Costa Coffee in Sevenoaks

Every time I choose to drink in I can hear the same staff member bad mouthing about the Manager. It’s very unprofessional, distracting and tiring. My advice would be to leave as he clearly knows how to run such a successful coffee shop, unfortunately I even know the mark up per coffee, sales per month and targets and that the targets are unsustainable despite vocally trying to close early on 80% of times I visit.

No idea, never been there. Google maps asking me for reviews on places i've never been.

Nice to sit down for a coffee when I was at the hospital

We come here every week when we are going out for the day and when my husband gets the train to work the staff are friendly and welcoming always ask how we are etc

Visited around 15:00 on Saturday 06/04 and was served by a very kind member of staff who answered all my questions without judgement and made me the most delicious oat milk latte with sugar free syrup. It made my day! Thank youuuu

Ham and cheese toastie was cold I asked for large hot chocolate and got regular

Got a white hot chocolate delivered with a massive hole in the bottom of the cup and it poured out in front of the delivery man who didn’t care

Very slow. Had to abandon as it was taking too long to serve customer ahead of me. It was not busy and staff seemed under motivated.

Ordered at 9am, it's now 11:50 and still no sign of it. Wouldn't mind it's only two coffees. Absolutely ridiculous

Ordered two coffees on just eat at 9am to be delivered to my partner working in the area. We're now on 11:20am almost and still no sign of two simple coffees. No update no contact number as their number is down. Absolutely disgusting poor service.

I had to leave my neighbour to collect, I had to go out !!!

Costa at Sevenoaks Station. I put a +£20 order in yesterday, got to the station to collect and you weren’t open. I know you will refund, but just really poor on your part.

I grabbed a coconut milk iced latte and a tuna panini today on the way home and both were lovely - the barista working was very friendly and efficient! :)

This is a Costa, so come here with moderate expectations of the coffee and you will not be disappointed. The staff here are nice and friendly and seem to know the regulars, which pushes them to a four star review. It's good for when you need to pay by card.

I do not drink coffee I went in with someone else. It was not somewhere to sit down just somewhere to buy a drink or buy a ready made sandwich.

Absolutely wonderful. Always serving coffee quickly and with a smile. Couldn't ask for a better team than those there already.

Good, but the amount of huffs and puffs I got for simply ordering a frostino.

Standard Costa. A bit like McDonalds. There's a formula and by God do they stick to it. I much pefer local independent cafes. The food is usually miles better.

Paid for a flat white not really expecting much; the lady at the coffee machine made me one of the best flat whites I have ever had. Fantasitc!
