I would just like to say me and my friend came to the bank for the bottomless brunch and it was amazing. The cocktails were beautifully made. The lady that served us was very Nice and polite and we wasn’t left without a drink on the table great service thank you Grace for serving us we will be back

A lot of pubs could be educated on how to run a pub if they come in here. The food is interesting and tasty also good pints. I’ll be back.

Awesome atmosphere on matchdays. Food was great and drinks kept flowing. Service was also superb and staff were friendly. Neat washrooms and tidy place overall.

The meals are always good. The staff are Brilliant. They do 2 steaks and a bottle of wine on a Friday night for £25. On a sizzling skillet.

I came up this afternoon for little Friday lunch treat and a treat it was. We were served by a very friendly gentleman, who was more than happy to help and provide genuine recommendations, even to a vegetarian! The lovely gentleman's recommendation of the garlic dip truly elevated the pizza to a whole new level of deliciousness. It's those little gestures that make dining out so enjoyable.

Bottomless brunch is incredible would definitely recommended, service was perfect jack didn’t miss a beat with keeping the drinks coming. The food complemented the cocktails as the pizza was cooked to perfection. Would recommend for anyone from lads groups to corporate events .

We had such a great bottomless brunch, the service was fab with Phoebe and Jack, very postive great with cocktails and there cocktails were a very fast service and had 9 in two hours with food, definitely got the value for money thanknyoly Joseph and jack

Bit noisy for me, food ok however nowt special..

Once again this place stands out as the best venue in Rugby for live sports. The screens are state of the art. Service is outstanding. We watched all the England games here and it was packed but a brilliant atmosphere. The team here make it fantastic every time .

We booked a table for 3 for lunch. We were warmly welcomed by a man who was in charge and was expecting us. He had arranged a table away from the big TV Scenes. This is a super TV sport bar. It’s very spacious with a larger central island bar which creates a good ambiance. It’s all prefect for its prime function especially as it’s sited in the centre of town. However, for us at lunch it was perfect and met all of our needs and wasn’t too noisy or too busy. The food service staff were all well trained with good hospitality skills, attentive and clearly thinking about what the customer might need. The food was well presented on warmed plates and huge portions. The first course of chicken wings and savoury balls were delightful. Our main courses were similar, huge portions and very tasty if a little over cooked. We were delighted with the attention we received from various staff ensuring we were well looked after. Thank you.

Popped into the bank with some friends for lunch, we were welcomed immediately by the friendly team who could not have been more attentive. We ordered the bank statement burger and some pizzas and everything was absolutely delicious. It was fresh and hot and nothing seemed too much trouble for the team. The secret garden was a treasure find with TVs outside to watch the sport on. The whole place was spotless I cannot find a bad word to say will definitely be returning!

We came in today and it was perfect. Looked after from the second we came in. Food was brilliant, the burgers are amazing and big . Such a friendly place and wow , how many TV screens? I highly recommend this place.

Take heed!: if you are a large party, BE AWARE they dont have enough "pans for fajitas" lol. Had higher hopes for this place but unfortunately I can't get over the fact that I had to wait an hour for food last night. The reason is they'd "ran out of plates". When I questioned that they knew how many of us were going (booking for about 25 ppl) he said "well we've ran out of pans for cooking actually". The infuriating thing is that staff were literally hiding in the kitchen not giving us an update (or hand washing pans, I dont know) which is so rude imo. Just left 7 of us there for 1 hour without any food whilst rest of our party had finished. Not even offered a drink for the inconvenience? No. Course not. Plenty of other places to go...

I highly recommend this business ! The customer service is second to none.We had chosen a hot chocolate this time but sometimes we do go for a different beverages such as Hawk-stone but there’s a variety of selection and the quality is consistently outstanding each time we visit ! Go and give it a visit it’s awesome 😎

Came in last nite for a bottomless brunch with a friend who is slightly disabled and was asked when he went to the toilet if he was ok to drink and if he was on medication asking me and not him completely disgusted by your manager asking this and completely ruined my nite uneasy all night as felt like she was lookin over at us all night never go in there again

We came here for a birthday meal and the staff were incredible And the food was very nice. We have some fussy eaters in our group and they catered to us. We appreciate it Thank you for a good night :)

Ok a bit dated. Edit: Review this very outdated review. Came in tonight to try again. Had a bit of a spruce up since last visit and had a meal which was excellent. Great value and plenty of choice.

Wonderful service, friendly staff that all seem genuinely happy to be there, lovley food great friendly atmosphere and a wonderful hidden suntrap garden, highly recommended this place

Love everything about this place. The mixed age range is unusual and everyone, young and old, feel comfortable and have a great time. Love the football showings as being a southerner, we struggle to find pubs in Rugby that show the matches. Staff are always fab and you get served very quickly 😀

This place is amazing. This evening they put a beautiful buffet for my sister in laws 80th birthday. The staff were brilliant, helpful and super. The buffet that was laid on was perfect. Extremely lovely, very fresh, great variety. All tasted just wonderful. Every one was so happy about it. I would certainly recommend your place. Mrs Janet Fellows and family.

Upon arrival we were immediately hit with a warm welcome and a great atmosphere. Although busy for the rugby we weren’t left waiting, they were speedy at the bar and the food came out within 30 minutes of ordering. Really enjoyed the time we spent there and we can’t wait to go back.

Avoid, reserved a table 2 months in advance, reservation lost- no table on arrival. Offered x2 seperate tables (not ideal for party of 11) Waited to be seated. Half the table served and finished before the rest of the food came out. Woman manager constantly chomping at the bit looking for an argument. Kept coming back to the table to tell us its our fault the food has come out separately and that we couldn't prove we had booked a table and we are rude. I have since emailed them with a complaint and an email trail between myself and The Bank as proof of reservation. Must've heard I'm sorry you feel that way 20x (this is not an apology) celebration ruined by there inability to admit they were at fault and just leave us alone. Food average, not worth the agro

Good food, Draft ale selection not very good. But bottled selection makes up for it. Great for watching sports.

Went for a bottomless brunch today, food was great but service was EXCEPTIONAL. Craig made sure we had the best time and kept the drinks flowing perfectly. We didn’t even mind when the blue shirt lady kept asking us to tuck her chair in❤️❤️❤️

This place was a real surprise. We had the full English breakfast, usually a fairly standard meal but the quality of ingredients and the standard of cooking was really good. The guys behind the bar accommodated some special requests for one of us who is a vegetarian. The value for money was great and the visit to the Bank brightened up a wet and miserable January day

Booked a table for family to eat and then watch the Rugby World Cup Final. The staff where excellent, food was great. Amazing atmosphere and multiple screens (including a giant screen flanked by other large screens). Had a great night and can recommend the food / beers and atmosphere. Big thank you.

Quirky pub, ex cinema/ theatre so has a very spacious feel. Awesome bar and good beer selection, with large sports screens.

Went here today with some of the residents in the care home I work in the staff accomadated for the 8 wheelchairs we took by moving the tables around so the staff and residents could all sit together food was very good the staff were all very good would recommend going here 👍🏽

Rugby Care centre took their residents out for lunch and drinks their were 14 altogether 8 residents with wheelchairs 6 staff . the staff at the bank Pub went all out to arrange the tables so that the whole group could sit together and enjoy their lunch, they were so attentive ,kind and caring towards every one of us, nothing was too much trouble. The venue was absolutely beautiful. a big thankyou from the Manager of Rugby care centre for making my residents day so much fun, on the way home they want to revisit again. Well Done

Me and my brother have been here many times and we can’t even fault this place, the food is 5 stars, drinks are 5 stars, the staff ate everything brilliant, very friendly, very understanding too as my brother is Autistic, however this place is amazing, I can’t even fault anything here at all, I’d deffo recommend coming here!!

Can be a bit noisy so if you are wanting a quiet meal bear this in mind.

Good food & not overpriced. Lady who took my food order was very helpful when I asked if I could have onion instead of cucumber on the salad. Can be very noisy but when i went it was fairly quiet. Saturday evenings or when sports are being shown would be busy. Definitely worth a visit.

Stopped off for a coffee to step out of the rain. Nice open spacious bar, large screen TV's for sports all around . Friendly staff happy & relaxed to talk about their hours, sports specials, not rushed. Didn't eat but plenty of choices on the menu and reasonably priced, Pleasant break, would visit for weekend football as multi screens on Sat and Sunday games

Found The Bank whilst visiting Rugby for the very first time. 4 in our party. Good menu and choice of food and drinks. Staff were absolutely fabulous! Will definitely be our first choice when we visit Rugby again. Top marks and thank you!

Went on Saturday night, just found a table, due to a few parties on. Ordered Mix Grill for my Lad and Lamb Shank for me. Well the Lamb Shank was fantastic, meat fell off the bone, smash and vegetables were Great. Could not eat it all. Mix Grill, it was massive. My lad can eat for England, But he struggled to eat all the meat. he actually said it was the best Mixed Grill he has ever had. Service as great food fantastic. Will defiantly be returning.

I've been meaning to try some food here for a while.I first had a sirloin steak, which was fine.And in my recent visit decide on a burger.I'm not really a 'burger' person, but it was a good burger.It's certainly better than at a lot of places i can think of.The chef knows what he's doing.

Came for brunch with some of my teaching colleagues on Saturday. Absolutely brilliant. From initial enquiry to the final drink, staff were friendly, helpful and really attentive. Food was great and atmosphere was spot on even when the football started. Will be back.
