Stopped for a quick snack and drink on a busy weekday. Delicious but small menu- couple of sandwich choices, a few cakes and smoothies. Such a simple concept but worked very well. Chicken and avocado roll was delicious ( brioche bun) and excellent smoothie. Very friendly service and competitive price for central London. Clean loos too! Will return.

Avoid this place if you can. The coffee is overpriced and they charge you even more if you want alternative milk. The food options are not good either. The service is also not good as they don’t care about customers. There are much better coffee places in the area. My advice is for you to avoid this place and go somewhere else in the area

Consigliato!

We found this place as it had good reviews . We are all vegetarians and ordered a meat free meal . However we were given chicken . When we told the guy behind the bar he tried to tell us we had ordered meat ! Why would we ?! In the end he got us 2 new sandwiches- not 3 . No apology . In fact all he said was “whatever “ . The waitress was professional but the other guy treated us so badly and rudely !

Went here with 2 friends for coffee on a Saturday morning when Oxford Street was very busy. The coffee was excellent and the cakes looked good too but we resisted the temptation. It was very quiet and we did not feel we had to move on so chatted over a single coffee each for well over an hour. Service was helpful and friendly. I should think the atmosphere might be different during the week. All in all a great find.

I stopped at The Borough Barista when in Marble Arch and had a latte and a blueberry muffin. Both were very good as was the service and the seating area. I would have liked a wider choice of cakes / pastries to choose from as the selection available was rather basic. Prices were average £3.20 for my latte and £3.00 for the muffin. There is Free Internet (the password is barista10 ) which worked perfectly. All in all a nice coffee shop and a good place for a pit stop when in the Marble Arch area of London.

I used to love this place, but haven't been for nearly 10 years. I'm glad to see it hasn't changed too much, but with the downside that it is now apparently owned by BrewDog. Luckily, it appears they let them continue without having to follow the "taproom by numbers" you get out of most BrewDog bars, so not only does it have it's own look, but there is a much more interesting selection of beers. It was easy enough to get a seat on a Saturday afternoon, which is always a bonus in a decent location like this.
