It was okay, I could not read the menu ( very small print) and very expensive. I really didn’t like lady in charge throwing menu on the table. We felt very rushed, not time to think what we want. Would definitely not go back… Nice decor tho

The good: lots of great options on the menu, we had persian flatbread was was tasty. The less good: Prices are high. Our waitress's manner was... odd. Seemed to be deliberately playing the part of 'kooky server.' The menu has a few exhortations like 'no swaps'/'sides served with MAINS ONLY' which suggests your custom is an inconvenience the kitchen could do without.

I suppose one should be wary of entering a place with such a silly name but the tables outside in the sunshine looked good. We were shown into a room decorated with tat and vast amounts of plastic flora and foliage, so dark and gloomy that there was absolutely no hope of reading the menu cards dumped on the table; and those menu cards appeared to have been typed on a manual typewriter that needed a ribbon some time ago. After a long wait (and they did not appear to be that busy) we got our not very hot and very weak coffee which cost an astonishing £4.30 each. There must be very much better value in Tetbury.

Overly expensive average tasting coffee. Just arrived in Tetbury on a quick visit & in need of a refreshment chose this place, big mistake. Apart from Venice this must be the most we've every paid for two lattes for which we waited, firstly to place the order & then having ordered asked again if we'd ordered, for nearly 20 minutes. Bizarre, 'trendy' (?) place and also seemed quite understaffed.

If you like expensive lukewarm coffee then this is your place. Sullen service personified by the owner who seems to be verging on aggressive. When we asked to split the bill she sighed as if it was a strange request. All a bit of a puzzle.

Lovely spot and amazing breakfast! . Only negative, was that the place is just way TOO dog friendly. I don't really want to sit and eat food in the cafe with a dog washing its 'bits' in front of me - I know this dog friendly hospitality is a thing now since COVID, but so many places have just gone too far- at the expense of non dog owning guests

Our absolute favourite spot in Tetbury, we go at least monthly with an assortment of friends, family and dogs. We always have an incredibly warm welcome, the atmosphere is brilliant and the food is delicious every time. Our favourites include the mushrooms on toast, French toast, Swedish potatoes and farmhouse breakfast plus a big pot of fresh mint tea. Hoping the summer lates will be back for cocktails and small plates in the courtyard. So grateful to have the Blue Zucchini in walking distance x

Very uncomfortable atmosphere with short haired, female manager humiliating staff members infront of us, on numerous occasions. She shouted at them and barked orders which made us all feel very tense. Staff confirmed this was her normal approach. Highly unprofessional and will not be returning. Poor waiters and waitresses deserve better.

My partner & I noticed this place on our evening walk when we arrived in Tetbury and decided to go the next day for lunch. Inside is very quirky, fake plants hanging from the ceiling, with decorated umbrellas & prayer flags. The food was great, large portions and freshly made. The only downside was the music was loud and where we were sat was under a speaker so was difficult for us to talk and heard each other.

Really interesting and unique place this ..walls and ceilings entirely decorated with pasted-on newspapers, pictures and posters to overwhelming effect , giving a beautifully intimate atmosphere in what is actually quite a big place. Not cheap but the food is wonderful and for me it’s the best place in Tetbury if you want anything from a cup of coffee to a full meal. The full English was especially good.

Family lunch during the festive period in a Very busy restaurant. Menu had a good choice of items to cater a variety of tastes. Unfortunately we felt that the portion sizes + quality did not reflect the prices (£16+ for scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on a 1 slice of Ciabatta) and £4.35 for soft drinks / Americano is very much on the top end of most budgets. Deco and ambiance is very interesting.

Bad decisions make good stories says the neon sign on display in the restaurant. Please do not make the same bad decision as we did by walking into Blue Zucchini. This place looked very aesthetically pleasing from the outside. But please, do not be fooled. We waited a while to be seated. Finally we were placed on a table but had to wait around 15 minutes before my partner went up to the counter to ask if we could have our order taken. He was told ‘we come to you, we’ve got a queue’ in a passive aggressive manner by what we thought was the owner/manager. A young waiter then took our order. We also noticed that the table behind us who were seated just after us still had not had their order taken after around 30 minutes and yet the owner/manager was happily serving her ‘friends’ who had only just turned up. She was extremely rude to the staff, we could hear her shouting at them over the counter which made our experience very uncomfortable. We waited for around 20 minutes before we got up to leave as we were fed up of waiting for just some coffees and already made brownies! When we told her we were leaving, she simply replied ‘okay’. I have NEVER left a coffee shop feeling so shocked and disappointed. I will be visiting Tetbury again but I certainly will not be visiting Blue Zucchini again.

We didn’t even make it to eat at this restaurant sadly. I called in advance to check the gluten free vegetarian options and spoke to the most obnoxious and rude man I can only assume was the manager. I called at 11:30am on a Monday morning explaining we are travelling an hour and a half to eat so I really do need to know my needs can be catered for. He directed me to the website to which I pointed out it isn’t clear which are gf and vegetarian and he said I don’t have time to go through this with you. I said I really do want to dine with you but I do need to know what is available prior to visiting which isn’t an unreasonable request, to be told he doesn’t have time to do this was pretty shocking followed by me explaining I just need to know what isn’t fried in the gluten fryer and is a lunch option for me, he said if you are that bad it’s best you don’t come as we can’t cater for you! I explained I’m not celiac but gluten intolerant and it’s pretty standard practice not to want fried food in the same fryer as gluten items, he repeated its best if I don’t come. I repeated to him in disbelief what he was saying to me, he doesn’t have time to help me and it’s best I don’t come to which he said yes. What on earth are you doing working in a restaurant. He was vile to deal with and I’m so glad we didn’t waste a trip.

Stopped for cake and a coffee with a friend. Table was not clean and when we asked for it to be cleaned, the waitress acted like it was a big deal and didn't come back to clean it. Instead a different waitress cleaned someone elses table so we had to ask again. Considering everything going on with covid, we felt that a clean table really wasn't much to ask. 4 of us dropped in for morning coffee; we sat in the garden at the back as the music inside was too noisy. We were read the Covid19 hygiene rules in a very forthright and no nonsense manner - whilst we fully support these rules, they could have been put across in a more friendly manner. I ordered cappuccino, my companions ordered ordinary coffee plus one brownie. I can honestly say the cappuccino was the worst of the many I have drunk in my travels through the Cotswolds - like an instant cappuccino from a packet - "just add hot water"! And the total bill was at least 50% higher than similar places in other local towns. However, my companions were content with their ordinary coffee. Just be aware of what you are ordering and its cost.

Visited for coffee and cake on Saturday afternoon. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lots of antibac around the venue and also on the tables. The place also has a nice garden out the back which I would imagine would be ideal when sunny as it would definitely be a sun trap with little breeze. We ordered a bit chocolate and 3 coffees. One of the coffees was a Swedish gingerbread coffee and one of the other coffees was a latte with oat milk. All very good and very tasty. I believe they don’t charge for oat milk which is great. We ordered cake and asked what cake they had. The waitress said she wasn’t sure as they had sold a lot. But instead of going off and checking what was left, she went on to guess what was left! Luckily what she remembered was what we wanted. However as we walked past the cakes coming in to the venue I knew there were more cake on offer than she was telling us. We ordered a coffee cake and a lemon drizzle cake and they were excellent. Huge portions so could share it if you wanted. But to be fair you should have one each as they are so good!! The toilets however were disgusting. Smelly, dirty and really let the place down. Please spend sometime on the toilets getting them clean as this really let the visit down. I would have given 5 star for this visit but sadly the toilets let you down and need immediate attention.

If we've been further south on holiday, Tetbury is always a good stopping off place for coffee or lunch, depending on the time, on our return journey and we came here for a late morning coffee a couple of weeks ago on a sunny Sunday morning. The new procedures for covid-friendly dining all seemed to be in place and we sat in the little courtyard garden at the back, chatting with another people at another table. We only had coffee this time but have eaten here a few times in the past.We did notice on our way out that the establishment was not joining in with the eat out to help out government scheme as "our prices are low enough as it is". I'm not convinced £3.50 for a coffee was particularly cheap to be honest but as this was a Sunday, it didn't affect us anyway.Always happy to come here.

The coffee was excellent (Bristol twenty) as was the hot chocolate. The elderflower spritz we also ordered looked fantastic (well presented). Negatives included high prices and indifferent service.

First visit to Tetbury principally to get the car serviced so turned it into a morning out with the family. Looking for an eatery we noticed The Blue Zucchini with it’s pavement tables with fresh flowers on looking very caref for and this enticed is in. Wow! Fab decor a real feast for the eyes. We were immediately seated. The place caters for kids and dogs and anyone really. Great menu moderately priced. Friendly staff and good service. Thank you Blue Zucchini for an enjoyable lunch.

My first visit to Tetbury with my partner and two dogs one a 7 month Labrador puppy, who likes to bark like all dogs. The breakfast was okay service was okay nothing special, however a large man appeared from nowhere with a very loud voice stating with had to leave immediately because of the dog barking he had no diplomacy we were ordered out of the premises. We got up quickly and left. I would like other people with dogs to be aware of this place and aware of the chief/owner Mr Angry as he is someone to be avoided.

We had to wait to be seated despite plenty of empty tables. The service was surly, without a smile and slow. The flapjack collapsed into bits. A shame.

The best hot chocolate in the world!!! Go for the one with the added extras! Pretty much a whole brownie chopped up with loads of marshmallows. I opted for no cream but it does come with that.

I couldn't have asked for a more friendly attentive service for my sons 14th birthday. We were even moved to a cossier spot for the 9 of us without us asking. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Highly recommend Blue Zucchini.

It’s worth a visit to see the interior of this cafe. There isn’t an inch of wall space which isn’t covered by something. The courtyard at the rear is secluded and pleasant. We just had drinks and a cake but it as nice just to sit and relax. Please note. They don’t take cash, just cards!

Just arrived at 5:01 as someone else was being served with a pot of tea, to be greeting by an emphatic “NO!” from an elderly man seated with paperwork. A young server explained “Sorry we’re closed” while taking tea out to a customer. RUDE!!

Popular pub in a nice setting by the river with a good selection of ales. Food was excellent and service first class. Will return at some stage.

The food quality was only so-so, service was very slow though the pub was almost empty. The food took a very long time to arrive, the scampi was overdone, I ordered mushy peas and they brought garden peas, a very small portion./ Won't be going to this pub again.

Very nice welcome and decent burger and chips on a quiet wed evening. Plenty of parking. Cosy fire. Recommended - go along and support your local pub!

On a very wet day walking from the Corinium Museum the warmth and busyness of Keith's was attracting quite a few people. Quick and efficient service of coffee and cake/scone, and a lot more tables available than you can see from the street. Very wide selection of speciality teas and coffees on offer, together with attractive containers.
