The Beeches cafe is a lovely well laid out cafe, with comfortable seating/sofa area, has a well kitted out childrens area and a huge garden area. The owner Claire is a lovely ladies who bakes fresh cakes every day, cooks fab breakfasts and has a wide range of food/drink options available. Id highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a cuppa and cake! Especially if you have children... Its very child friendly with gates to keep your little ones safe! Its weekly treat for me and my little one!

Came with my friend and our two year olds. We had two teas, some quavers and chocolate rice cakes- came to under £4. The children played the whole time with the indoor toys and then we took them to the adjoining park out the back. Very handy to have so close to our new house and we will be visiting frequently!

This place is a real hidden gem in the area. Based inside the Beeches Community Centre, primarily aimed at providing meeting place for the military and military spouses, it is a completely family friendly café with things inside and out for the children. The food is all fresh, made to order. The breakfasts are amazing and can be customised to suit. The cakes made by the owner are phenomenal and so so tasty.

The cafe is hidden away in the The Beeches Community Centre, which although behind wire and run by the Army is totally open to everyone. A child friendly and comfortable cafe/restaurant. Ideal for meeting friends or even business meetings. The food is really cheap and tasty, all freshly prepared by the friendly staff and the cakes are AMAZING! There is a big outdoor play area for children which is totally safe and enclosed. Toys and books available at the far end of the carpeted area to keep little ones amused. Choice of comfy seats for hot drinks and cakes or chair and table seating if you fancy one of the cooked breakfasts or lunch options. What a find, I live only about 8 miles away and I will be coming back regularly with my friends for tea and cake or for lunch!

Went in yesterday to be greeted so warmly and made to feel at home. I had a flat white coffee which was freshly made and really tasty. I also noted a beautiful smell which was essential oils and that got me asking more. I went out sniffing my arm then returned for another cup and to buy one or two oils. Unfortunately my husband came to pick me up from the car park and so I left without but took 2nd cup as a takeaway. I Don't suppose I will be passing any time soon . But if I did it would definitely be my coffee stop. I learned alot in a few minutes about these oils but I also felt so welcome and so relaxed during my visit. Thank you both such lovely people

Wendy's is such a delightful place! We parked in the car park and met old friends for coffee here. A delightful walk along the canal to Little Bedwyn, round through Chisbury, and back to Wendy's for a delicious lunch. The menu is extensive, the food's delicious, and the staff very friendly and welcoming despite being so busy. We managed to resist Wendy's fresh-baked cakes, but they looked sublime. We couldn't have asked for more. Great Bedwyn is fortunate indeed!

The table we sat at was grubby. As I have cancer we always take disposable wipes to ensure hygiene. A necessary item as the table hadn’t had a good wipe all day. Probably for a goodly while given the state of the small round container that housed the sugar. I was tempted to give it a clean - but didn’t wish to pick it up. Our food order came promptly and was like any other relatively fast food. Acceptable. The staff were friendly and polite and the apple juice very good. The cafe is obviously popular given that it was quite full - but Malmesbury itself has become over-touristy and is in dire need of a sweeping brush or ten. The price was acceptable for three people but next time we shall return to the Abbey cafe.
