The pizza wasn’t as nice as it normally is and the chips are awful not worth the money at all seems like yous are damaging your reputation to maximise profit

Chicken tikka was pretty dry and paid £3.15 for warm bottle of coke, rest of order was ok

Had the chicken tikka naan babb. Ordered it with salad and it came with chips. Overall too just generally disappointing quality for something that costs £19.

Food was glorious as always. Arrived early which is always welcome!

Chips were missing but I just got a refund. Mistakes happen but the chicken tikka massalla pizza was divine. So so so good. Will order again.

Really poor quality and very late

Asked for half 8. Then rang up at 7.15 and asked to be delivered ASAP came at 9.00pm. Its came cold and chips stale. Sauce is missing. I'm not happy about this order.

Got a surprise the driver left me a pizza on the doorstep.. I said I’ve not even ordered anything…. He said just keep it pet, enjoy. …. Was the best takeaway we’ve had, was nicer coz it was for nout …. Yum :)

Poppadom were packed within the curry bag so arrived soft and went into the bin apart from food being warm it was ok

The food is really good. However….delivered or collected, I recommend you check everything because of later, something (or as tonight 3 major items) is missing. Frustrating as the food is spot on.

Food arrived in good time but was freezing cold. One of the orders was completely wrong and the kids curry and rice was just a watery mess hardly any curry sauce but loads of water maybe from rhe rice? Not worth the money wouldnt use again for a curry

Kebab was canny. The chips were a disgrace and the pizza and cheesy garlic bread were terrible. Never going back.

Ordered a smash burger with it being new to the menu and it did not disappoint. Really tasty and will definitely order again. However, there is an issue with the Just Eat menu where you have to select a chargeable extra to proceed. I selected extra smash sauce because it was the cheapest option. Need to add a ‘no extras’ option.

It is 00.20 a.m. food ordered over 3 hours ago… rang the takeaway up over an hour ago at 11.10 pm , who said it was with out the driver. No sign and they are no longer answering their phone. Last time I order from here after this.

I don’t know why I do not order from here, this is locally the best chicken kebab I’ve had in ages and the garlic sauce is unreal. Wow! It will be my go to in future, chicken was tender, marinated so well, tasty, juicy

Pot luck if you get all your order from this place, guaranteed there's something missing from your order everytime, plus they creep there prices up, dare say every month, only thing these is masters in is poor customer service, and tasteless cold food..... NEVER AGAIN!

Usally the parmos are nice but this one tasted like it had not been cooked properly

Amazing food as usual. They didn’t even laugh when I called them to say I was missing a Tikka Masala that it turns out I hadn’t actually ordered.

I order regular from here and always enjoy the same chicken tikka wrap.. changed it up tonight added cheese which came unmelted? Was just grated and falling out also ordered XL to share the meal this evening but came as standard size. Just a let down as one of our favourite take aways but the meal was not up to standard tonight. Never usually any issues unsure where the problem came from tonight but certainly wasn’t how we usually receive our food.

Normally enjoy from balti but was late and cold

Pizza topping and bases where wrong. No curry and rice that was ordered. This was delivered 30 minutes later. Cheese sticks burnt

The food prices have went up and the food quantity has went down ,howay baltis disappointing and so inconsistent. I used to live about 20 metres away from baltis when I was you it’s been running through my veins since I was about 6 and 15 years later it’s all went down hill. 3.20 for chips that are awful.

Was poorly off the food Al not be using again.

Pizza was not to a great standard, cheese on pizza was not mozzarella and the base seemed to be tomato purée rather than a pasata base, therefore concentrated and bitter.

Was brilliant scoffed the the kebab wrap and pizza stored in microwave till the morning 4 breakfast

I ordered jalfrezi it's was not a jalfrezi it was more like a Madras it was the wrong sauce again with the wrap and there was no cheese on it

Absolutely unreal best Indians I’ve had for a long time full of flavour and plenty meat. Was delivered quick aswel.

Not only was the pizza a pan pizza rather than a thin crust.. yet again the pizza base wasn’t cooked and gooey. This has happened too many times now. Offered a replacement but didn’t want to wait another 90 mins. Will not be ordering again.. no one wants to eat uncooked dough.

Taste wise ok poppadom very soggy due to be packed in bag with curry. Although food arrived early it was only Luke warm at best

Ordered delivery 3 hours before I wanted it delivered, as I was at work, with a specific time. And sure enough it WAS delivered exactly at the time I asked for. The food is fantastic and to die for. Excellent service. I would highly recommend BALTI MASTERS. ( Lamb Madras is outstanding).

Ordered food quite late then when it came kebab wrap was so cold I know I only ordered a small kebab wrap but was still rather small I thought normally order from here all the time too so was disappointed

Terrible customer service. Food so cold the brown bag around it disintegrated due to moisture. Refused replacement and asked for money back. Told me to take it to just eat. Who only gave partial refund for inedible food

My Pizza was delivered right on time. However, it was the wrong Pizza. I had to wait 35 minutes for my original pizza to be delivered, despite the original 65 minute wait. When I called the restaurant, the lady that answered my call was very professional, apologetic and helpful.

Delivery was faster than expected which is great but here’s my complaint. I ordered a masala sauce, it said small or add 50 pence for large. In my mind it’s a small or large tin carton right? So I paid £4 for masala sauce and it came in a garlic sauce tub. A garlic sauce tub. For £4 that is disgusting and the rest of my meal was pretty pointless because there wasn’t enough sauce to go over the meal!!! Always order large🫣

Our order was over 3 hours late after originally ordering. We rang up to chase the order prior to the 3 hours and were told it was with the driver. Eventually we were told there was an error and our order would be made fresh I’ve 3 hours after originally placing the order

Mixed kebab starter - everything is cold. Everything else is lovely but I don't expect my food to be cold, especially after collecting it

Delicious food, worth the wait

First time I’ve had a complaint from here. It’s my go to takeaway too. Firstly was 45 mins late after pre ordering earlier, then arrived cold. Once we warmed the curries up, they were great as usual. Cookie dough was cold and hard as must have been in the car for so long. Shame they tend to sacrifice quality for their own quantity.

Sadly the food was delivered lukewarm. Pizza and donner kebab arrived lukewarm and was cold in the few minutes it took to transfer the food to plates and start to eat. This is the first time we’ve been disappointed with the food from BM, didn’t bother ringing to cause a fuss…(it’s only lukewarm takeaway food…not the end of the world). Probably due to the current cold weather and I imagine the order had been in the drivers cold boot for too long, although we only live 1/3 of a mile from BM…maybe

Was early but had 3 chips in total and the bottom was like a swimming pool!! Very watery.. won't be ordering from there again

The pizza was dry couldn’t taste any garlic on it for being a Kiev the chicken bits where chewy wasn’t much cheese on it either base seemed stale crunchy onion normally not on a Kiev tiny bits of over cooked ham, chilli sauce normally so tasty but tonight it was so hot couldn’t taste the flavour for the heat of it base is very thin even tho I didn’t order thin base think it’s gone down hill this place now.

The Balti Masters have got a wide range in their menu especially for vegetarians. We got the 10’ BBQ Pizza 🍕. If you want to get any order from Balti’s, it’s best you order with the numbers available so you come pick up as their space can be chilly or smoky depending on the weather. Also payment is done via a link or cash as they are currently having issues with this card machine. The pizza is so good. Cheesy, yummy but the chicken should be more for some of us that love chicken. A 10’ 🍕 can serve two people well. They’re currently also running sweet deals @ Balti’s. Nice one Balti’s! 👍🏿

Every time I’ve ordered from here they always forget the garlic sauce! On two occasions now I’ve ordered 3 garlics and only received two even when I’ve wrote in the box they’ve ignored my instructions and just rushed the whole order out!

Delivery drive rang twice to say he was outside and he was not 23 mins later he rang again to say he was outside he was this time but the food was cold as he must of walked to my address with the food when I asked him where he has being he said he other drops first but still don’t know how he can ring and he was outside my house and tell me he was when I was at my door and then tell me my address was wrong

Food came 3 hours after originally ordering, no apology from delivery driver, when enquiring the lady on the phone was nice enough, but the attitude from her co workers in the background has put me off ever coming here again, made us feel more like a hindrance and not valued customers.
