Terrible service dirty plates left on table for more than 35 minutes waited 20 minutes for dessert over priced food. Kids don’t eat for a pound like advertised only if they eat a small meal which is tiny

I ordered the dirty burger but my question is, why do you put the lettuce and tomato at the bottom when served ? It goes soggy and in fact why put Lettuce in at all? Warmed lettuce is horrible. Very disappointed

A truly quant, cozy and welcoming atmosphere with extremely kind, caring, welcoming and professional staff who go out of their way for each and every customer. Fantastic food and a lovely garden. Perfect for a solo meal to unwind, relax, study or work, a family/friendly gathering or just a nice cozy drink. Situated next to a hidden woodlands I like to call my sanctuary. One of the best Harvesters in the UK.

We went to the harvester tonight for our wedding anniversary meal, very disappointed with the evening, the service was terrible only one member of staff serving the front of house person not interested. When we got the food it was just about acceptable, with lots of dirty tables not cleared, total shambles.

I have had the pleasure of eating at this particular Harvester on a number of occasions over the past 4 years and every time I am pleased that the standard is always the same, five star. The food is excellent value for money with a great selection that should satisfy most people's palate. But what I am really happy about is the standard of service you get at this Harvester. Whenever I book a table as I did for last Friday to meet with a friend, I was so pleased to enter the restaurant and see Catherine the waitress/Manager. This lady is so skilled in dealing with customers it's a real pleasure to eat there. The greeting she gives is so warm and inviting and not just because I have been coming for a long while, she is the same with everyone who comes through the door. I was there for lunch on Friday and it was so full, with Catherine being exceptionally busy, she seemed to be doing everything, but she still bothered to spend quality time with a child that was asking a question. This lady is worth her weight in gold. I am never disappointed when I eat there, it is nicely laid out, not cramped, and you don't feel that you have to eat and get out, it is a treat I look forward to every two-three months. Rodney

A fantastic visit from start to visit. Friends of mine are regulars, I live on The Isle Of Wight. Good varied Drinks and Food Menus. Comfortable and Clean. Lovely Meals. Excellent Friendly, Efficient Service from Cathy, The Staff and The Chefs. Cathy is a total credit to the place. 😀👍

I have been trying to get in touch with the restaurant for three days to ask a question which is what is recommended on the main Harvester website. I have rung earlier, midday and evening and still haven't got a reply. Nor have they rung me back. Very poor customer service.

Have to say the waitress was lovely, food not so. Ordered a steak well done. It arrived rare. Waitress asked how the food was and I politely said the steak was rare. She offered to take it away and get the chef to cook it more. When it came back it was still pink. Stupidly felt bad for the waitress and just left the steak. Won’t be going back

Extremely disappointed with our booking today. Had reminder texts and emails sent to me yesterday and an hour before arrival. Arrived 15 minutes early for booking to be presented with a locked front door. Then a member of staff unlocked the door and stated that he'd been there since 8am but no manager had arrived. This was almost 11.45! Chances were slim thay we'd get any food, so had to leave! We'd planned a family day out in the area, starting with brunch at the harvester. We aren't local, so travelled there specifically for it. Ended up with a hungry 3 year old and no knowledge of where to go next. Unacceptable!

Booked a table for 8 of us, half our party were late due to traffic, they were kind and got us all in even though we were an hour late.

Had a really pleasant trip here. Two of us family birthday. Service really good ( Abdi was great). Food was typical harvester - rotisserie chicken, mash, corn. Desserts were very filling and a good evening was had.

The service was very bad today - really, really slow. It felt like we were actually forgotten! We have visited before and we noticed that there seemed to be a change of staff (apart from one waitress who wasn't serving us) it's definitely been a change for the worst. One of the side orders (something that was meant to be mac 'n' cheese was returned - it looked like something that the cat had thrown up! I spoke to the manager (new??) he was absolutely clueless, literally answered "I don't know" to every question that was asked of him. Really disappointing, we chose to attend today for a family celebration - Not good enough Harvester, get your act together!!

Lovely breakfast, phoned to make booking and got one for right away. we were sat straight away and had our gingerbread hot choc's within a few mins

Went in to use the toilet while out walking our dog, ended up having lunch in the bar. They had the fire going which was lovely to sit next to. will be definitely be popping in more to warm up on our walks.

Fantastic spot for a bit of lunch, food so reasonably priced and tasty. Staff super friendly. Made the most of the garden after eating in the restaurant which was great, few drinks in the sunshine (got to make the most of these sunny days)

What a fantastic birthday meal for my mother , from start to finish maria and cathy made our day. So night didn't go to plan at all got the the restaurant at 6 to be seated and told no drinks from trap so ment bottles and more expensive this was a 21st so just took that one The food came out some a little cold but ok The mains not so much ribs were fatty and not very well cooked , the beef come in so much wine my sister could not eat it and drive home after so she left that , kids meals were just rubbish , fish was wet and no flavour. We didnt bother to stay for afters and just went home all this costing over a hundred pounds so not a cheap meal . Only for 2 weeks later to get parking tickets from them saying we didnt eat in there , they sold there carpark to some ticket happy parking firm for more cash . When we got there it was pitch black in the carpark and the waitress didnt even tell us about the carpark. I'll never go there again and do not recommen at all.

We arranged to have a wake here and the staff, food and service could not have been better. We arranged for an area of the bar to be separated off and were treated with teas and coffees on arrival, arranged a tab for the bar and food arrives swiftly - everyone enjoyed the selection of sandwiches, chips onion rings, nachos and chilli, chicken wings and salad bar with profiteroles for deserts. When we asked for some more, this came swiftly. Everyone could not have been more helpful. Really loved the venue - very comfortable and left to get on with the day.On Friday befor had come for a more standard late lunch and again, that was really great food in a really pleasant location. Would happily come back here for really good value food in a great location with friendly staff. Could not recommend more.

Booked a table for 24 people on 12.01.20Cannot fault the service or food, all food came out pretty much at the same time, starters were prompt, mains followed decent time after, food was cooked to a good standard, waitress was very accommodating, bar staff friendly.Restaurant has lovely decor, good inside and outside space. Visited this restaurant with my family to catch up over the festive period. Atmosphere was little to none. Waited 50 mins for our main meals for them to come out Luke warm, my ribs had hardly any meat on them. Trying to get the waitresses attn was hard work, Dolly day dreaming. Requested to speak with the general manager however she was also too bothered gassing with colleagues and chatting up the chefs. Will not return to this restaurant. A wasted trip. We went of an evening meal, the service was too quick, we received our starter within no time after ordering the main meal arrived. It felt like we were being rushed to eat and leave. We were also give bowels but no salad or directed to where we could get our salad. This was disappointing, that we did not finish it.

We don’t always get a god service at harvester but we went midweek and it was not too busy. The waitress was great. She was friendly and when the food came it was hot.

I am in total shock - I have been sent an £85 fine for parking with a blue badge at the Beulah Spa Harvester. I went with family for a celebration meal. I was not told by staff that I was required to do anything to validate parking at the Harvester. I was with a wheelchair user and we have to use a car to even get to the Harvester. The car park appears to be part of the resturant but is 'run' by euro car parks with no information of the change for regular users and we saw nothing to say otherwise. Due to the way we have been treated Harvester you have just lost our whole family as customers. We are not coming back

Went for breakfast with the family and received food was was barely warm. Asked the waiter to sort out the issue and she returned 5 mins later with a hotter plate but the feed at the same temperature. Following a 2nd complaint, a new order was made and was completely satisfactory. The rest of the family experienced the same issue, particularly with the baked beans.

Went for the all you can eat cooked breakfast at this Harvester with my partner and the experience was bad from the start.

Mediocre to say the least, and why are they so quick to send a parking fine after? I didn't realise I had to register for free parking. No signage. Just popped in for a quick breakfast and now have to pay £50 discounted fine. Really not worth it....will definitely NOT be returning.

Celebrated my granddaughter's 5th birthday. The food and service was exceptional. Our waitress Kayla (sorry if we spelt wrong) was amazing and very attentive to our party. She was busy with our tables but was always at hand to help. The food was delicious, filling and including hot. We all enjoyed our dessert and left mighty full.
