The Brighton Cocktail Company in Brighton and Hove

I went here a few weeks ago as part of a large hen party group for the bottomless brunch. We had a good long table in a nice space. The food was decent (most of us had the pizzas) and served in good time. Great range of cocktails which were tasty and always flowing. Unfortunately they ran out of a few flavours towards the end which was a shame but they tried hard to find an equivalent. Would recommend to groups looking for a bottomless brunch!

I recently attended the cocktail master class on Friday evening, and it was a fantastic experience! I loved learning about the history of the cocktails and the techniques for making them, all while sampling the delicious drinks. The staff created a warm and inviting atmosphere, filled with smiles and laughter. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and informative evening out!

We loved the flatbreads and drinks. Great place to chill with family or friends after a busy work week. Customer service was topnotch. We will be back for one of the Master Classes.

We came here for a friend’s hen do. The staff here were super lovely and lots of fun. There was also lots of communication in the lead up to the day, which made organising our group booking easy. As it was a nice day, they called us prior to our booking and asked if we would like to sit outside in their garden area - I thought this was really thoughtful of them. It was all set up and ready when we arrived. There was a big group of us and all of our cocktails were ordered and made promptly, despite us not having preordered! The cocktails were lovely with lots of variety and cocktail deals.

We had a lovely evening here. The staff was thoughtful and wonderful. She took her time to explain the cocktails and made sure we were happy with them. The bar has a friendly and fun decor. When we went on a weekday evening, it was peaceful and cosy. The menu has most of your classics and more. The food looks great and I wish we had eaten here instead! I'd recommend more promotion on the food... I thought it was a drinks with snack type of bar!

Popped in here for a celebratory cocktail and was not disappointed! Service was fabulous, the music was great, the drinks were on point and the bar it's self hs a great vibe. Gorgeous hidden back garden too for sunny days and mild nights.

Had my Birthday brunch here and honestly couldn’t recommend any more! Beautiful place and amazing food but what made it so special was the incredible staff!! Special shoutout to Gaby for being so kind and accommodating! A must visit in Brighton!♥️

Visited today for brunch and we were made to feel very welcome. The service was first class, food was amazing and drinks were great too. The garden is a beautiful setting and we loved relaxing in the sunshine. Can't wait to visit again.

The drinks tonight were spot on and the place was welcoming. It’s quite brightly lit as cocktail bars go but still comfortable and relaxed. We came when this place first opened and we weren’t sure. But after this visit, will definitely return.

We went as a hen party of 15- always so helpful from booking, a few special requests and service on the night! The flatbread pizza were all amazing- all of us thought they were delicious! Cocktails were the same too! Quick service and great setting

I love this place! It's local to me and the food is great. Tyler is also a fantastic host as is Shannon and exceed my expectations everytime. The owner has really struck gold with their staff here. I also fell in love with their adorable dog!

Great spot or families and locals. So relaxed/friendly yet professional. Pizza and fondue where amazing, even made it vegan for me.

We popped in here before heading to the comedy. Happy hour cocktails were really good and strong nibbles too! Staff were super friendly and great with our dog Lola. Shame we didn’t have more time to stay longer!

This place is great for a few drinks in a nice atmosphere. Went with a friend for a few birthday cocktails and although the cocktails were a little small for the price, they were delicious. Friendly staff and fabulous decor. Was overall a good time, would certainly go back.

Every time I come here the food, service and friendly staff are all incredible! Best brunch and cocktails I have had in Brighton and such great value for money! I also had a baby shower here recently and it’s the perfect spot for private hire too!

This is a fantastic cocktail bar with really good service, fantastic atmosphere, busy bustling and the cocktails are brilliant. Definitely recommend, and come dressed for the occasion.

We had heard about the Brighton Cocktail Company from the folks at Madame Jennifer, so decided to stop in late one afternoon. It's a cozy, nicely decorated spot in a great location. We started with A View Tequila and a Chocolate Old Fashioned. Both were very good. The bartender, who was very nice guy, brought us a bowl of truffle popcorn, which was delicious and went beautifully with the drinks. We stayed for a second round, a Gin and Berry It and an Espresso Martini. These each functioned as a perfect dessert. Didn't have food, but look forward to coming back for more drinks and bites.

Beautiful space, great food and service. Will be visiting this part of Brighton soon.

Nice place if you fancy some cocktails on seven dials -Brighton! I had Gin & Berry it (forgot to take a picture sorry), you’ve got the happy hour from 16 to 19 so you can get 2 cocktails for £16! Nice garden but it was raining so we stayed indoors. They had also wine and beer and live music.

I went to Brighton Cocktails Company and I can positively say it doesn’t disappoint. 10/10 experience with the Brunch! The French toast was amazing and the hot chocolate was amazing! I highly recommend going here if you are in or near Brighton!

The Brighton Cocktail Company is the full package for Seven Dials! Their cocktails are tasty, good strength and appealing to look at. The food is so delicious and varied, with large and small plates from a chef that again is obviously passionate. The service is really attentive and everyone is super friendly, stopping to ask about your day etc. We hosted a party in their gorgeous sun trap back garden and they went above and beyond to make it sure it went smoothly. They bought in kegs of beer we liked, created a signature cocktail, printed out bespoke menus, changed the layout to suit. I could go on! They had a couple of problems with music not being suitable etc in the beginning but they've fixed that now; the playlist is chilled and funky for afternoon cocktails. Overall, highly recommend the Brighton Cocktail ccompany as a destination. Check it out!

Had our engagement party at The Brighton Cocktail Company last week and I must say they went above and beyond. Staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive! Big shout out to the bar manager Ben who made our signature cocktail which was delicious🍹 went back this weekend and he made our signature cocktail again! Overall great vibe and atmosphere, food was delicious and staff were the best. I highly recommend The Brighton Cocktail Company for any event or even just for a cheeky cocktail in the sun ☀️

A fantastic first experience at this very well presented venue, - service, atmosphere cocktails, and food were all impeccable and interestingly delicious 😋. As locals ,we wish we had ventured in the venue sooner. It's bigger than it looks, (the railings near the door actually hide the quality of the space and the decor inside). There's also a pretty garden with good evening lighting in the back. Great for classy drinks with friends and scrumptious nibbles. The place should really do more bigging up that almost 100% of their inventory comes from ultra local sources - as it's not obvious to passers by! Thanks to the charming staff for a lovely evening. Can't wait to come back for brunch!

We were made to feel very welcome when we called in on our way back to our holiday apartment. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxed.

A wonderful evening at The Brighton Cocktail Company. Lovely little table in the garden to celebrate my birthday. The cocktails, as you would imagine, are delicious and some great inventions with names to match. The nibbles are great too! The service was really good, this was our second visit and both times we have felt extremely welcomed. We will be back soon and will be looking to try out the brunch options. Everything here is absolutely first class from the incredibly attentive service through to the delicious food, well thought out menu, drink selection and of course the cocktails. The location, set in seven dials, is perfect for a relaxed evening. This is a must visit venue.

The staff are super nice, friendly and attentive but unfortunately they are let down by the product. The cocktails are not great. They are watery and super sweet. If they create more authentic versions this place could do well but people can tell a cheap product. Currently there are better cocktail bars in Brighton.

Can’t say enough good things about this trendy comfortable spot. The staff were welcoming and helpful with their suggestions. We had a couple of their signature cocktails and shared the cheese/meat board and the cured trout bread. The ingredients were high quality and fresh. We regretted booking dinner elsewhere! We liked it so much we came back for dessert! We shared the donuts that came with a side of melted chocolate, they were light and fluffy with a dusting of sugar and the cheesecake! I am not a huge dessert person but both of these were light and delicious. Hopefully we will be back for dinner before we leave back home to Canada. Give it a try you will not regret it!

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, but pre mixed cocktails! : not the best. I expected more from an establishment that calls itself the brighton Cocktail company.

Tried this new bar with a group of colleagues. Multiple cocktails didn’t taste like they should, complained and was told the spirits come pre-mixed and were right. They then tried to charge me £18 for a standard cocktail. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great cocktails and a cosy atmosphere. My friend and I made great use of the happy hour which was running 4-7pm. The English mojito that was on the main menu was fantastic, best mojito i've had in a long time.

Great vegan / vegetarian brunch options. Lovely staff and surroundings. The terrace will be amazing in summer.

Happened to be around in the area on a day out today so I popped in and in all honesty this is an absolute treat. Amazing cocktails living up to its namesake, mixed with incredible atmosphere and attentive welcoming staff. I shall return with a thirst for more!

Great new place on 7 dials, bright and romantic decor! Happy hour with amazing selection of cocktails, Vic was so kind and explained the menu, most alkohol sourced locally from Brighton and Hove. Definitely my new spot for meeting friends and date night. Thank you ❤️ PS. I love the big clock on the wall!
