I was disappointed with our Sunday lunch. I chose the roast beef which I found tasteless. My other half had the lamb which was ok. Pecan pie and ice cream for dessert was good. But I won’t be hurrying back. I wasn’t keen on the new refurb. Place seems to have lost its atmosphere.

Came here for Mothers Day. Previously I have always drove past the restaurant but never went it however I had heard that the place had been refurbished and was worth trying. It certainly did not disappoint, the inside is much better than what you would expect from driving by. Great service, great food. I would comment that the value for money was slightly over priced, and the menu was limited for vegetarians/vegans - it was very fish/meat based. However for Mother's Day it went down well, my family were happy and it was someone new to try

We’ve visited The Beehive many times and sat in the garden and inside and have loved it. We invited friends to come with us for a meal and we were so disappointed. The food was ‘average’, but the actual cleanliness of the pub was well below par. The table was so sticky, the drink mats stuck to it!!! We mentioned this and our server said it was the product used to clean (needs changing imo). The floor outside of the kitchen area into the restaurant was slippery (had a yellow warning sign) - it seemed greasy! Our friend slipped on it (luckily not fully). Sadly, the service wasn’t as good as normal either.

We had booked a table at the Beehive in Epping Green Hertford to follow a planned walk in the area. The restaurant is bright and modern with the interior somewhat contrasting to the exterior appearance of a traditional country pub but beautifully done all the same. The food was delicious and every plate looked gorgeous as it arrived at the table. The staff were friendly and accommodating and helpful.

We found this pub by chance. It was a really great experience. The food and service were excellent. Tables were well spaced and windows open to keep customers as safe as possible.

We have been a regular for over 20 years. The food has always been consistently amazing and plenty of them unlike other pubs/restaurants where the price you pay never match the quantity and quality you get in the food. The Beehive has excelled further since their refurbishment, with spacious environments, indoor and outdoor, with friendly staff and high quality tasty food of generous portions, simply fantastic!

We sat outside in good sunshine on very comfortable cane chairs. Our order of brie and Mediterranean panini was served in good time. The sweet potato chips were exceptional. Super hot and crisp and dry.The only downside was the drains, or the cesspit needs seeing to. Fortunately, we were far enough away from the smell, but as you approach the front door it is almost overwhelming.

Went as an anniversary celebration. The food was certainly good and the service, apart from one glitch was excellent. The glitch was when we ordered an Irish Coffee and this took over 20 minutes to arrive. Will certainly not be put off and may well return.A well balanced and varied menu - mainly British with a couple of Eastern dishes.

We arrived before they open at 12:00 so that we could eat early. We needed to move on after lunch and wanted time to enjoy it. We hadn't visited The Beehive for a while and were pleased that it is as good as ever. We usually have fish here and it has a reputation locally for serving good fish dishes. We chose to eat a two course meal with starters of whitebait and crayfish and mains of hake and chicken. Washed down with cider. It was a frosty day and the heating did not seem up to the job, so the dining area was a bit chilly. Perhaps if we arrived later it would have warmed up.

We haven’t been here for a while but my partner chose this for our 4th anniversary meal. We arrived early and agreed to have a drink before ordering. As expected post New Years and lots of people doing dry January it wasn’t busy.We ordered our food and it was absolutely lovely, great choices from the specials and the main menu. We hope our photos do the food justice to a great local pub for us a

This time to The Beehive across the fields paths and lanes from Hertford - an excellent good value set three course lunch for all 4 of us... Beautiful day - got sun so we were able to sit outside and enjoy it... Another one for our list to return too...

What a great small country pub. Very welcoming and traditional. As a vegetarian there weren’t many choices of main courses but the three there were looked amazing. I had the gluten free pie and it was absolutely delicious. If there were more options I’d be back more often.

6 of us ladies of leisure had breakfast in here this morning. Have been here a few times and they never disappoint. Food and service is consistently good. Run by a lovely friendly family. We all opted for omelettes ( different fillings) and they were perfect. Good coffee as well. Will be making this a more regular haunt . Can’t recommend enough

Delicious and freshly made fish and chips right in front of you. The prices are great and the staff are really nice! Highly recommend Dali’s.

Whenever we go, this place is always busy no matter what day or time. This is simply because of the quality of the service and products. today, we had a sandwich. Mine, chicken salad with onion marmalade was simply delicious (who would think of marmalade in a chicken salad sandwich)? The other sandwich was prawn salad which I'm told was also delicious. Both sandwiches were at least an inch thick and no, that was not mostly salad, but chicken and prawn. My cappuccino was simply lovely. Add to this the staff are always friendly and accommodating, what else can anyone want?
