Costa Coffee in Sevenoaks

I am treated well by staff but too expensive for me. I give tips too.

Excellent customer service I got today brought some food to take away asked if I wanted the food heated and the staff member was fast quick & polite 10 out of 10

£4 for a cup of tea? In swanley? Good luck with that When mcdonald's opens up together with gregs in asda, costa will suddenly become a turkish barbers.

Drink here lots good friendly staff they like to know there customers they know what drink I want before I even get to till 10 out of 10

I was desperate to use the loo, so as ASDA now has no toilets (not even sure if this is allowed?) I decided to use the one in Costa. A standard white coffee came in at £3.50!!! And this in a paper cup!!! Nothing to wash up or break...but £3.50 straight in the till. As a point of interest...I worked on the team that built this square... I'm guessing in 1974? Hard to believe that it's nearly 50 years ago! First time in Swanley in years... hopefully the last time in Costa. But the staff were friendly.

Myself and my children came away covered in flea bites. Don't sit on their soft furniture.

Used to be very pleasant in there. Now the staff are too noisy and can't make coffee

Wish I could give them zero stars. As the female staff member stoped me and my mum from siting. Just because she decided to wash the floor and then she let. The other costumers in to sit. Probably because she heard my mums Scottish accent.

Love the coffee, but, NO gluten free food apart from very sweet choco brownies. Ages ago you did a gf chicken caesar wrap. Why NO options now.

Unfortunately my visits are becoming less frequent, my local Costa has taken on doing uber eats, they only have one machine and those of us that go in used to have maybe a 5 minute wait, well nowadays it between 15 to 25 minute wait .

Went to the Costa at swanley opposite asda and the queue was long so thought I would order on the app, i paid for my order and went to collect it but they informed me that the order system wasn't working but it took my payment... 1 unhappy customer 😑

It's like a joke. We have been waiting more than 45 minutes to get a coffee, there are million people on the queue but all the staff is preparing deliveroo orders.

Everyone lovely and polite except the one tall guy with tattoos and a chip on his shoulder. Coffee is made well.

Very polite inexperienced staff, you order and wait and wait and wait for your order. How long does it take to put a blueberry muffin on a saucer along with a caramel frosting....18 minutes is a bit long seeing as we were the only people in there at 2.10pm on a Sunday

Thank you to the staff at Costa Swanley, great safety measures in place and to see the staff still going the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

I can not fault this Costa Coffee at all the staff here are amazing, they really make you feel welcome and also remember what drinks you have if you have been more than a few times. Every on days when they are rush of their feet they still make time to see how your doing. Keep up the great customer services.

Got coffee and panini to take away was very nice though not a very big costa so food choice was very limited but staff polite and served quickly was a busy shop.

I visit here regularly and like it. Hot drinks and cakes are not bad value, but are always nice.

As with all Costa's it serves good coffee It is always busy and to my mind not always the cleanest. It's nice to be able to sit outside.

Love the people who work in the shop, all brilliant, friendly members of staff I've known since it opened. Always have a great chat when we go in and we can bring the dog and sit outside. The staff remember our drinks and previous conversations, making iit easy to develop a rappport and makes it a very personalised visit every time we go. The staff work very hard and it shows in the quality of their coffee and presentation of the store. Hats off to the staff at Swanley!

Staff are all ways friendly always there y to help always know my drink.

As a non smoker all my life I am totally against being a passive smoker! Sitting outside this establishment we found ourselves surrounded by people smoking at 3 other tables round us. I enquired inside as to why they put ashtrays on EVERY table outside, and suggested they only put ashtrays on a few all at one end of what is around 8 tables in total. I was told "there's no law against it, and they'd smoke there anyway, sorry..."Well I'M sorry but that is NOT the attitude to take! I have the right to drink my overpriced Cappuccino without cigatette smoke billowing from all directions into my face and down my lungs! Asda cafe from now on methinks!

Great range of products available including some tasty seasonal ones. Always friendly and welcoming staff and very helpful. They fill babies milk bottles for free too which is awesome. Food is always fresh and never overdone. And anytime we spill a drink it's replaced for us. Would highly recommend them to anyone

Friendly place and got cake free from points

No urgency to be ready for opening time, particularly on a Sunday. Quality of coffee very hit and miss depending on barista.

The staff are great at the Swanley Branch, they are friendly, polite and attentive. They always go that extra mile to ask how I am and if I’m having a good day and their coffees are pretty great too. Would definitely recommend this branch to friends :)

This place is a gem. Nice, if expensive drinks but the customer service is absolutely outstanding, definitely not something I'm used to in Swanley! It's often busy for much of the day but it isn't hard to see why. That said, even during the peak times on a Wednesday (market day) I've never had to wait too long.

My drink was absolutely mouthwatering, the best mango and passionfruit cooler I've ever tasted. It honestly puts the other stores to shame. Mainly the Sidcup stores and the eltham one. If it helps anyone ask Oliver to make it, he's the one who made mine. But seems like a great store with friendly engaging staff. I'd highly recommend.

The coffee is the quality you would expect at Costa. However, this branch is rather small and cramped and cannot seat everybody comfortably during busy times. Otherwise good.

Friendly staff, very accommodating with children and pushchairs. Nice clean environment, good selection of cakes and cold drinks. Perfect location for a local coffee and chat

ここ以外にはASDAの中にあるカフェしかないようなので、ようやくまともなお店が来たという感じです。オープンして数年なると思いますが、いつもにぎわってます。メニューは他のお店と変わりませんが、店の中にも外にもシートがあって、そこそこのキャパがあるようです。

The staff are friendly enough but the coffee is watery and weak. I avoid this place for that reason.

Fleeing a hotel so we didn't have to follow up a poor evening meal with possibly a poor breakfast we arrived at this little Costa outlet in the precinct at Swanley. It is small and it was quite busy on a rainy morning but the staff were great - took endless trouble - the coffee was fine and the little food offerings were good. Just what we were after. Recommended for a quick refresher.

Small Costa Coffee in the small town of Swanley. Unfortunately it is a little too small and gets packed out during popular times. Very crammed in due to too many tables and chairs for the space. Tables outside too, but not suitable for use on cold, wet, windy days. Staff are generally pleasant and helpful.

I use this Costa bar a few times a week. It is always clean, and the staff are all really friendly. They always remember what you have ordered before, and are always suggesting products for you to try.

Beautiful coffee, warm inviting atmosphere and a great place to sit with a book while you sip away at your hot beverage.

Good for Sunday Morning Char can be busy

I avoid these like the plague normally but nowhere else for a coffee. I should have known better. As usual, Costa sell the worst weakest coffee and still think a flat white is supposed to be served in a huge cup. It's basically half a pint of warm milk with a vague taste of coffee. One might as well make a cup of instant. Consistently rubbish.

Swanley branch -What a nice place to gathering with few friends. Had a cuppa, blueberry & raspberry muffins. Delicious special the raspberry one. Comfortable seats, We spend a whole afternoon there & enjoyed our visit. Highly recommended!

Wife loves coffee shops, I hate them. However you would not believe that Swanley has the best costa coffee shop in the UK.
