Espantosos, sucios baños para discapacitados y comida cara. Preparado para un baby shower era ruidoso e interrumpió el desayuno, nos dijeron acerca de esto al tomar asiento. Cuando plantearon el problema con el personal fueron groseros y no podía importarles menos.

Elegimos Pitcher y Piano para celebrar nuestro aniversario, y fue el lugar perfecto! Fue nuestra primera visita, y la experiencia realmente superó nuestras expectativas. Emma, nuestra servidora, era maravillosa — ella era atenta, pensativa, y se esforzó por hacer que nuestra celebración se sintiera especial al tomarse el tiempo para preguntar qué estábamos celebrando. La comida y las bebidas eran fantásticas, y su cálido servicio realmente elevado toda la noche. Sin duda volveremos!

He estado aquí muchas veces antes y sin duda volveré de nuevo! Henry nos sirvió nuestras bebidas y dio el servicio más excelente y también dio recomendaciones brillantes!

Delicious food, tasty mocktails and fabulous view. Lauren, was a fab waitress she went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. We will back again.

We booked here for dinner on a Saturday nite .it seems a busy place . But the level of music ,wow ..I know they tell you that the music will be louder than usual but come on 🤣 we couldn't even hold a conversation over dinner so we basically sat in silence ate our dinner and left. Don't get me wrong though ,the decor is nice and it's in a nice part on the quay but maybe tone down the music a few notches. Also couldn't quite believe the amount of drinks they have on the shelf but no Malibu to be seen 🤔 I thought maybe it's not popular but after standing at the bar a few more people came in and asked for it . Dinner was average in my opinion. But our waitress was spot on and on the ball . I wouldn't visit again for food (just my opinion) but I'd come for a drink ,as I say it's in a nice setting ,just maybe not on a Saturday nite 😁 Don't get me wrong am a fan of loud music but just not while I'm trying to eat and have a catch up with friends .

Good choice of menu and reasonably priced food with a good bar along the Quay side Great stop off point.staff very friendly and service was good.only one thing just thought the tables were to close together for better experience.

We have been visiting this venue every year on New Years day afternoon for cocktails and drinks for the last 14 years. An expensive place but nice with a Tyne and baltic view. 2024 turned out to be a nightmare! The cocktail selection had diminished to cheap syrup based drinks. The staff attitude is appalling, take it or leave it attitude, if you don't like it leave. The venue had employed a night club Dj (not of any quality). The volume in the food and seating area was so loud you could not hear the person across the table speak. We spoke to the Dj about the volume level which was in excess of 85db and explained the situation. He informed me the general manager had requested a high volume level. We spoke with the general manager and said we thought the bar was a relaxing afternoon place not a night club. His attitude was one of he couldn't care less. We informed him we would write a review of our experience. The staff member behind the bar replied - it's your choice. No effort was made to address the situation & noone was interested in our comments. We purchased food ,4 cocktails and a bottle of wine. We will not be returning to a venue that does not appreciate the customers and offers a very poor customer experience. This once quality establishment has definitely declined.

Had a lovely time with friends from Newcastle. Very good service and atmosphere especially from max who was very helpful with the choice of cocktails

Wasn’t owa keen on first waiter he smelled poorly think his name was Chris, second waitress Alice was spot on couldn’t do enough even offered to feed me my dinner herself. Some of other clientele were off putting. A group of woman referring to them selves a team chocolate made getting to the facilities rather difficult as they took up so much space. All in all not a bad meal

Lovely atmosphere and location by the river .. great food .. We was served by Jodie who made us fabulous cocktails , she was very engaging and friendly - will definitely return.

Wasn't expecting much when we visited for a family birthday, however as it turned out the food was pretty good and not bad value. All concerned enjoyed their meals, with the fish and chips proving popular. I had a veggie breakfast which was plentiful and tasty. The service was very good, with Lauren making sure that we were made to feel welcome and that the food was delivered promptly.

Always a stopping off point when we’re in Newcastle and the first time we’ve actually sat inside ! Service was good as ever and while it’s not cheap it is a good experience. I do think however the inside could do with a tart up, it’s looking a bit tired and this doesn’t really do it justice.

Great food, both me and my partner had burger which were delicious! Max was very helpful and made our evening enjoyable 😊

Excellent service. Requested a table with a view of the river Tyne. Got it. Had my elderly aunt with me who is 94, can't thank the staff enough, they made her feel really special, this includes the door staff. The staff member who served us was Broo40 - thank you for taking the time to make my aunt feel so special. It made her, and me so happy. Plus the food and wine was great. Awesome day out.

There’s nothing nicer than; sitting outside here watching the world go by. It’s not the cheapest but the view over the Tyne and the bridges is fantastic. Staff were very friendly and excellent service.

Me and my partner came here for his birthday and it did not disappoint! We were served by a lovely and attentive waitress called Ali, she made our day extra special.

I have been several times now and will continue to go back. Stunning views, stunning food & drinks. And the staff are amazing!! Shout out to Nathan top guy :)

Bottomless brunch was the best one I've ever been to. The food was incredible. Service was top notch. Kept the prosecco flowing. My only suggestion is to have a cocktail without prosecco. Our servers were Rob,Sam and Sammi

As good as ever, central location on the quayside, lots of outdoor seating and comfortable, indoor restaurant and lounge areas. Excellent for a cocktail or eating. Highly recommended.

Great place for lunch, Gemma served me today and was amazing she recommended the club sandwich which was on their lunch time offer and it did not disappoint. Great service thanks

Lovely place. Great decor reasonable prices friendly staff. Probably the best hash brown nachos ever! Great view by the river.
