You'd think in an establishment like this hotel, the restaurant would match... It does not. Food was disappointing, it was also late. Surrounding us were unhappy customers who had all been waiting far too long for their food. All we could hear the staff say around us was "sorry the food is late, it will only be 10 minutes" for it to then take another 30 before it arrives. Apparently there's a great place just 15 mins away, I recommend you go there instead.

The food is nice, nothing I ate tasted horrible but its not quite got the oomph. Its not worth the price tag. I've stayed here for a few days now so we have tried a few things and I'm wondering-is there any dish that doesn't come with a full courgette chopped into it 🤔 Anyway if I was to complain about something it was the gem truffle salad with parmesan which I paid a fiver for. Literally a small handful of rocket with runny parmesan. I got this with a portion of chips just as snacks whilst having a drink outside, OMG like 20 small chips if I'm lucky and the salad for £10. I'm actually so surprised this chef is not mortified to be serving something so pretentious.

The food was OK in general except we were given stale bread at £2 per slice. The service was hit and miss and seemed very chaotic. Also they did not provide the food we asked for and one meal had to go back to the kitchen. I mentioned the problems to the waiter and he said sorry about that but don’t believe anything was reported back to the chef or whoever is mango g the restaurant, from what we saw maybe nobody. We will not be eating there again which is inconvenient as we have another 6 nights left.

Located inside the hotel, not outside at someone's house like how Google Maps is indicating. Lamb shank was incredible and probably the best I've eaten ever! Great staff and nice dining facility!

Not again!!! when is this KFC Iva going to have chicken be open went to get some tonight only drive in (taken forever) not letting people in total rubbish 13/11 And yet again just tried at 5:30 guess what CLOSED !!!!! 🤯🤬

146 Victoria RoadI think this is a shame but it is probably the worst cafe I have ever been to. Firstly the menu is covered in green blobs indicating that the items marked are suitable for vegetarian or vegans this is a choice people make. My partner is gluten intolerant which is a medical condition and there is no mention of it anywhere. We had to ask and the choice for her is miserable. We however ordered our food and waited ages for it. I became aware that they were short staffed but it probably wasn’t helped by one of the team having lunch at 1.30 and another leaving with her coat on not to be seen again. When the food did arrive it was obviously not hot but we had no cutlery, I went to the counter to find that the trays were empty. After eventually finding someone to fill the trays I waited for quite a few minutes before someone came out and said that the cutlery was in the dishwasher and it shouldn’t be long, it was long, at that point we returned the cold food and got a full refund. This is the first time I have ever done that, I’m not normally fussy but this was very poor. The one good thing was the bottle of Fanta.

Myself and my two daughters came for lunch i can say enough about the staff out of this world ....brilliant customer service and the food was just brilliant....i was so impressed with everything i asked who served and she said her name was cecily ....i will definitely be coming back to this little gem.....

Norwich RdWent in to McDonald’s at around 11pm last night, as soon as we walked in one member of staff said “I’m not serving them” loud enough for us to hear. We then stood at the till for a couple of minutes whilst the 6-7 members of staff who were all standing and chatting at the tills all disappeared and pretended to be doing jobs so they couldn’t serve us. They did the exact same thing when another group of customers came in. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

High Street, Harleston EnglandVery good place for a coffee. Do not bother with food, one poor chap there had very very burnt sausages!! Our meal was OK ish took so long in coming out we had to ask when we were getting it or had they forgotten . There were only 8 people in the whole place so it was not as if it was busy!!! Perhaps we will visit again (NOT).
