Ordered a coronation chicken &Cheese toasty( no choice give of white or brown bread, hubby ordered fish&chips, Food arrived,smallest portion of fish&chops salad I'd use that term loosely, mine no cheese ,cheapest nacho ever tasted like cardboard, I had a sparkling water hubby a coke and had to pay £28.50 for this pleasure,food of cheapest quality, smallest portion of fish and chips £15 Only plus about vist was staff lovely,overpriced and terrible quality

Very disappointing breakfast - we were looking forward to a nice Scottish breakfast and almost everything about it was poor - cheap sausage, tinned tomatoes, cheap bread and fatty bacon. The fried egg was nice!

Sub standard, greasy food, cheap bread and ketchup. Latte was lovely. The staff can’t see when anyone arrives and the younger members of staff need some customer service training as they didn’t acknowledge any customers. Could be awesome and is clearly popular due to its location

Menu very limited. Hubby ordered fish and chips and fish had no taste and not worth the £15. Had much better and cheaper in Kilchoan and Tobermory. My baked potato was ok. But why serve side salad if you don't have any type of salad dressing? This café needs to move with times in menu and quality, not just on pricing!

Situated about 2 hours from the Skye Bridge and 30 min from Fort William, v straightforward, non pretentious cafe serving simple food, we ate v good tuna and cheese toasties, drank excellent coffee, and the cakes looked good. There are surprisingly v few cafes on the road to Skye and we are glad we called in here.

Dictated as to regarding what I can drink and can’t drink (ordered shandy )then when they get the order totally wrong and you show displeasure at the product sold to me they come to table and lecture you that you can’t complain to her staff. Not very helpful or friendly at all - won’t use again, better off getting food in fort William. Soup was watery and poor.

Great breakfast, totally sets you up for the day. Busy but service was quick and efficient. Will definitely recommend.

A gem of a place. We were a party of 10+. The menu range was more than enough to suffice all of our requirements. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Great food, well presented, great service. All in all, would definately recommend to anyone in the area.

Great atmosphere, felt welcome, were not hassled to order or get out as a table of 11 people. Food fantastic, ordered the steak burger, added bacon, haggis and cheese (this should be ordered by everyone as a staple). Everyone in the group enjoyed, aunty desperate for me to get the cooks job (I'll think about it). But hands down one of the best cafes I have been in that's not in that is privately owned for a very long time.

I was told to go and sit and that I would get a menu at 12. - 5 minutes later. 10 minutes later the woman who shouted at me came out and slapped a menu on each table. needless to say, I had lost my appetite for lunch. this place is rude and horrible to be at. I visited for breakfast (had the Big Yin) on Saturday morning, and returned the next day with friends to sit outside for a cup of tea/coffee.The breakfast was delicious, proper food cooked breakfast. What really set this cafe apart though was the service. The woman who was managing the cafe was incredibly kind and helpful to every single customer who walked through the door, every member of staff I had interaction with was not just polite and competent, they were all really actively friendly and great at creating rapport with their customers. When I had breakfast I sat near the kitchen and was so impressed with how seamlessly the whole process (ordering, making, serving) was, I barely heard a word from the kitchen all the staff just seemed to be in sync with each other!!In a town so small I think it’s really easy for cafes/restaurants to be mediocre because there’s not a lot of competition, but this cafe was wonderful. When I was there on the Sunday I bumped into the owners of the B&B I stayed at, which shows that The Bridge Cafe is loved by locals and visitors alike.

Stopped here for breakfast on our way between two short stays in the area and found everything to be great. Different options of breakfast items were available from a menu as you go in, you order at the till and sit at the table for your food to arrive. Perfectly safe, good socially distanced tables and a in and out system that worked really well. Food was tasty too!!

£19 for 2 coffees, jacket potatoe and a plain burger. Jacket was rubbery as it was microwaved and the burger was a frozen catering one, the bun was dry no mayo. All I can say is people must be easy pleased in this neck of the woods.

While breaking camp at Fort William, had to endure the aroma of frying bacon for over an hour. So on our way home, stopped at The Bridge Cafe in Spean Bridge. Not only were we able to park the car easily, but in the warm sunny morning there was outside seating. Got two Wee Yins that were just spot-on and satisfied the hunger created in us earlier. Really lovely waiting staff too.

Popped in for lunch today myself and another couple both had our dogs with us. They even gave the dogs treats and water. Had the fish and chips and they were lovely. It got very busy and at the moment there are limited tables inside to comply with Covid restrictions. All in all well worth the visit.

Got a haddock supper on Sunday 13/09/2020 from this cafe, and it was the best takeaway fish supper my wife and I ever had. First rate service and the cafe was spotless.

We arrived in Spean Bridge in the late afternoon and hadn’t booked anywhere for tea. After being turned away elsewhere we came across here - what a result! We had a pizza each and shared chips, some of the best chips we’ve had! The missus was happy to get a pint with hers. I was equally happy with my Lemon Fanta. An excellent start to our mini-break.Great service, good prices and good precautions taken for Covid. We even returned for brunch the next day!

We had a burger and chips each, which also came with a small amount of salad. The burger wasn't anything special, just a good quality beef burger without much extras (no fried onion, mushrooms, gherkins, etc.), and the salad was pretty standard as well. The chips were probably the best chips I've ever had (best normal sized chips at least, maybe I've had big fish and chip shop chips which've been better).

A pleasant surprise to stumble across this lovely café.Staff were very friendly, the café is clean, the food is good, the price is very reasonable, they are generous (they even spared a couple of toast for our little one), they have good space (indoor and outdoor), decent parking, good location and the locally brewed beer tastes brilliant! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting the areas between Ben Nevis and Loch Ness, and will definitely return should we return to the area.

We decided to pop in here for breakfast as the reviews were good.Yes the service is great, whole place even the toilet was super clean however it was let down by the standard of the food.The sausage link were big but tasted bland, bacon was fine as we're the eggs, mushrooms and Black pudding.The haggis was so salty and tattie scone was basically flat bread.It was all cheap and it tasted like it, so much so it weighed heavy on my stomach and I'm writing this at Ullapool and still feel it.This would be a 5 star place they just need better product and more on the plate, the Big Yin at £8 was no bigger than a normal breakfast anywhere else and the small Yin for £6 was what I'd expect a child's breakfast to be.There's no toast included or a mug of tea for the price either. Not too much competition so they could stretch to 30p worth of product more to offer a decent breakfast.

We had the big yin Scottish breakfast and it was probably the nicest fry up I've had ever, not greasy at all and quality ingredients. Cannot recommend this place enough you will not be disappointed. Prices very reasonable and parking outside.

I visited with my boyfriend during a trip to the highlands. I ordered the veggie burger and my bf had the chicken wrap - both were delicious (we had some lovely cakes for home too). There is a lovely local charm to this place and they were fully kitted out for social distancing and hand sanitising. I will definitely be back again! 10/10 would recommend
