The Big Chef in Wirral

Always been a big fan but the last 2 takeaways we got weren't great so we are going to look for somewhere new to try. Staff lovely but may have been unlucky with food

We had takeaway banquet on here this evening. Chicken and sweetcorn soup - ok Spare Ribs - not very good Sweet and Sour Chicken - not very nice Chicken Curry - awful, strange aftertaste Fried Rice - inedible Won’t be going back

We were visiting the area and called in for tea. Had fish&chips, sausage&chips, spring rolls, curry sauce and all were really tasty and cooked fresh. Big portions and great value for money. If we lived near here, would definitely be a regular 👍

What an absolute disgrace!! Never ever had a problem with this place until today. We travel a hour away to be treated with 0 respect. My boyfriend Asked a question about something on the menu for the woman to come over and completely snatch the menu out my boyfriend’s hand. Her body language and everything about her was disgusting. Constantly biting her lip and could clearly see she was getting easily frustrated. Will not be visiting again. This place needs to seriously improve their customer service skills.
