The best £30 we ever paid for breakfast ! We booked in advance and we were greeted by 2 lovely and smiling waitresses. We ordered a sweet and a savoury breakfast. Paid about £15 per dish and it was the best breakfast we ever had having in mind we are travelling a lot! People are complaining about others taking photos and that’s absolutely fine. If you don’t like others taking photos then don’t visit. It’s so beautiful so people should be taking photos if they feel like it. Another positive is that we asked for water and they asked us if we wanted tap water instead of trying to make us pay more money. Thank you beautiful team of Peggy Porschen

The place is beautiful, it's like entering a doll's house, everything is divine, everything is delicious and the staff is excellent. Expensive? Expensive is relative, you pay for a dream place. We had afternoon tea. What you can't finish is packed perfectly to take away. It's all ideal.

Guys the store is very nice in appearance but.. you have to have a plug to get in. Otherwise outside in the cold and no big groups because you block the street and they will pay tax (If you have children big groups are allowed suddenly)

Really nice place, we arrived at 5pm, there was no one there, they let us in immediately and sat down, we only ordered because many things were finished as they would close in an hour so I recommend coming earlier. The food and drinks were really good too, so besides being aesthetic it's also good, the environment really makes you feel like a princess, super approved!

I am sorry to write this but I went to Peggy Porschen with my daughters for my birthday as a treat. Our intention was to have a lovely tea with scone and cake. We travelled up from Kent. We got to the door and there was a queue. All fine. We agreed after much persuasion to sit outside. It was utterly freezing being end November and a bitterly cold day. The blankets helped. We agreed that when a table would come free inside we would get it. I ordered a scone and cream and jam and we ordered 3 cakes and 2 pots of tea and one cappuccino. We waited a long time - probably 25 minutes. I was looking for service but nobody came out. Eventually a lady came with one cake and the cappuccino but no team or the scones or the other cakes. We didn't want the coffee to go cold so I asked my daughter to go right ahead. It must have been at least 10 minutes or more later when the tea and other cakes came by which time she had finished. I was starving the scone was warm and we were so cold so I got started. A girl came out asking if we could pay straight away and Iasked if we could wait as we had only just got our food and it was hot and we wanted to eat it whilst warm. I was pretty annoyed anyway by this time. She came out again a moment later and told me that her manager insisted that we pay directly for this. I was outraged. I told her that it was my birthday and that this was a special occasion, my daughter had already had to have her tea as it would have been stone cold by the time ours arrived. What really made my blood boil was that service was already on the bill. I will not be returning. It was an absolute rip off and I was disgusted.

Peggy Porschen is an absolute gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in. The decor is stunning—like stepping into a fairytale with its pastel hues and gorgeous floral displays. The cupcakes are, of course, amazing, but what truly stood out for me was the morning tea option. It's a perfect idea for people like me who can never decide what to have for breakfast! You get a delightful mix of mini sweet and savory options, so you can indulge in the best of both worlds. It’s the ideal way to start your day. Highly recommend visiting—you won’t regret it!

Extremely disappointing! I won a box of cupcakes from here in an Instagram competition and requested the vegan cupcakes (of which there is only one option) Having looked on the website it said they were vegan but further down said Th eye weren’t suitable for vegans but upon speaking to a member of staff before I collected them, they stated that it was an error on the website which has now been corrected. When I collected the box of cakes the store was so pretty and they came beautifully packaged. The cupcakes looked lovely but this was the only good thing about them. The flavours were odd and they generally tasted bad. The icing was a weird texture and in the end I couldn’t even give these cupcakes away. Absolutely ridiculous for the amount they would normally cost… £7.20 a cupcake I won’t be visiting again

The food itself was really excellent, the ambience was of course beautiful, but the price-performance ratio really wasn't right at all. You had to order a menu for just under €65 per person if you reserved a table for the afternoon. You really pay a lot for the name and not necessarily for the quality of the food. When you reserve online you are not informed that you have to take the tea menu for 56 pounds per person.

We had the scrambled eggs with hollandaise ..and honestly it wasn't great. I've had better. I give it maybe 5/10 nice presentation but the flavor was meh. Now onto dessert..the star of the show. OH WOW!!! That lemon rose and raspberry slice was OUT OF THIS world 10/10 !!! That's one snazzy tart lemon-y 🍋 cake! Just how I like it!! My friend had the chocolate cake with the banana cream filling and she said it was very tasty! The summer berry iced tea was nice and flavourful and not too sweet. 4/5 stars ⭐I will visit again. Emailed ahead of time to check thier vegan options as I have a dairy allergy. Was given the options I could pick which was avocado on toast or vegan scones. (Awful selection in this day and age….but I thought fine) Also heavily advertised that they allow walk ins and you can’t book ahead for the day menu. When I arrived they had no vegan scones and there were no tables left inside as they were all booked…. I was trying to speak with the staff member to work out what I could eat within the menu and he was not being helpful at all or even cared to make a plan. In the end I couldn’t order as I didn’t have any trust. Once a member of my party realised I wasn’t eating she took it upon herself to work out with me what on the menu I could eat and spoke with the staff member to atleast order me some dry toast with poached eggs ontop…. Why couldn’t the staff member have worked this out ? Because he didn’t care. It wasn’t particularly busy so he should’ve helped really. I wouldn’t recommend.

Cupcakes were just ok, I had been to Peggy Porschen years ago and still remember the great cupcake I had back then, it was fluffy and you could taste real vanilla, this time it felt the cupcake was not very fresh. Worst then the cupcake was the coffee. Milk was overheated and I burned my tongue while taking the first sip; overall the cappuccino was too weak and coffee didn’t taste great. I was so looking forward to my visit, but left disappointed.

I visited on a Sunday morning with my mum and sister around 11am, and luckily we managed to get a nice table outside without having a reservation. We ordered a cappuccino, the rose latte, and the pink vanilla iced latte - as well as the strawberries and cream cake, the lemon and rose cake and the avocado and feta on toast - this totalled £60!!! The cappuccino was average, the rose latte was nice, but unfortunately the pink vanilla iced latte was very disappointing. There was no coffee in this "latte", it was just pink milk. I kindly asked the waiter if its possible to change the drink for something else as it was just pure milk and I couldn't drink it - and he said he must check with his manager, who said no they cannot change it and I will still be charged for the latte which I did not drink. Very disappointed in this, as the latte was not exactly cheap at £7. The strawberries and cream cake was nice, the avocado on toast was average - although the avocados were overripe and a slightly brown in colour. The lemon and rose cake was nothing special - slightly dry and had very thick icing. Overall, I was not wowed at all. Will not be returning. The staff were very friendly though, and very apologetic regarding the latte situation - seems like the problem lies with the management. For the prices they are charging, I expected better.

I also saw some gum on the floor all ground in and dirty, it’s not the pretty aesthetic that this shop is all about. It was just lack of attention to detail. The cakes are horribly overpriced but they are very very good. It’s not a place I would go to often as £8 for a slice of cake is very hefty and the cake slices are not generous. So the place is very pretty, totally Instagrammable. But the pastries are extremely sweet, it’s too much. We didn't manage to eat everything we ordered.

I really enjoyed my visit to Peggy Porschen in Belgravia. The typically English atmosphere is very charming, but be careful, all this comes at a price. The waiter noticed we were from France and made the effort to wish us happy birthday in French, which was very thoughtful.

Such a beautiful place, I was made to feel valued and comfortable. Even received a birthday card from Peggy, what a nice touch.

This place is overrated and underwhelming. We paid £59 for a couple of half sandwiches, 2 scones and a cupcake (pls see the photo attached). The server refused to sell us a slice of their strawberry cake but they did with other customers. They even gave us the bill while we’re still having our tea. It feels like we rushed to pay and go. It was an experience but I wouldn’t recommend.

I loved the service provided by everyone! Even though we had to wait a little for a table, it was worth it. Great atmosphere and wonderful cake, tea was an event in itself. I loved it a lot.

Sadly our experience was not great. There were 5 of us and granted, we hadn’t made a reservation, so there were no tables available. We were told that we had to have our coffee and cake take away - again fine. We ordered 5 coffees ( disappointed), 5 cakes and a dozen macarons. As we were waiting for our order to be ready a table that sat 5 become available- now this is where I will never recommend this place to anyone. I asked the waiter clearing the tables if our family of 5 could sit there - he agreed but from behind the coffee machine which I can only presume was the manager yelled “no, you can’t sit there, you ordered take away”. After explaining to him again that we were forced take-away due to this being the only option available at the time but now the situation is different- he basically throw our items at us and we were told to leave. So we stood outside the shop on the footpath trying to eat our cake and drinking the very, very below par coffee. Unfortunately Peggy Porschens is now memorable for all the wrong reasons.

What an amazing little gem! We had an afternoon tea:a classic one and a vegan one. The food was tasty and beautifully presented. We were made feel very welcome and not rushed to vacate the table. The service was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I tried the famous Chocolat Heaven muffin and it was very good! The dough was flavorful and moist, and the topping, although a little too sweet for my taste, was also good. However, the service left something to be desired. I was served coldly by a young man with glasses, who seemed to treat all customers with disregard. The environment was exactly as in the photos: everything was very clean and organized.

Food was measly almost a child's portion. Menu is limited. Ended up with ham egg and chips. Ham was so thin you could see the blue of the plate through it. Eggs were overcooked and so was the chips. Very disappointed. If you need to kill time waiting for a train. Have a beer. Sweet. If your hungry.. find somewhere else..
