3for10 Pizza in Leicester

Ordered Veg Hawaiian but received non-veg on new year's eve. We are religiously vegetarian and served these to our guests ....terribly embarrassing situation at the party. Worst part is the attitude of these people. When complained in the New Year's morning, they just said it was a mix-up, a human error as they were very busy. They cannot even refund, can only send another one instead. What would I do with it after the party is over. Pathetic customer service....

One star because 0 doesn't exist. Dishonest to the bone.Order was placed on my way home on deliveroo app pressing order again but transcript was wrong so I came home and called ( 10 minutes later )to make sure I will get the 4 pizzas I wanted( we always order the same stuff)I called and was told the pizzas were ready but as the order was wrong I asked for rectification. They said it was too late and it is food waste to redo my order( 2 pizzas out of 4) when I asked to speak to someone else the man lied saying nobody else spoke English and he accepted to redo the order. Fast forward I received the wrong pizzas called again spoke to someone else ( in English) and when I asked why they didn't change the pizza as agreed they said they were at a loss of 10 pounds if they did. I asked to speak to the previous person that agreed to change the pizza to know why he lied to a customer. The man was so cheap and rude I told him I'll get never order again but I guess my custom is not appreciated. I was a regular there and will never be anymore as I can't stand liars .

No bbq flavour on bbq chicken pizza, too many jalapeño’s on another pizza, food was late, appetite gone 😞

Pizzas came well made and not too expensive. Ordered twice now and both times delivery came within 15 minutes of ordering 👍

Horrendous service, avoid getting anything from here, over an hour and half for delivery, when the food came it was wrong, when we highlighted this to them, the guy was adamant they got it right. They asked for the food back! Adding what would you like me to do, then false promised to send missing order, which never turned up! Do better! For what it's worth go elsewhere otherwise be prepared for a ruined evening.

Took an hour for my food to arrive also had to walk 10 minutes in the rain to find the lost delivery driver

Don’t bother ordering from here if you actually want your food to arrive. 1 hour and 10mins and still no pizza. I could order from Dominoes right this second and it will probably get to my house quicker than this ridiculous shoddy set up. Next time..I will return back to my usual more reliable corporate companies. Thanks for your reply..just to add here that as well as being LATE, and COLD, the order was WRONG…and we were sent 3 margheritas…check your records and you will be able to see that wasn’t the order that I placed. Now I’ve looked through your reviews I realise the mistake was mine for ordering from you in the first place.

Worst Pizza i ever had i mean its far better if you eat cheese or garlic nan bread. They but frozen dough and put some topping on it. Never ever gonna eat it again🚫🚫🚫🚫

Took 2 hours to deliver three pizzas of the same flavour. When asked about it he said he was the only delivery driver and ran! Wouldn’t mind so much but why take orders of you can’t deliver!!!! Very annoyed and then to top it off the pizza was salty from where the cheese had gone cold!! Will NEVER order from here again!

Unprofessional staff and management. Manager extremely unprofessional and rude. I was trying to talk about a dispute with the prices and he brings religion into it. I was quoted £22 and driver shows up asking me to pay £34. Keep in mind the same order 3 weeks ago cost £22 so that did not sound right to me. Called the store and was told £24. Get some training and learn simple maths so you are not quoting people different prices. This was for a conference and we were going to order 5 days a week for the next month. When I mention that to the manager he says we do not need your business we have been in business for 17 years. If this is how you treat your customers I do not see you lasting long. All management and staff need to learn basic customer service and owner needs to not be stingy. If your staff quoted me £22 maybe you should have let the £12 go as it was your mistake. I would never have ordered it for £34 as the quality of the food is not worth £34. Even the one star is more than they deserve. The response I got: When the delivery driver pointed out the total charged was incorrect, £34 instead of £22, you could have refused the delivery. - He took my money and handed me the food then left the hotel and spoke to someone on the phone then came back to ask for more money. Again the same order 3 weeks ago cost £22 as well. You were informed at this time of the MISTAKE made by the store. You AGREED to pay the correct value on receiving the correct receipt. - No I did not agree to anything and I have the whatsapp messages with your staff to prove it. I said send me the receipt which is the correct one according to you and I will see. I was left on read. When the correct receipt was sent, you refused to pay, which is immoral and theft. - At that point I had been told 3 different amounts so yes i refused to pay until you clarified the situation. Also the driver has been hours ago and was paid the difference even though it was your mistake. Zara - The owner and manager of the hotel, Empire Hotel Loughborough Road Leicester, was the person who ordered and that we spoke to. So why are you leaving a review 🤔 on behalf of someone else Darshan?!!! It's also a false statement to write your review in the first person with "I" when it was not you. - It is not a false statement as I was the one who had to deal with you unfortunately. Religion was not mentioned. Zara understood the term 'haram' for a description of her action. (Not permissable). It's best to leave it at that. - So who made you the judge of what is haram and what is not. It is not haram to go back on your word, be exceptionally rude to your customers and to take more money than quoted? Instead of justifying your actions and replying with false statements, focus on running your place better, improving your attitude and teach your staff some math and customer service skills. I am more than happy to help in that department.

Underqualified staff who cannot even do simple tasks. Rude management and disgusting food. Avoid at all costs. Lots of better places in Leicester with actual customer service and edible food.

Pizzas are lovely but just the wings are not worth the price. The wings are too tiny. Donner was good but there should be option for with or without sauce.

This is honestly the best Pizza place I've ordered from, not only are the pizza's hot, fresh and all-together delicious, this restraint allows for a vast variety of pizza customization. The portion sizes are great and worth the price! On top of that, the restaurant itself is very generous with their toppings and sauces.

Pizzas were very good. Hot and tasty. Chicken wings were tiny and burnt. It had rubbery taste. Paid £3.99 for the wings not worth it. Didnt like it. Donner had too much sauce in it but was tasty.

Everytime we order from here, they always forget about the X4 sauces that go with the chicken nuggets. They only give you X1. I don't think it's right that they ask for the customer to select X4 sauces then don't deliver, maybe charge extra for that sauces? That way, neither party feel like they're short changed.

Normally I quit order. Today I order 3 for 10 deal. Taste was very bad not flavour and watery and soggy very very bad so disappointed. Please keep the quality and stand. We are not order as free I paid £19 include delivery charge.

Ordered 12 cheese and tomato pizzas for my kids party yesterday at a cost of £45, yesterday. Absolutely loads of pizza, arrived piping hot and it all went down well... Good value, decent taste.

Unhappy with delivery charges, cause once I started ordering they charge me less, after 2-3 times a week, charge me double for delivery, when I called them telling me fake reason, even I ordered from my different address which is less than a mile still they charge double, unfair labor practicing this people, cause we been regular customer, start cheating with delivery charges, what a shame on you guys, better you bagging for an extra pound , people will give you, I will never order anymore, 👃👃

I would like to make a complaint, the food was stone cold and all staff including doctors and nursing very disappointed. We work extremely hard and long hours and working on Christmas Day and receive food cold and not even any toppings on, seemed like it was cheese and tomato instead of classic

Bargain but not one of my favourites

I’m a coach driver and drive all over the UK and have used many take outs in my time, Today I had a break in Leicester and wanted something hot and quick . I’m not from the area so found this place on google maps. I just had the special lamb kebab and chips and can honestly say the best I’ve had in a long time . Taste amazing I went to collect and the guy that served me was really nice will definitely go again Thankyou guys great food great service 10/10 🙂🙂

My daughter choked on a pound coin that was inside the pizza , all I got was a giggle n oo I'm very sorry manager will give you a call which never happened. Eho need to visit this place obviously handling money in the food prep area , just thankful my daughter is okay won't be using again

Always used these guys for convenience food... fed a lot of mouths for a Tenna- but over the last year they’ve increased delivery charge from £1-£2 and now £3 delivery... on top the business name is Three for £10. Well the charge is now £14. Ok we all understand increases, but never so much - there’s better deals out there so will be trying elsewhere... oh also noticed the pizzas are slightly smaller... definitely not drunk when I opened the boxes... Sorry for 3 stars, but really need to consider your size and price

The worst Pizza you will likely eat. poor quality ingredients and honestly for the price I am unsure if the source of ingredients can be trusted at all. The owner of the restuant simply refuses to accept any sort of feedback from customers as you'll see in any other negative reviews. Obviously that says alot about the sort of business this is.
