We ordered 12 Brownies and love that you can select all different ones. I changed my mind about one after I’d submitted the order. I sent an email to amend it and got a response almost straight away. Excellent customer service. I received an email to say the brownies had been dispatched and they arrived in London the following day. Each brownie was individually wrapped and labelled and the box they arrived in was securely fastened. The brownies themselves are delicious. My favourite was the peanut butter salted caramel and the kids loved the creme egg one. All amazing though.

I frequented this small yet clinically clean establishment on a break from my work as a courier. The conversation with the waitress/barrister and suprervisor all in one, was light and not unpleasant. The coffee and brownie was £5 with a scoop of excellent quality ice cream. The coffee was large but weak. I'd imagine if the quantity of water was right, this could be a quality coffee also, the option to pour my own heated milk was an unexpected bonus and the request for skimmed milk was welcomed and not passive aggressively agreed to, as has been my past experience in other such similar eateries. The option to warm the brownie was a mistake for me in this instance. It became far too soft and the weight of the ice cream scoop, made it loose its integrity and visual appeal. It felt like a mistake as soon as it hit my lips. I would certainly return but not in a hurry.

The most delicious brownies I’ve tasted, and that’s a few!! What a choice of flavours!! Lovely set up in cafe, tables for 2-12, nicely decorated. Only down side is 1 toilet for all, and if you need to change a nappy the baby change mat is on the floor, not sure I would like to kneel on the floor in a public toilet.

Stop the press!! 🌟 Unbelievably delicious brownies!!! 🌟 I have tried innumerable brownies from all around the world but these truly are remarkable!!! I thought the salted caramel could not be beaten but the triple chocolate chunk was even more exquisite... Not only do they all consistently boast the most wonderfully gooey brownie texture, their flavours are fabulous!! These divine creations stole the show at the Hampton Court Food Festival and I could not recommend them more passionately!!! Thank you, Brownie Bar, for helping to make the world a happier place!!

WAS my favorite for years folks "latte coffee with a cinnamon sticky bun" But purely by chance wandering around Eldon Garden Shopping Center, Newcastle looking out for my old favorite above - I suddenly came across "The Brownie Bar" freshly baked looking scrumptious mouth watering sweet treats with the smell of freshly ground coffee wafting in the air - almost drooling at all these many brownie choices - hard call - but I went for the baileys brownie with a latte coffee - honestly after savoring/scoffing and drinking the first round - I think I could have done a round half dozen - but no I'll save this special find - to treat my self and family every time I'm in the shopping center - So here's saying good bye to my old cinnamon sticky bun favorite As there's a new brownie kid on the block

I was really pleased to learn that the brownie bar has started selling vegan brownies and they had a great selection of flavours too. I opted for one peanut butter and one chocolate mint. They were really good but quite over priced at £2.50 each and the slices were quite small. I will go back but only for an occasional treat

By far the best brownies ever! I love them that much I buy 10 every week lol... keep up the great work guys

I discovered this place via instagram and had to go due to my love of brownie and supporting local businesses. Me and a work colleague were desperately due a catch up so I sent her a text and away we went. Unfortunately it was quiet when we arrived which took away from what would clearly be a cosy little place. The brownies and brownie bombs were to die for. We ordered the salted caramel bomb smoothies (my friend went for the gluten free one) and they were gorgeous, the caramel bomb brownie on top was rich in flavour and so gooey and ugh I could eat it until I died too good. The milkshake itself wasnt the sweetest but I've found that to be the case with most freak shakes / seeet shakes and believe it's to counteract the sweetness of whatever is plonked on top. I also ordered 3 brownies to take home to share with my partner, got the slutty brownie (hell yes), a corker (I'll take 100 please) and a s'mores brownie (take it or leave it, that's a lot of marshmallow). We thoroughly enjoyed all 3 which we ate in one go like starved little piggies. Don't even consider not going here just get in your car and get there as soon as your can!

We love the Brownie Bar and always buy their products at food festivals. We had our first trip to the actual stall in Newcastle on the weekend. We ordered an Eton Mess freak shake as well as 2 brownies to go. Service was quick and friendly and the shake was nice- though I was a little disappointed as expected more from the pics...I'm just not sure what. As ever our brownies were lovely and we have tried quite a few now. Our only criticisms would be the stall is quite small with very limited seating and felt there could have been more choices of brownies out available. We will return at some point but not in a rush to do so but this is only because of the difficulty and cost of parking in town. A stall at the metro centre would be perfect however. :)

I've had a couple of brownies from here and they have been okay, but I recently had one of the 'corkers' which is a brownie inside a cookie. It was horrible, I couldn't even finish it, it was so sickly. The cookie was just pretty much raw, it tasted strongly of vanilla flavouring, and though chocolate was visible the pieces were too small and could't be tasted. Plus the piece of brownie inside was tiny. I think the brownie bar should stick to what they know and give up on the awful cookies.

I've noticed this little place a lot and have always intended to visit but never got around to it until now. Don't know why I waited!! All four brownies I tried (choc orange, Guinness, creme egg and peppermint creme) were AMAZING and the hot chocolate drink was also very nice, not the cheap watery hot chocolate you may expect. We stopped here after a busy day exploring with the kids. It was near closing time but there were still plenty of delicious brownies to choose from, our party opted for millionaire, peanut butter, salted caramel, rich chocolate and pecan and maple all of which were delicious. Lovely and gooey in the middle and really satisfied our sweet tooth! The adults had coffees too, cappuccino and mocha both were good. The only downside was the very limited seating (a few bar stools) but this is understandable given the limited space. I would certainly recommend and visit again. You can even order online and have delivered!!

This review first featured on North East Nerd (http://www.northeastnerd.co.uk/)Recently the boyfriend and I wandered in to town with a sweet tooth and a want to try somewhere new. That's when we decided to give The Brownie Bar a visit. the Brownie Bar is in Eldon Square, tucked away near the start of Eldon Gardens. I've had a friend work with them before (for dissertation type things) and he said it was amazing. My mother-in-law came home one day with a cookie that had a brownie center (sounds too good to be true, I know) which I got a taste and it confirmed the amazing things I'd heard. On this occasion I opted for a Creme Egg Brownie (it was just after Easter so the diet was still out the window) and a Vanilla milkshake. The milkshake was okay. It was sweet vanilla and made with ice cream so there was a nice texture too it, slightly thicker than milk. It didn't have enough ice cream for my liking (you know, like American style milkshakes where you can barely move the straw) but this was still good. They also do hot drinks, Matthew had the Americano which he enjoyed but since I'm not much of a coffee drinker I can't tell you anything more about it really. This is The Brownie Bar so I know what you're waiting for; the show stopper - The Creme Egg Brownie! Guys, this beauty of a brownie was so gooey I couldn't even pick it up to get an awesome photograph, I had to rip in to the bag to get this wonderful treat. Matthew had a Pecan and Maple brownie which he loved but I didn't get a chance to try (not a huge fan of pecan). My Creme Egg was a lot gooey-er than his so I'm wondering if there was Creme Egg in the brownie mix too. I'm sure I tasted it, but I don't want to tell you it is just in case. Either way, I had the most fantastic brownie, like, I'd died and gone to Creme Egg heaven. So there's that. As you can see they have a great inventive range of brownies. Other flavours and types I noted because I almost got them: Nutella, Malteaser, S'mores as well as Blondies too.I discovered you can order brownies online with them (score!) which are nice little bundles of 6 for £10 + £4 delivery. It's here I should note that we paid £8.20 for two brownies and two drinks (I think my milkshake was £3 so made up quite a bit of that bill) which is not a bad price for a little sugar-rush pick me up during shopping trips. As well as at their bar in Eldon Garden where we went, you can also get these delightful brownies in a bunch of other locations as well!
