Great little coffee shop - it's a perfect way to unwind especially after a visit to the Roman Baths. Reasonable prices given the city centre location. The flat white was nice and smooth, the English breakfast tea was nice a light, served from a tea pot. You can easily get two, possibly three servings out of it. Kids were happy with the hot chocolate. We had a crumble tart which tasted great although on the smaller side and a coconut tart as well - that was a bit too crumbly. It has a cute downstairs area along with a clean spacious bathroom.

Cosy with great coffee and service, seating outside, a small cosy area out the back with a few small tables and a sofa. Also has a basement/lower floor space. In a good location on kingsmead square, if you like people watching it would be a good spot for it if you sit outside!

Never had such a bad iced vanilla oat milk latte. Thought iced lattes are simply ice, milk, syrup (if desired), and espresso. But for some reason this milk was blended and tasted off. Just nope.

Cute place to put down sticks on a day out to Bath. Cosy for a group downstairs. Lovely coffee, ok for a snack.

I ordered an iced latte, and it tasted very good. I highly recommend it.

If you want average coffee, go here. I ordered an extra hot latte, and the barista said he wouldn’t make it extra hot. I asked why, since I’m the customer and the one requesting it, and heist his mind and told me to get out. Gladly…the lukewarm coffee is inferior.

Such lovely and wide variety of coffee and treats. Really friendly and welcoming barista, who served us very quickly and brought our drinks to our seats outside, which is another lovely perk of this coffee shop!

Dirty chai was delicious. Cappuccino was proper, also had nice latte art and cocoa dusting.

Lovely coffee & reasonably priced

My go-to coffee shop for sitting in and doing a little work. Coffee is great and have a nice selection of food and cakes. Staff always happy to help and really friendly.

Lovely small Coffee House, serving delicious coffee at a great price. A much more personal experience compared to other coffee shops. Super friendly staff who are efficient and helpful. You can either sit inside or people watch on Kingsmead Square which is a lively place in itself. Bonus card available to build up to a free coffee. Just great

Beautiful little café; perfect pit stop on an otherwise bustling road. Their blueberry muffins are a must-try. Good range of drinks for those who don't drink coffee too.

Popped in here for a cuppa & cake. Wouldn't say the cake was that fresh? Not very disabled ♿ friendly, had to go down a flight of stairs for the toilet & then had to get myself back up.

Well-priced cute little coffee shop that also serves bagels- Smoked Salmon Bagel was good though would have been 5/5 if it had been served with a little bit of rocket/chives etc - costs very little but just takes it up a notch in my opinion. Super coffee and very friendly staff- can recommend!!

Lovely friendly welcoming and service. Very tiny - not the place for talking about your personal hygiene issues or the couple next door due to the close proximity of the seating. Very tasty cake and coffee. 😋 Well worth a visit!

Best coffee we have had since leaving Australia for UK and Europe. The muffin was lovely too . Hopefully have time to come back and get another before leaving Bath .

Fantastic caramel shortbread. Thick base of shortbread, and a generous layer of caramel, just as I like it. Nice and relaxing place to enjoy a drink and pastry.

Stumbled across during our visit to Bath, the coffee was that good my dad ordered a second flat white while sat outside - would recommend!

Lovely little find, tucked away in one of Bath's many high streets. Fortunately, this doesn't close at 3:30 as nearly every other place seemed to! (It's open until 6pm). Good choice of drinks (four different non dairy milks as well as regular) and a good range of snacks/cakes. There's a really cosy spot downstairs with sofas which you can sit in if it's free - really lovely, and full of books! What more can you ask for?

Had a light breakfast here. Croissant with cheese and ham (they do bagel specials with various fillings) and toasted tea cake. Sat outside with view the square. Good service and excellent coffee.

Lovely little coffee shop with a great selection of cookies and pastries. The barista was super friendly. The cookies looked delicious and super fresh so we had to try the rainbow chocolate cookie. It crumbled in our hands so you knew it was just made and it was delicious.

Amazing coffee and delicious cakes... decided to sit inside and fell in love with the feeling of being invited into someones living room...we sat downstairs and read a book for an hour...after a busy morning of walking around bath was just what was needed... friendly staff and positive vibes. Honestly, kind of weird. The barista told me to go elsewhere for what I wanted (even though they had exactly what I wanted) and was really reluctant to serve me. The male barista talked over his female colleague. Then the coffees tasted really bad, very bitter and acidic. Just a weird vibe.

One of the best coffee that can be found in Bath.

Lacking basic HYGIENE practices. Just ordered a flat white in the place, guy (probably the owner given his age in comparison to other staff) wipes his face with his hand, then fingers straight inside the cup. I may not be a genius barista, but pretty sure you can pick a paper cup up without putting your fingers inside it. Basic hand hygiene is 101 for a starter in Ihe industry. Shows complete disregard for customers. Flat white went in the bin £3 went on his pocket.

The Bath Coffee Company is one of the best places we've had coffee. The staff are so friendly, very passionate about their coffee and make your coffee experience memorable. They rival any other coffee company in Bath. Thanks guts for our daily Java.

I had a surprisingly rude encounter there this morning. They were apparently trying to close (at 10 in the morning on a bank holiday) but left the door wide open and switched a tiny sign in the glass of the open door to "Closed"... and got irritated with those walking in to order coffee because they hadn't seen their little sign in their open door. I politely asked about why they seemed so irritated and were being so rude. No apology - they just doubled down. I got better coffee with a friendly smile up the road instead! I won't be back.

Some of the best coffee I’ve had in a very welcoming environment. The owner was really friendly and the location was a plus.

This cafe won an award for its coffee in 2018, and I can taste why. I had an iced latte, as it was a warm day. It was deliciously smooth. I also enjoyed a granola and cranberry cookie. Incredibly tasty. Service was friendly and swift.

Probably the best coffee ever. The flat white here is amazing. A must try. It is slightly expensive but worth it. You will leave with a smile on your face. The bagels are delicious too. Very friendly staff. Nice seating space outside. All in all, lovely little coffee shop. Will definitely drop by if I visit Bath again.

Best cup of tea! We were there on a Saturday morning and enjoyed sitting in the morning sun watching the farmer’s market in the square. Great service as well!

A gem of a find on a trip to Bath. Lovely strong coffee and delicious hot chocolate. Scrumptious bagels and really fantastic service from the folk behind the bar.

Owner is always really obliging and the other staff are always friendly. Cosy and do good quality range of teas, including herbal, and dairy-free milk, eg coconut. They bring the drinks etc over. Cosy and in a great location.

Coffee was good. The second best one in Bath we had. The best was at the landrace bakery. This one was more on the dark roast side. Cake - the red velvet we had - was not great. Service is friendly but can improve. The girl that served drinks forgot a couple of orders. Decor reminded me of a comfy Uni friend house no fuss and cozy. Price are great for the quality of the coffee and the location
