Subway in Leicester

The most ridiculus service, I was happily being served by a young asian lady who forgot to put the garlic oil on the cheesy/garlic bread she acknowledged this fact infront of me with her colleague, and I clearly saw she didn't put, so her colleague' the Asian male decides to argue and tell me that the sauce is on there when he wasnt even around when she was serving me , I have never seen such stupid staff, staff arguing with the customer' how ridiculus can customer service get.

Slow, very slow even but i guess thats a given for Subway

Dreadfully slow. Had 2 people on at the busiest part of the day. Clueless

Close to Leicester University. The staff do not change their gloves often enough, they are touching multiple areas such as the microwave, oven doors etc and then come back to make your sandwich.

Staff are generally very friendly, there's one staff member who's always come across as grumpy though :(

Funny thing about Subway is that no matter what you order they all seem to taste the same. If you happen to like that taste then great !

Says open at 7am, I went at 8am and 9:20 am and both times still closed. Tried calling but no one answered despite there being someone in there

It's a subway. You've been to one you've been to them all.

There was only one thing that was 6 inches, and it wasn't my sandwich.

This Subway is in a super location below a block of student accommodation flats for Leicester University.The restaurant is a good size with lots of seating available inside. The food tasted good, and the staff were really helpful.I'm sure my daughter will being using this restaurant on many occasions, with her living directly above it.

Only go there when I have to the food is good quality but the staff or adversely trained to add as much onto your bill as they can

Very poor service And to mach mess

Ok. I have been to so many subway stores, and I am a particular fan of subway. This store is located quite favourably allowing easy access to students and workers. It is big enough to accommodate a few numbers of customers but it's not always clean. The food quality is ok, not one the best and not one of the worst either. I can it follows subway sandwiches standards. The customer service is meh. Some are welcoming, others are not or sometimes they don't even know how to deal with your orders.

Nicely situated for students, firefighters and people visiting Victoria Park. This Subway is directly opposite the Lancaster Road Fire Station and is just down the road from the George Davies Building that is used by Leicester University and The N. H. S. Leicester Hospitals. It quite a large subway with a fair sized seating area. It appears to be clean and well ran with the full Subway menu and full range of dressings.

Probably the only thing worth mentioning about my time at the nearby regent college.

The service costume is very good they are all nice to guys everytime we go the specially rashmi she is so friendly and nice to us

Great location for uni students needing a quick but very delicious lunch. Staff are very friendly but can get overwhelmed quickly. Not a lot of seating here, so it's recommended to grab-and-go. Queues during the week are extremely long and usually stretch outside on peak hours. Nevertheless, great location with delicious sandwiches!

do not order this off deliveroo or uber eats or just eat.. they on purposely dont put all the toppings cheese or the cheap out on the meat... to cut back on costs im assuming. I suggest to be at the restaurant and order so then you don't get bamboozzled

Nice one just a short walk from demontfort.

They want save money on salads. Said that i can't ask to put all salads in sandwich ,but only some of them.

All right, good customer service

The customer service is very poor. Ladies are very slow, not able to fully complete the order. You have to remind what you ordered and then wait another 10mins next to the till to collect remaining orders. Meanwhile, the sub is getting cold and you can’t enjoy it the same way. Also, it would be nice to see smile on the employees’ faces and a bit more engagement with the customer, rather than between each other.

This location is new the Leicester Royal Infirmary and Leicester University, as well as some businesses and colleges. So it is always busy, but the staff are great and helpful. Well worth a visit if your in the area.

Well it does have less in common with a car tire than it use to if only they could change the taste and texture.

Staff is polite and the place is clean

When you live at opal court or are at university and can't be bothered cooking, this place is amazing. The staff are friendly and they make the subs well.

Well busy due to couple of colleges around the area lack of staff at busy period but it comes thru in the end

Just round the corner from Regent college which I used to attend and this place was the place we would go every single day for breakfast lunch and breaks! It was the official meet up place and everyday it was hearty Italian, chicken tikka, cheese and toasted!

Great place to go during college time!
