Always love an Auntie Annie's pretzel. As well as some great tasting original pretzels they offer a variety of tasty savoury options from Jalapeno, garlic and cheese and hot dog pretzels. They often have some great deals too via there app. Also if you're in the area later in the day it's worth checking out if they have any Too Good to Go deals as a late saving can also be made if you're not going for anything specific.

Just bought some cinnamon sticks from Auntie Annes in highcross. I am really dissapointed in how hard they were as if they were heated up in a microwave l could hardly bite into the sticks some were stuck together. Had to bin them. Wont be purchasing from there again.

this place is majestic. They give free samples and the pretzels are delicious.

I love this place so much! The service and food is always delicious and I’ve ordered from them a bunch of times. Sometimes when I order they add a complimentary pretzel and that is just amazing!! I just wanna say thanks for that! I will continue eating from here until the day I die

I ordered a pretzel from here and I don’t really like pretzels but I just randomly started craving one so I ordered a vanilla pretzel and when I received the bag, it had 2 pretzels in it with the sweetest note every. I don’t know if they read my mind because I was starving so bad or if they are just genuinely amazing people. I would definitely recommend buying from here cause it will make your day just how they made mine. Also the pretzels were delicious.😋

Shopped at Auntie Anne's Highcross Leicester branch and was served by Ben. I had to rummage through change and he was very patient. Pleasant guy with very nice customer service.

stopped at auntie annes on boxing day today and was served by a young man named ben. he was really polite and understanding as we have never eaten here before. he took our order with no problems, i highly praise his service today. the pretzels that we had were also awesome!! will be back for more.

Staff named Ben was really rude when serving us. Pretzel sticks were also not as nice as last time. Very disappointed especially with Bens service. Will not be back again

Waste of time..got a birthday email for free pretzel, but no reward found on app so turned away. Poor customer service and wasted trip.

Place has really gone down hill. I used to love passing always had something with no complaints. Recently prices have raised, foods always cold, doesn't taste as good, and its soooo slow! Won't be buying again. Due to the recent star mark, I'm not the only one that thinks this.

Me and my partner have come a few times. The service seems to get slower and slower. Last week we got served our food after 20 minutes after ordering for a very small portion which unfortunately was very cold. The service is terrible I will never understand why you would have one person working in rush hour ? Went again today (24th June 2022) again one person working and waited 18 minutes for two portions of mini dogs which came to a grand total of £11. Bit disappointing.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I’m 15 and I’ve been going to Auntie Anne’s since I was a little girl, I’ve never had a bad experience and will always treasure this place! ❤️

Pretzels were not fresh and were overpriced when compared to the size and quantity

Good pretzels (although I have no comparison because they’re the only pretzel vendor in Leicester), it’s just disappointing that they’re always only Bain-Marie warm and not fully fresh. When they’re fresh they’re great, but it’s hard to pass at the right time when they’re freshly cooked. No complaints though, I often eat here. Good selection too for a little stall.

Food was very late, delivery time kept getting pushed back.

I remember it being a completely different experience when eaten warm, the experience was sadly not the same when taken away. Not bad but not great, price a bit high. Staff ok.

Went there to try out a pretzel, 1 to expensive for size 2, pretzels defo not fresh 3, customer service was not good at all Think I'll try Mr pretzels before and if I come back

Food was nice but I’ll give it a 3 purely based on the service. Not given fresh pretzels, and the lady was speaking in a rushed unbothered manor. Abit too pricey as well. Probably won’t be buying again..

Dear me, 2 small hot dogs and a tiny lemonade £10.60 !!!! Ridiculous really !!!!!!
