Great atmosphere, lovely food and friendly staff. Had the breakfast buffet and it's amazing for the price and looked fresh.

Burgers and pizza delicious as always. The burger deal is always a winner on a Monday and the pizza deal on Tuesday. A nice family affordable meal out. Very friendly staff. Our server Chloe took good care of our table and was very polite throughout. Carvery was not as good as previous times however still a nice meal.

The place is somewhat weathered with no frills. The quality of the meats at the carvery superb. The roast potatoes were dry but there was a good selection. I would consider dining here at lunchtime again.

Review: I went to the Barnbow Leeds with my friends last week and it was a nightmare. We ordered three pizzas at the same time, but only one came out after 45 minutes. We asked the waitress where the other pizzas were and she said they would be ready in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, we asked to speak to the manager, who told us that the pizzas were not in the oven and they had lost the tickets. She refused to give us a refund and said she would remake the pizzas. Another 20 minutes later, the pizzas came out burnt to a crisp. The crust was hard, the cheese was black, and the toppings were charred. We asked for a full refund, but the manager and the pizza chef were very rude and hostile. They said we were lying and that the pizzas were fine. The pizza chef claimed he had worked at the busiest pizza shop in Leeds, but he couldn't even make three simple pizzas. He looked like he was going to have a breakdown and began shaking when we pointed out that the pizza was burnt and there was no stuffed crust, very incompetent and I can see why he was probably fired from his last job. They refused to give us a refund and banned us from the store for complaining. We were shocked and appalled by their behaviour and their lack of customer service. We have escalated this to the head office and we hope they will take action against them. This was the worst pizza experience ever and we will never go back to the Barnbow Leeds. Avoid this place at all costs.
