Lovely pub,quick friendly service (Thank you, Ellie) Gorgeous meals,surprisingly good value. Busy but not overcrowded. I found this place by chance, will definitely visit again.

If visiting St Anne’s then this establishment if well worth a visit. Food amazing outdoor door seating and the staff are great. Very friendly and child friendly pub perfect for a chilled out day or just to grab a bite to eat. Big shout out to Heather who goes that extra mile and great with the customer first time calling in this pub and definitely will return.

Recently had a gathering following a funeral. Food was plentiful and tasty. Staff great. Special thanks to Dave for his help during the afternoon 👍

Birthday lunch for 9 people went so smoothly. Food arrived very quickly and was delicious. The staff went above and beyond, Heather was a star from sorting out the cake to taking photos for us . Thank you so much, we hope to be back one day soon x

We were a party of four adults and two children who called in for lunch last Wednesday. We all had fish and chips plus two childrens meals and the food was amazing. The portion sizes were great and the food was well cooked. The staff were very friendly and we look forward to having lunch again there in the future 😀

2 meals for £12.50 bargain lunch. Cheaper than the chippy. Quick service, ample parking, ideal stop off on the way to Lytham.

We visit the blossoms most Tuesdays and must say we experience good service and have always enjoyed the food and service waiting times do vary if the pub is busy or has a funeral wake - excellent service keep it up

We Booked a table for 8pm to celebrate my partner’s brother’s 30th. We arrived 15 minutes early…as instructed on the confirmation email, and we were taken to a table which wasn’t the one reserved for us. As it was a busy bank holiday Sunday, this was understandable, however, when we approached the bar to order our food, the bar man ( the same person who showed us to our table) informed a couple who were in front of us in the queue that the “chef has decided to close the kitchen”! The pub had numerous tables of people waiting to order food and clearly the Blossoms is doing so well they don’t need customer business anymore. Absolutely disgraceful! Thankfully, as numerous customers left, we raced to the Waters Edge down the road, experienced first class service which is simply a pipe dream for the Blossoms, and had a lovely meal spending more than £150 that clearly the Blossoms doesn’t need! With so many pubs going under to simply fail on the basics is unacceptable! Thankfully the Waters Edge saved the day for our celebrations!

I am a carer working with individiuals with learning disabilities, I wanted to send some feedback with regards to a negative experience I had at Blossoms. I attended with a gentleman who has a learning disability, the bar staff were rude and non-welcoming. There was a notable difference in how we were addressed as compared to those in the restaurant without any disabilities. I was disappointed to identify such discrimination. The bar staff did not converse or engage with my client and made no effort to accommodate his additional requirements. The staff then asked all the surrounding tables about how their meal was but did not attend our table to enquire about this. I felt as though our opinion did not matter. I would strongly recommend that the management review training in equality and diversity because it is crucially important that all customers regardless of any additional requirements they have are treated respectfully. Thank you for your consideration of my feedback.

Absolutely gutted! Blossoms is our local and we love going for breakfast and snacks for lunch but the last 2 times we have had a stake it hasn't been nice! Decided to give it another go because there was an offer on but again the stake wasn't nice! Asked for med rare and it came well overcooked with that much gristle in it I could only get 2 mouthfuls of meat! Mushrooms were burnt and scampi soggy! Really disappointed ☹️

Went in on spur of moment, gammon and chips were beautiful, along with fish and chips, superb value for £12.50 for both meals, offer available from noon, Monday to Friday. Very pleasant waitresses and bar staff.

Went for a late lunch today. Have got to say we won't be returning anytime soon. Firstly we were over charged for our drinks, and had to get a partial refund. We ordered 2 rare Surf & Turfs. We had to wait over 30 minutes and when it arrived the Sizzler was cold, the rare steak was infact well done! And very chewy and full of grissle. The onions tasted of stale water, really awful food. We did complain to the manager who sadly did'nt seemed interested and just said "I will refund both meals" So very disappointed at the Blossoms which has really gone down hill since our last visit

Came here this evening on my lonesome for a bite to eat and a few pints to wash it down 🤤 the burger was 10/10 and the service by the bar staff; Harry and I believe Caitlin was great, they made me feel welcome and their service was fast, friendly and efficient. The waiter Jaden was fantastic and made sure I was happy every step along my Blossoms journey, attending to my every need with a smile along the way!! Will be telling all my friends and family, THANK YOU TEAM BLOSSOMS!!!

Great pub. Staff are fantastic. Bar staff are great, in particular Harry and Kaitlynn. Them two are a huge credit to the business. The is my local and it’s great.

Come to the blossoms every week food is really good and reasonable prices staff are brilliant and accommodating and it's good value for kids and families

I went in the morning for a reasonably priced coffee, great seating available, spacious with plenty of window seats. Pleasant staff and went again for dinner, was impressed by the chilli con carne

The management and staff need to learn to be accomodating to customers who turn up to order food. We arrived today at 12 pm with a toddler to order lunch with my family. We were told we were unable to order food until 1 ish as there was a pre arranged event due to start. As we had travelled from Cheshire to eat here, we asked if we could place an order ready for 1 as we had limited time over here. We were told we couldn't and that we would be receiving our food well after 1pm. While we were waiting, another customer came in and was able to order food at 12.30. So why were we not allowed to order food. The Blossoms has lost our business because we left and went went to the Watersedge. The management were lovely here.

Came back once again as I really enjoyed my meals and once again they didn’t disappoint, The men behind the bar made sure my meal order was correct, they also made sure we didn’t have any allergies which we didn’t . I felt completely at ease with how my order was taken and how it tasted was very nice, I will return!

Got there after after a funeral was welcomed straight away with a smile, the food we ordered was fast and the food quality was brilliant with real attention to detail. Great service and brilliant chefs

Myself,my partner and our 3yr old girl booked a table for 3 then travelled to the blossoms only to be greeted at the door with you have to wear a mask or your not allowed in ....when I explained ive booked a table and im medically exempt I was asked for proof....I am legally exempt and found this a disgusting way to be met at the door when we go fairly regular.....not any more!!!I will also be contacting blackpool gazette tomorrow

We visited for lunch on Wednesday. Social distancing was met and staff were attentive and respectful of space when serving at the table. Food was tasty and hot. Overall will visit again.

We booked a table here for 14:45 to try and have something to eat. Bear in mind, when booking, you have to select if you are eating or just drinking. On arrival we were greeted with a sign saying that the "kitchen will be closed from 14.30 to 17.00". We asked if we could still be sat, as we had arrived before the unknown 14.30 cut off time. To which we were told "we only have one chef working because the others have had to go into isolation and this will be the only time the chef can have a break. He has just got an order for a table of 10". Which in its own right, under current guidlines, is against the law now. "Rule of 6". Im sorry, but why take bookings for food if you wont have an open kitchen? Surely if you know that 2 of your chefs are going to be isolating then you can arrange cover? Being a chef myself, he/she can consider himself lucky to get a break for 2 and half hours. Some of us do 14 hour days without even getting to sit down. Very poorly run. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone

Food was excellent with quick service, tried cottage pie which was new on the menu and tasted amazing. Only bad point is there was no roast beef available just after one on a sunday.

What a great place to eat, 5 mins drive from home, always a space in the car park, friendly staff and delicious food you don’t have to wait ages for. What a fantastic friendly pub with excellent food at brilliant prices ! Best burger stack my son has ever had .... excellent steak on sizzling plates ... highly recommended. The chef is a credit to the pub . Great finish to our holiday 😀

Took advantage of the half price food deal between Monday and Wednesday in August. Ordered skillets but was told they could only be served on plates due to the wooden bases not being hygienic. Steaks and sauces came but not as hot as they would have usually been a no sizzling. This made the meal ordinary at the most. I will not be visiting again until the skillets are back on.

May never know about food. Been waiting for at least 45 mins in half empty pub. They told us orders were “backed up” obviously this was a lie since others were served and had gone. Would have preferred to have been told they had forgotten which was kind of obvious.

Went to the blossoms to get some lunch while football was on. I had a bacon/cheese burger with curly fries, really enjoyed the meal. Only bad point is the meal took 30 minutes to arrive.

Very basic food and was very bad service ordered a couple of burger with mac and cheese sides got the meal 20 mins later the mac and cheese came why order a side then send it as a desert staff were all over bad communication will deffo not be refurning very disappointing

Good value for money and a very pleasant place to eat. We are quite spoiled for lovely places to eat in and Lytham and this place is up there with the best of them.

Four friends came for lunch.The staff were very friendly especially the young man who works weekends. The food was quite good, BUT the ladies toilets need a good deep clean!There are long-standing cobwebs and dirt at the bottom of the doors, and two of the four toilets were dirty too. The skirting boards are filthy. Many women, including us, judge restaurants by the cleanliness of toilets. Dirty toilets are a no-no for us.We won’t be back.

Typical big chain pub/restaurant . Decent food, good prices, but our table was sticky and previous diners empty glasses still littered the table even when our meals arrived they still weren't cleared . They didn't wipe the table and I had to do it myself with a load of napkins. Very good Doom Bar beer and tasty food, but they need more staff to clear and sanitize the tables. Other nearby tables were uncleared too.

Visited for evening meal food acceptable but service was very poor 45 mins wait for our main course we should have been warned about the delay, did not order a sweet has we had spent enough time in the pub and didn't want another drink

On entering The Blossoms at 1pm on a Sunday, noticed straightaway that it was half empty unlike on previous Sunday visits. Alarm bell should have rung! A party of 6 celebrating my son's birthday, we found a table easily and ordered 5 starters, 6 mains & drinks.The starters arrived fairly quickly and were average at best - the finished plates stayed on the table for 20 minutes afterwards. At 2-15 pm , my partner who hadn't had a starter remarked on where our mains were and went to ask at the bar and 20 minutes later they arrived. During the wait,she had noticed that a couple on the next table,had their meals served one by one, the first meal had been eaten when the second was served.To summarise, slow service and average food and 6 people who will not be eating there again.

Came here on Saturday the 21st with my partner and two children,great atmosphere, very welcoming,staff were incredible, food really tasty and excellent service. Great value for money too. Be back again soon. Thanks for the great service & food definitely 5 stars and highly recommend.

We used to come here a lot, then we stopped because it went really slow and we didn’t come for a while - then we tried again and it has been really good. Quick, tasty food - standard pub grub, well presented. I’m posting this after many visits for 3 reasons - 1) I think I posted a negative one many moons ago and want to rectify that. 2) the recent negative reviews seem a little unfair. And 3) Ellie, our server, was so lovely she deserves a special mention. The blossoms is what it is - a pub with a restaurant and so people are going to be at the bar. And sometimes there isn’t going to be enough staff to keep on top of all the tables but the staff are always pleasant and the food is lovely. What more do you want?!Would definitely recommend.

we waited over an hour, for our food. The food when it came, was lost somewhere on my plate and cold. Tables were very close together, so really not a lot of space. Would not recommend.

Food, was fine if predictable. Service good. Popular lunch and evening. Breakfast 9am. Lunch OAP good value. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall an easy, reasonable priced meal

After moving in to Lytham and this pub being within walking distance we thought we would visit. First problem was the food that I wanted to order was off the menu so I had to choose something else. Then the bar staff could not print out our receipt. Third problem came when we noticed people who ordered their food after us where having their meals. We queried this and was told there had been a problem. So some 30 mins later we eventually got our food. The potions where very small and just edible, nothing to rave over.This has put us of going to this pub again even though it would have been nice to visit on a regular basis. Shame really,

Oh Dear!!. We have been regulars at this place where the food and ambiance was good, but we payed a visit there last Saturday night and what a disappointment. The food used to be average/good, now it would appear to be average/poorThe ambiance consisted of many very loud speaking/ shrieking customers, and to crown the evening a fight broke out at the bar. We will not be paying this place another visit in the forseeable future.

The food never fails to please & the bar staff & waiting staff are excellent polite & pleasant all the time unlike the manageress who needs to learn people skills for the business she is in

Found this restaurant as recommended by the Coeliac UK app.Although no dedicated gluten free menu. There was a full allergen list and the staff checked with the kitchen continually.Lisa was extremely friendly and went out of her way to help. Deserves a prize for the banter.Good food to boot.

A nice welcoming team with a good selection of drinks and not too busy so plenty of places to sit. The menu was large, I ordered a burger but it wasn’t great, perhaps 5 out of ten, probably wouldn’t rush back for the food. I’d suggest reducing the size of the menu and put the effort into doing what’s left well.

My friend and I visited the Blossoms for our Pre Christmas lunch get together. We had such a lovely time from start to finish.But what stands out the most in my memory was the little things, attention to detail that made our visit so special. The table was beautifully decorated, sparkly with crackers to pull and even a Christmas Card from the Staff. The food arrived piping hot, well presented and plentiful. It was served to us by friendly efficient staff who made us feel very welcome.

We called in at the blossoms, for Sunday lunch, we fancied a roast, so ordered two half roast chicken dinners, the meal came fairly quickly, the waitress didn’t say much when she dropped of the dinners, not even “enjoy your meal” which I thought was a bit rude, on inspecting our meal, I realised there was no carrots, I thought I would mention it , when they came to ask if everything was ok with our meal, they never came to ask, when the lady came to take our plates away, she didn’t ask if everything was ok, so I mentioned about not having carrots, she said “did you get anything in their place” no I said, she said it was known in the kitchen, about no carrots, so I said maybe we should have been told at the till, so we would know there was no carrots , after apologising, she came back to offer us a pudding, but I’m diabetic so don’t eat sugary things, but the offer was there, think it bad management when they run out of things, even worse when they don’t mention it on ordering, bit dissapointed really, but I’ve noticed everywhere is getting lack on customer service, sign of the times.

We had a family meal in Blossoms yesterday. Staff were very friendly and the food great with fast service. I guess service could be slower if it had been busier as it was quiet when went. Prices here are great, along food quality, portion size and a varied menu. One point would be a lack of Vegan/dairy free desserts but being far this goes for most places, however it would be nice for places to start offering ie Coconut ice cream or Soy etc as an option even you pay slightly more. :)

We came a Sunday lunch time and reserved a table with being a big party. Menu had alot of choice. We ordered at the bar and the food came out quickly and efficiently.All meals were piping hot and couldn't fault the food at all. It was getting busy as we were leaving. Staff were very friendly towards us. We will be returning.

Went for a family drink. It was busy and the only table was in the sport area. We were verbally abused almost immediately by some old popped up guy watching the TV. We asked if we could use the chair near him. Once his mate was with him he starts swearing at us saying no one can sit down! Astonishing! We drunk up and left, leaving all our chairs with him! As we were entertaining family, it was so disappointing to show them this! Won't bother using this as our local again. Shame. It's a pub profoundly full of yobs. Tats and tarts welcome! Pity I couldn't score a zero! No wonder there's so much trouble.

Called in today whilst on the road in Lytham for a spot of lunch purely by chance. Looks and feels like the run of the mill pub chain so wasn’t expecting much.Have to say I was pleasantly surprised as the food was really good, the service very quick and the prices very reasonable given it’s in posh Lytham where prices tend to be hiked up.I had the Gammon platter and it was superb. Two large gammon steaks cooked perfectly, tender and moist not dried out at all. Accompanied by 2 fried eggs, pineapple, grilled tomatoes, onion rings and fries. A huge place full for under £9. Great menu with lots of choice. The burgers look amazing.Great value. Staff really friendly and welcoming and very relaxed atmosphere. To be honest I wouldn’t drive to it especially from where I live but if in Lytham again I would go back. If you’re in the area give it a go.

Amazing value for money set in a lovely location. Can not be live how nice the fish n chip and the gammon was and we got them both for only £9

Called in having visited some 3 years ago and lovely to see this place still doing well - and that the manager is still there and helpful as ever. Enjoyed a couple of beers in the nice beer garden.

I never realised beer could be so vile. ughh!To be fair they have finally increased their bar staff numbers, so you no longer have to take a book to read whilst you're waiting to be served

Typical pub food. Not a bad place. Went for dessert with my daughter. A sundae and a crumble with custard. Food was really nice but a half hour wait and my hot dessert came 5 mins before her cold one. Others complained about wait. If they told you at point of ordering, that would be helpful.

We use this place a lot as a family and have never been disappointed. However I was totally impressed when 23 of us turned up for breakfast with no warning and every one of us was served together with a good value, hot breakfast and with no problems. Wonderful service, good food and great prices . Thank you.

My wife and I along with our two teenage granddaughters made our first visit to the Blossoms on Monday lunchtime and it certainly won't be our last. We started with the House Sharer and followed this with four different meals that were all excellent (well done chef). We added a beer, a couple of soft drinks and a bottle of Oyster Bay Marlborough and all for under £60 (including an online voucher for £5 off). Great service from Lisa and her colleague (sorry I didn't get her name) made it a lunch to remember. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. Ian & Pat

It’s been a few years since we last visited The Blossoms and the decoration and carpets have not had any work since then. The food was just as good and excellent value for money

14 of us went for a meal for works do this last week - the main meal we couldn't fault but when we came to order desserts they refused to take the order as the kitchens where to busy - how ridiculous shall not be going there again as they are sharp to take your money plus one bar waitress was too busy sweeping the floor when I was waiting to order drinks & another young bartender came up & served me fron the other end of the bar after seeing I had been waiting for a while to be served

I have visited the blossoms three times over the last 3 months. I've ordered the same vegan burger each time.First time was great.Second time they gave me the non vegan version but were very apologetic and changed it for me.The third time, the burger arrived without a bun and with new potatoes instead of chips. When I asked why, they informed me the buns contain milk and that during busy periods they fry their chips in the same frier as the meat and fish! So that means for the past 2 visits I have been consuming non vegan food despite it being advertised as such. The chips shouldn't even be advertised as vegetarian!Very disappointed and won't be eating here again.

Me and my boyfriend visited this restaurant by chance; we were on the way to a service station and we saw it and thought that we would give it a go. We was pleasantly surprised.When we entered we were told that there was a 30 minute wait time on food. This did not bother us as we were warned and prefer to be told then find out by waiting. However, when we got our food, we were very happy. At first, the portion size seemed small but the food here is deceptive. It was the perfect size meal without over-eating. I had the classic burger (with a few things removed as I am a picky eater) and my boyfriend had the barbeque chicken burger. We both agree that this is one of the best places we have been so far for burgers... and as a picky eater,thats all I eat when I go out so that means a lot.Dessert was also great and unexpectedly creative. We enjoyed it very much. Overall, it was a great meal out at a quality place.

We have been calling here for the last few years on our day out from Rochdale and always looked forward to lunch in the Blossams. Today we called Sun 20/5. Ordered steak and chicken combo meal asked how I would like my steak cooked I said medium rare .When it arrived the chicken was perfect ,the steak I could not cut let alone eat.Told the Manager who asked if I wanted another!!! I said of course I do.When the replacement arrived it it was still not what it should have been and on the tough side therefore had to leave some.My wife had garlic chicken even that she struggled to cut. The Coors Shandy and Lemonade drinks were Superbly refreshing .Unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere for Lunch on our next visit to Lytham.

Usually have found the blossoms good food at good prices but not today. My husband asked for steak medium rare but it came rather well done. Sent it back. THE revised version was tough and a bit inedible. I had the garlic chicken. Was a bit put off when my knife was replaced by a steak knife. There was a good reason for this as even with a steak knife it was hard to cut. Will give it a miss next time we are in the area. THE service was quick.

We've called in here for Saturday lunch twice in the last few weeks and the experience was excellent every time. Tasty fresh food delivered promptly and best of all at a great price. I had fajitas on both occasions (steak the first time and then chicken) and they were superb - at just a little over £8 for the steak and even less for the chicken. I have paid twice as much for far inferior fajitas on several occasions and I really enjoyed them (they were still sizzling after I had eaten my first tortilla-full). All credit to those involved at the Blossoms for a excellent menu offering lots of variety, along with great service and outstanding value for money. We are lucky to have this so close to home and we recommend it highly.

Cheap and mediocre. Not been here for years and won’t be hurrying back. Greeted with an abject shrug when we asked were we sit (ie do we have to be shown to a table or could we sit anywhere). My steak was tough and over done and my fiancées chilli con carne portion was tiny and came with over done tortillas and chips (asked for rice). The waitress who dumped the food on the table just spoke very quickly and left before we could ask about the rice - they ran out of plain rice on a Wednesday apparently. Give it a miss. There’s plenty of competition around there so try anywhere else.

If you like sizzling onions, misordered food or non-commital customer service, then this is the place for you. Positives: cheap food, fair range on the menu, desserts.Not so positives: food delivered not the same as that on the menu when ordered, more onions than a stereotypical French bicyclist, an unhelpful member of staff taking the order, food delivered in stages rather than all together.If you’re near, you know about it...clearly popular with the local clientele. If you’re from afar, your choice...

We had to wait over an hour for our food then I had to send my meal back and for them to reheat it in the microwave and my chicken skewers came out like rubber so I won't be ordering anything from there again.

We have visited this pub many times and it is the luck of the draw whether you have a good experience or a bad one. We had a great time in February and went back two weeks later but it was awful. The food was not great and when we complained the waiter said we could have a free dessert - which we don't usually have - but he meant only for one of us although we had both had bad meals. We won't be going back.

My husband and I are regular visitors to St Annes. Despite sampling other, usually more expensive, places over the years, we constantly return to The Blossoms for the warm welcome, good food and excellent service. They do better (and better value) fish and chips than the specialist 'chippies' we have tried, and have consistently served excellent steaks and other 'sizzling' items, in ample, but sensible, portions. Chef happily customises our favourite, the Hunters' Chicken, to accommodate our personal tastes and we appreciate that there is a good range of potato choices to accompany the main meals. (Unlike the local steak house that doesn't do chips or jacket potatoes with its steaks.) But the over-riding virtue is the quality of service; efficient and hard-working, always friendly and attentive. They're a great team and clearly well-led, too. Good job, well done!!

Following a weekend trip we dcided to go to the blossoms for diiner when we got home. We have been in there for drinks and have been enticed by the smell of the steaks being brought from the kitchen. We decided to go for the rump stake. What a treat - the steaks were done to perfection and the sevice was exemplary. We came away smacking our lips. Unbeknown tous there was a special deal the night before mothers day so one steak was free! Imagine 2 starters, 2 rump steaks, a bottle of red - all for about £30. Unbelieveable! We will certainly go again. Graet staff - geat service!

We visited the Blossoms for lunch. We were met with a friendly greeting from behind the bar. Our order was easily taken and drinks were poured at time of ordering. Condiments and cutlery were selected from a well stocked table. We had a nice table in the conservatory. Our meals were served promptly and cooked to our liking. The staff were attentive asking if everything was satisfactory and could they get us anything else. The menu was varied plenty of choice at good prices. We were sent off with thanks for coming by the pleasant staff.

It seemed strange going into a pub at 10.15 am.. but we were there to try the breakfast fayre.We were glad we did and can really recommend the place.The traditional dishes were available plus sizzling and enormous portions.We had Bacon and egg Muffin, Sausage and egg Muffin and a traditionalstandard breakfast of bacon ,egg, hash brown sausage, beans, tomato with toast on the side. Endless coffee and tea all for less than twelve pounds.Service was prompt and efficient and we noticed that there were at least sixteenother customers in the pub having breakfast whilst we were in.Word has obviously got around !! We will return.

We've had many, many meals at The Blossoms and choice of menu is extensive (having had many of their meals) and great range of pub food. Prices compare to other chain pubs but the service from here is always friendly and better than most other chain pubs. Only ever had a couple of bad meals, but changed with the staff and never a fuss at all. Always helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend and we will continue to go here for meals & drinks.

Thought I would have evening meal here tonight but when inside realised there was a limited menu as gas was off. Almost left at that point but decided I would order something (wish I hadn't bothered). Ordered steak suet pudding and chips. Meat was gristly and chewy. Not enjoyable at all

Not been here for a long time and after looking at the local offerings for Xmas Day, decided to book here. Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Portions were sensible and the food was well cooked. Will definitely be going back to sample the regular menu!

Table festively laid out, pre ordered food served correctly and with a smile. Festive menu very good value. A nice Christmas treat for my Mother.

Had a fantastic meal, the food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Great value for money. We will definitely be back.

We don't usually go in these chain pubs like "sizzling" but as we were on a work Christmas party we didn't have the final say! It is handy I suppose as not really anywhere for eats and drinks between Lytham and St Annes.Quite spacious and decent enough bar area, typical "chain pub" decor. The menu is fairly priced although we didn't have high expectations for the food quality.The majority of the party ordered the Christmas lunch, about 8 or so, and all of them arrived cold. They sent them back for them to probably be microwaved and returned. The turkey was processed slices rather than actual turkey breast, I think in this day and age serving proper meat should be a basic kitchen rule. I hate having cold food, or lukewarm food, and they were going to just accept it and eat it anyway! I ordered the mushroom and stilton which was very average, mostly sauce with just one mushroom. I got the impression that ordering a sizzling option such as ribs or a burger would have been the better choice, and that is the taste they probably cater for a lot better. Given that it was a Christmas do however, they ordered the xmas lunch.
