a bit high but we used a discount code which made it very affordable.

Can't go wrong with this place. Great food and service with good prices.

The seating in the restaurant is the worst I have ever had sit on, I dinned here back in May and it was poor, and was fully expecting the seating to be renewed in fact it was much worse also very dirty as the faux leather is completely worn through, I'll be posting photos on other revue sites.

Great service from both Lisa’s, Really helpful and attentive as I was staying in the premier inn next door and as I use these on many occasions there can sometimes be issues with allowance but I was assured right from the get go all was good, Great team and an asset to the business, Thanks

Great service, good atmosphere, but value for money is questionable

Sadly there was a lack of staff so we were left waiting at the desk waiting to be seated while the only woman there was serving behind the bar. The food was good and the waiter was very friendly and helpful as always.

Second time eating here as I was stopping at Premier Inn. I had the vegetarian burger, and must say it's one of the nicest I've had. It was quite busy service was ok considering.

We went for lunch time menu, had a good starter of chicken and mushroom, then for our main dinner we ordered an upgrade to sirloin steak and asked for median well , Dinner came out with dry steak really awful to eat , really disappointed and won't be returning, had better food at home 😕 not a good experience when thinking your having a treat , won't return for meal .

The battered fish was all batter and what fish there was mushy and tasteless. My partners ribs appeared undercooked in her opinion plus corn and peas were cold. Won't be going back

The food was very nice but it would be great if there were some more gluten free options as husband has coeliacs & some things unclear.The waitress was very attentive,even though they were short staffed.

They had staff shortages and couldn't offer us a table for just 2 people. So can't comment on the atmosphere, food or service. As we left within 1 minute of arriving. What I can say is that, they need to invest some money for the outside seating area as it looks run down, and very poor looking. No decent seating, no parasols, nothing. Just slate that's worn thin revealing the inner layer under lining. Come on beefeater, you can do better! We won't come back till you do.

Place was okay. You can tell they were under staffed but the service was also sub par. Food was good. No issues there. Just not blown away or anything like that. Dessert was really good though.

I have been here a lot and will continue to go back. The food is always very nice and the staff are always friendly. Sometimes they do not always have a full menu but the food that is served is always of good quality.

We went to beefeater the Bull on Wednesday 7th August, our waitress name was Sally. Sally was extremely professional and friendly, such a lovely member of the team there.

Good roast dinner..not great..but the veg was nicely cooked..lamb a bit bland... Yorkshire pud just right Loved my kit kat sundae. Grace, our waitress,was brilliant...very friendly and charming. All staff cheerful .

This restaurant is desperately in need of modernisation, the seating is in appalling condition especially the leatherette type benches that are so cracked and worn out they are very uncomfortable to sit on. There always seems to be a problem, with the gas, the lighting, the lemonade dispenser broken for weeks on end, which shows a total lack of management interest and investment, which is such a shame as the waiting staff are really good. The restaurant is always very busy when we go which is often twice a month.

Another v good family meal at this beefeater. Ample parking not overcrowded as we were there at 6pm. We were seated at a nice round table, we were served by a v nice gentleman called Melih, took our drinks order and gave us time to check out the menu ordering was very easy all items available. Food was all served hot and looked appetising, steak cooked just how we liked it. Melih was very good and made our visit enjoyable. Well done we would recommend. Thanks

Lovely little theatre friendly family atmosphere great shows perfect prices

Tasty Lasagna and salad with grilled gammon, chips and salad. Went well with cool, refreshing glasses of Peronni zero percent alcohol. Staff were welcoming, efficient and coping well with surge of customers! Finest Kind! Will repeat experience! 👍⭐

Prepared a 30th birthday meal here on the 9th and it was a lovely restaurant. We had a table booked for 18 people and the lovely waitress Vikki made my booking experience so much easier as it's so hard to book larger tables. And during our meal Sally was our waitress and she did absolutely amazing. All of our orders were correct, she was quick and friendly and absolutely rushed off of her feet bless her, she did an absolutely wonderful job with us. Food was amazing, drinks were flowing. Sally never left our glasses empty!! Will definitely be coming back again.

My youngest 15th birthday,, i will not recommend the ribs taste awful and it was too expensive for lunch without discount.

Table for 2 booked for 7pm. Arrived at 645 and told table not ready. To stand and wait. Have seen 7 couples come in and go straight to a table. When i commented, i was told your table isnt ready.. We dont mind where we sit. But the best bit was when somebody walked in, no booking and got a table. Really. Think your staff need some training. We have waited 45 minutes now. Terrible service. Rediculous. We are leaving.

Absolutely disgusted.my booking was cancelled 3 hrs before we were due too arrive. I had family on route from Portsmouth as it was a surprise lunch for my Mothers 70th birthday. Due to the large amount of people it took us nearly an hr and a half to ring round and find somewhere to accommodate a large party on a Sunday afternoon. Luckily we did but the stress caused overshadowed the day. We should of been told there was an issue straight away.

Wanted to write a review to thank Tia who looked after our table on 1st May. There were approx 20 people, arriving and leaving at different times. Tia coped very well. No mixed up orders or mistakes. She was friendly, polite and everyone enjoyed the evening very much. Food was excellent too! Thanks Tia

Leighanne was our waitress, she was the only waitress there and she was extremely busy, however she done so well and remained very polite despite being rushed off her feet.

Was not even taken to a table, which I may add once we found one it hadn't even been cleared or cleaned. Nobody asked how our meal was, in fact it was quite bland and nothing to shout about. Once we'd eaten we left. Won't be returning.

We have been discriminated today. We went to have our usual family breakfast with our 5 and 6 y/o kids and the receptionist told us at 09:22 that there no seats for us. We left and looked online and we were able to book a table at 09:30. When we came back to tell the lady about the booking, she said she can't see the booking and walked away. We always come here almost every week and has not been treated this way. This is definitely a bad customer service.

Went here with the family for Easter. The food was lovely and hot. The waiter was friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend it.

Had to wait 10 minutes to be served our first drinks, which is long, also the starters are awful quality, the type you pay £1 a pound bag from Iceland frozen, quality has gone done hill massively, would only return for the breakfast not the main meals/lunch

I have to say our server was lovely! However when ordering glazed BBQ ribs I don’t expect a dry curry tasting rack of ribs. No offer to replace the ribs with a fresh rack! Was just told to order something else. Which I didn’t do as if I wanted to eat something else I wouldn’t have ordered the ribs in the first time. Also asked another server for a coke top up and got told in a very rude manner that she will do it. This is unacceptable and poor excuse of customer service! I will not be coming back as this has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be sticking to more up market restaurants where the food isn’t pre cooked.

Enjoyed it there and was a reasonable price
