Food was lovely, I read the reviews about being cold on delivery and it was but I pre heated the oven and popped it in for a few mins and it was perfect. Yes I had to “construct” the kebab but I personally prefer it that way. Lovely

The delivery was late and I had to call the restaurant to query about my order. And when it was dropped off the driver left the food outside on the floor, which is a really bad way to treat food! I am very disappointed! We usually order from here and always seem to have issues when it is a small order this has put me off ordering again.

Wasn’t too impressed with the kebab. It was more like a make it yourself kebab. My pitta was just chucked in, not slice or filled. Would have preferred my kebab assembled in the box

I will still start with the positives. I am always going to be happy if my order is early, especially when it’s 15 minutes early so well done guys! Second thing that’s a positive is that since that prices for food and other things throughout the UK have gone up over the past few months. Negatives: Donor meat - i didn’t enjoy it as I felt like it was cheap quality and it didn’t taste nice. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again because of this.

I'll be honest I've ordered many times without issues, but this time, the fish was off! It smelled bad and was grey. I binned 3/4 of it. I'll order again but will be wary of the fish.

Disappointed. I’ve been using this place for years, never been disappointed. Until today on the menu it’s clearly says BLUE CHEESE BURGER, I ordered it and even asked for extra, not once did he say we don’t do blue cheese, so I got my burger and it was mayo and white cheese vile.. I called and complained to get told you can have a free one next time. What about sitting down and having a family takeaway, ruined!

Great place for fish and chips.

Came in for a Doner burger with chips and a drink. Food quality was spot on. Tasted great and fresh. Served me right away. The person serving showed great customer service. Found my new chippy!

Having used this business for many years I was hugely disappointed with the service I received last night. I placed an order online while i was having some issues with the site ( doubling the quantities entered) which I thought I had rectified. After payment it showed my order with increased quantities so I immediately contacted them as told to in their confirmation email. We'll the response I got was he couldn't do anything about it as he was too busy and he would be sending everything on the order even though I didn't want them. His attitude was totally unacceptable and now they've lost a loyal customer. If they carry on like this they won't have any customers left.

Missing items of our order when delivered, then refused to sort it! Said they were too busy! Had a rubbish attitude towards my partner when he asked them to deliver the missing items and didn't seem to care. We just wanted the meal we had paid for but instead they took our money for something they didn't provide! Shocking wouldn't get a takeaway from here again, absolutely awful

Useless ordered food for delivery, Was told half an hour, 1 hour 20 minutes later still no food. Rang them was told it will be another 10 minutes, Told them to forget it, not even an apology. Will never use these jokers again.

Recomend the Mini fish & chips, a nice portion, good value, well cooked and presented.

Worst takeaway ever. If you complain they block your calls. When you get through on another number they shout at you. Shockingly bad. And they asked me not to order again. They wish!! Disgusting, awful and rude. If I could not give any star's I would.

Had some pizzas delivered today, they were over done , dry and chewy, had some last week and they were great. Don't know what went wrong this time.

Wouldnt even give them one star to be honest, just ordered chip cob with cheese, large fish and chips and kids sausage meal The chip cob came without the cheese, sausage n chips not many chips and fish was mainly batter not any fish, I rang them back and tried to say we never asked for cheese thenn laughed not very professional at all definitely wont be ordering again from there, use to be grwat place to order now i wouldnt evwn recommend it to friends evwn can of coke was warm it was in the bag with the hot food

Food lovely burgers are very nice normally most places bun stale but here its lovely staff are very polite sometimes little late but worth the wait

I often use Blue Breeze for home delivery. They are sometimes a little out with the delivery times (only ever been 15 minutes late) but the food is good value. Looks like they've recently invested in some insulated delivery bags so the food was REALLY hot the last time I ordered which was great! Pity they don't offer cod on the home delivery. Haddock and shish kebabs are good though :)

After ordering from blue breeze a second time (first time was stone cold) thought I'd give them a second chance. I ordered at 6:30 to be delivered for 7:30 (so an hours notice) I still did not receive my order by 8:00pm so kids had there treat night dinner very late when rang to speak to them my partner got very rudely spoken to and the phone put down on him. I say very poor customer service and poor quality of food
