Beauityful pub! Very friendly and great atmosphere very old school huge outdoor beer garden back garden and front garden and the food it's great aswell. Kid friendly have board games available and outside games love it here

As a regular patron of Arnos Arms, I felt compelled to share my recent experience. On the 26th of March, I encountered a situation that showcased the outstanding dedication of one of your staff members, Beth. Upon visiting the pub with a friend, we unfortunately discovered a distressing scene in the ladies' toilet. Without hesitation, we alerted the bar staff, and Beth promptly responded. Her immediate action and unwavering commitment to service were truly commendable. Beth took charge and efficiently cleaned the entire toilet, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all patrons. What struck me the most was Beth's professionalism and warm demeanor throughout the ordeal. Despite the challenging task at hand, she remained composed, welcoming, and always wore a smile. Her dedication to maintaining the pub's standards and ensuring customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Beth's exemplary service deserves recognition, and I felt compelled to highlight her contributions. Her commitment to her job and the well-being of customers like myself is truly commendable. I want to express my gratitude for her exceptional efforts and professionalism. Thank you, Beth, for going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for patrons like myself. Beer and snacks are nice, popcorn is a bonus.

Felt like I needed a change from my local old mans pub down the road and the Arnos endup being exactly what I was looking for. Good food, good beer, pub looks modern, free pop corn and shows the sport. Also pretty cool that they've got the train times on display at the bar for Arnos Grove Station up the road.

We called late for a table of seven and were accommodation. When my food arrived it was initially a disaster. When I alerted the waiter, the food was returned and a new meal was sorted right away and was perfect. It was our fist visit there abd will definitely be going here again! The staff were all friendly and welcoming without being overbearing. We had the wonderful Anthony bytheway as our waiter. Thank you for making the evening very enjoyable. The atmosphere and rustic pub style with leather booth was lovely also.

Update: The management team has contacted me with next steps and have immediately taken precautionary actions. I’m confident they are doing their best to investigate any concerns by clients. I'm very impressed, feel very reassured and lucky to have such a great place as our local pub! Arnos Arms is one of our local pubs and we’ve been regulars there for the past 4 years. During busy periods in our jobs we were there for dinner almost daily. Sometimes there have been mistakes with orders but the staff have always been helpful, kind and apologetic. The menu doesn’t change that much - seasonally, but still we’ve eagerly tried most dishes. My favourites have always been the pies and the burgers! Looking forward to many more joyful meals at the Arnos Arms!! :)

Hadn’t been in a while but it seems the standards have massively slipped since last year. No longer welcoming, long waits and the new manager doesn’t seem to have a pleasant disposition. Shame. However, food is still excellent.

After a shaky start post-refurb, it has survived lockdown and now become a solid local. For an area pretty thin on the ground for pubs, this places puts on a pretty good show

No mashed potato with the pie of the day (had to have chips) and the pie was like a dry overcooked puck which would have been better used in an ice hockey match. Over priced and very poor quality. Very friendly staff apart from this.

The place was nice staff friendly and that if you wanted a drink you have to use a card where I didn't want to and that I wanted use cash and that drinks are expensive and for a bottle coke it is £3.60p, they see you coming.

This used to be the best pub in the area and I had it rated at 5* since 2021. Under Jade and then Sam as managers it's standards had increased continuously over 3 years. In the past few months since it's been under new management there is huge staff turnover, it's no longer clean or welcoming and the food standards have plummeted. I can only attribute this to the new manager who at best is distant and at worst surly and does not seem to enjoy the hospitality industry at all. Service is slow due to new staff being trained seemingly every week. I'd no longer recommend and I'm genuinely sad about this

It was nice food but not too happy with management didn't seem very friendly...the guy that served us...Josh,he was very polite!

Came here for my work Christmas party. If you’d rather have two courses instead of three, maybe avoid dessert. My main, the beef cheek, was tender and flavourful, but the Yule log was disappointing. If you have to chew on cake, that’s not a good sign. Comments from other people in my group confirmed that dessert missed the mark. I’d also like to point out that our table sloped at the edges, so if you didn’t put your drink close to the centre, it would just slide right off. Luckily no broken glass, but my coat did take one for the team.

I've been here for drinks before and really enjoyed it, especially the beer garden in the summer. We visited for a Sunday roast and we were very disappointed. They were clearly very busy which meant we had to wait for almost 15minutes to be shown to our table. The food took ages to come and when it did, it was luke warm at best. The beef was quite tough and generally all food was disappointing. It may be that we were unlucky with it being so busy close to Christmas.

Another enjoyable afternoon and lunch at the Arnos Arms. Everyone I take there, likes it. The menu is regularly refreshed, with some classics always retained. The food today was very good, as usual. A great range of beers and a bar billiards table. What's not to like?

I came here for a thanksgiving meal with my family, fantastic food, service and atmosphere. There was also live music playing here. The atmosphere felt both British and American. We also only had to wait for around 10 minutes as well! 4 stars and not 5 is because it's a bit loud and could be a bit more clean. Great experience! Highly recommended!

Visited at lunchtime, with an older relative having a rare trip out. Food and drink good, but my special mention is for our server who was patient, thoughtful, and provided exemplary service.

Just a really good pub, particularly for this part of the world. There’s always been plenty of craft or standard keg beers on and some ales to boot. You can’t knock a pub with a pinball machine or billiards table either and access to the Underground and a few bus routes can’t be sniffed at. The pub is vast and there are plenty of seats outside for a nicer day. Staff very friendly behind the bar too. Only niggles are prices are a bit high for the part of the world and they don’t take cash. There should always be a choice rather than pandering to the banks. Other than that it ticks most of the boxes.

I haven't been to this little place in a long time, but definitely food has got so much tastier, and the portion very generous. My friend had roast beef medium rare nice and tender, delicious roast crispy potatos and big Yorkshire puddings. For any pork eater i recommend the roast pork belly, amazing 10 out of 10. 🙌 the gravity was something else, cannot get any better!!!

Incredible atmosphere!!! We went to get lunch last Saturday and we sitting down and watching some football and we order Delicious burger!! TASTY and fresh, Food is 10/10. We really Enjoy.... Great place, people doing a private party , couple drinking coctels and group of youngest lads enjoyed and laughed. That is what I call quality time!!! Highly recommended...

A really nice pub with an outdoor area. Haven't tried any of the food but was really disappointed with the beer prices. I paid £6.50 for a pint of Heineken. I do appreciate that we have had high inflation in the past couple of years but this is Arnos Grove - not Camden nor Shoreditch.

Been here many times. It's a family and doggo friendly place with very good gastro food and live sports. There's a big beer garden and good connections with the tube station just minutes away.

Food very average but high prices plus 10 service charge. Never again.

Yo vivo a tan solo 2 minutos de distancia de los brazos de Arnos (lo sé, suerte, ¿verdad? ). Estoy tan feliz de lo que he hecho fuera de la anterior, donde nunca la cosechadora tenía un pie en, para ser sincero. Ahora bien, es completamente cambiado, y está tan bien hecho! El diseño interior es muy moderno, acogedor y luminoso. Me encantan las mesas, sillas, iluminación, decoración y cómo está dividido en diferentes áreas (bar/restaurante/de alquiler), etc. Realmente fabuloso. Lo he notado con cada visita, y he estado un par de veces - es que el personal es muy amable y atento. Es raro encontrar esto en Londres a veces. También tienen una gran variedad de comida (de hecho puedes comer allí por cada hora del día: desayuno, brunch, almuerzo, etc. Artesanía) y bebidas (cerveza, etc) - y la comida está por encima de la estándar de un típico pub, muy sabrosos. También tienen algunos eventos cool/ofrece, tales como concurso en lunes, miércoles, pollo asado en carretilla en cerveza artesanías Viernes, 2 - 4 - 1 asado los domingos, etc. Como vivo cerca, ahora es mi lugar de ir por un trago rápido, desayuno con amigos, etc. Sin duda convertirse en un regular! <3 SIGAN EL BUEN TRABAJO! Este se ha convertido en un lugar tan fantástico!

We visited on Sunday 22 October about 5pm. We booked the table in advance as believe this place is becoming very popular. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a family meal. The staff who greeted us were welcoming and efficient. Tom, our server, was delightful. When taking our order for food and drinks, he was attentive and informative. We asked him about wine choices, and he was keen to make recommendations which proved to be spot on! The food was served quickly and was piping hot and delicious, with really good sized portions. The deserts were lovely. A little more choice of deserts would be my only recommendation but we all found something we enjoyed. As a family we eat out often and our ages range from 13 to 83. We often choose to eat in familiar chain restaurants for their reliability - where we know more or less what to expect. I am so glad we chose the Arnos Arms on this occasion. It was a refreshing change to eat in an independently owned pub where the food was restaurant standard and the service outstanding. We can't wait for our next visit. Highly recommeded by all of us from ages 13 to 83 inclusive!

Llegué el domingo 22. 10. 2017 sobre 19:00. Que esperamos y esperamos y esperamos hasta después de 10 minutos una camarera dijo puedo ayudarte. Entonces me fui.Servicio de atención al cliente pobre, sin habilidades, no era algo más, incluso nos ofrecieron el personal del bar y entré.Volvería, no, lo recomendaría no.Parecen brillante y nuevo, pero sólo 1 estrellas

Good value Sunday roast, great selection of beer and very pleasant staff. Love the decor, and the nice touch of having board games available incase of boredom ;-) A vast improvement on the H****ster that was here before, this place has been transformed into a decent pub, with a good kitchen as well. Will definitely be back!

They fancy themselves as a gastro pub but they have no idea about gastro. Service and presentation were just awful. Chips were overcooked and fish was chewy. It is better as a pub. Good selection of beer.

Pub is very nicely decorated with a reasonable range of beers. While I wouldn't go as far as Clydes review below saying the food is crap, I would agree with the overpriced comments. I went on Rotisserie night. Having checked, it is advertised as a whole chicken for £10. So I ordered that together with a bowl of chips. So what did I get for my hard earned cash.... Half of a very small chicken and a similarly small bowl of chips. Bring back the Harvester I say, you get far more there (or at Nandos) for your money and the chicken has more flavour to.

A friend and I tried this venue which was once 'The Harvester' in arnos groves. The have renovated the entire place and turned it into a fantastic venue. Bar/Diner. The layout is very modern and set to suite different atmosphere. You have your romantic corners, your high tables for crowd meetings, you large round high seating areas for families. The staff are very Jolly and enthusiastic. The service is good. Will definitely go back.

We had the Sunday roast. Beautiful roast beef (medium, sadly, not rare) with gorgeous Yorkshire puddings. Loved the trimmings. The sticky toffee pudding was to die for!

One of the only Pubs in Barnet that allows family to dine & drink without any problems, though keep the alcohol restrictions in mind for 18+ or 21+ but had a great time with family as we enjoyed sitting on the outside with the best of drinks & food.

Este lugar ha resucitado de las cenizas de una cosechadora oscura, desagradable, pasadas de moda y qué mejora. Muy bonito pero no gastro pub (pretencioso) interior. Muy grande. Zona exterior donde nos sentamos, no exactamente pintoresco que daba a una calle concurrida, pero eso no es su culpa y fue lo suficientemente agradable en una noche caliente de verano. Una buena lista de vinos y menú de muy buena, con mucha variedad, a un precio razonable. Teníamos el salmón y una lubina con patatas y sirve un lado de verdes y col. Las porciones no era enorme, pero suficiente. Muy sabrosa. A menos de 30 libras sin bebidas. El personal es encantador. Vale la pena una visita.

El personal es muy educado. Nos tomamos unas copas en el bar, que era muy agradable y frío. Más tarde tuvimos un almuerzo, me encontré un pelo en mi comida que nos dijo el camarero inmediatamente. Se disculpó cortésmente, me trae una nueva comida y tomó mi almuerzo de la factura (que no he pedido).Recomiendo este restaurante, la comida era increíble.

Bien, por supuesto que este solía ser una cadena, sólo noté que nuevas señales y nuevo aspecto significa no ya esa cadena. Así permite probarlo. El personal es agradable, interesante, agradable entorno comida también. Me preguntó qué cadena es este, al parecer, ahora interdependently propiedad y operado. Ya no una cosechadora, el nuevo Arnos de armas es una mejora considerable respecto de cualquiera de sus encarnación desde 1975 cuando visité por primera vez. Ale está en Londres, con orgullo y dos Fullers clientes - sólo una en mi visita, un muy agradable pinta de Pure pureza FRANCIA. Artesanía de cerveza también con tres Camden Cervecería cerveza de barril. La decoración es menos pubby que en el pasado, más que local boozer Carvery Roast" y sin duda más adecuado para comidas de noche en la cerveza, pero es una buena limpia abierto y acogedor. El menú tiene todos los favoritos moderno pub, que ha probado con un tamaño hamburguesa y no me decepcionó. Buena relación calidad-precio por £10, un almuerzo. Noches de concurso el lunes, noche de asadores el miércoles. En esta muestra, sin duda volveremos.

Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar y estamos planeando hacer otra visita el próximo fin de semana.

En la calle 1 de agosto mi familia y yo fuimos a los brazos Arnos nos enteramos de que ha sido tomada hace más de un mes, el menú tenía una gran variedad de comida para todo el mundo.Fuimos recibidos por la camarera era muy servicial y amable.La comida era fresco y estaba delicioso, incluso se ocuparon para mi madre como ella no come una buena oferta estaba contenta con lo que conseguimos.Los pudines era encantador, pero el budín de la tarta pegajoso y podría ser un poco más pequeña y se sirve con nata o helado con algunas bayas.En general, la comida y el servicio y todo el personal fue excelente. Vale la pena una visita sin duda alguna volveremos a probar otras cosas en el menú.

Cuatro de nosotros fuimos esta semana. Sabíamos que ya no era una cosechadora, pero estaban dispuestos a probarlo. Encontramos el primer plato muy caro para lo que era servido, ya que las porciones eran pequeñas. Cóctel de cangrejo era 8 libras y tenía una cantidad diminuta de cangrejo. Los platos principales fueron también decepcionante. El pato en mi ensalada hermanas era dura, y mi pato ragu podría haber tenido un poco más de condimento. Tuvimos que esperar un largo tiempo para pedir postres y para conseguir la factura. El servicio no era demasiado amable. Cuando la factura habían añadido una "gratificación discrecional" de £11. 66 que nos sentimos insatisfechos de pagar como la comida era decepcionante. Cuando pagamos la factura sin la propina a la camarera nos llamaron y nos dijo que habíamos mal pagados la factura, y sólo cuando desistió señaló que era "discrecional". No volveremos.

Estos eran sólidas, no crujientes o esponjosas por dentro, encontré similar a lo que encontrará en una Toby's.El resto estaba bien, mucho de verduras, pero le faltaba profundidad y sabor de la salsa. Corte de carne nos sentimos un poco pequeño dado el precio.Comida para niños no fue mala, salchichas con puré estaban bien, pero era bastante pequeña y para los peces goujons el bateador era muy suave y grasiento.Por alguna razón que no hacen los niños bebidas, un zumo de manzana era grande y relativamente caro. Este restaurante cerró el día después de mi visita. Me encantó la comida, el servicio era un + como de costumbre, estaba limpia y era un lugar precioso para comer. Tuvimos algunos problemas con la bebida, pero nuestras comidas eran msachine de primera clase así que gracias:).

Mi pareja y yo disfrutamos de un delicioso almuerzo de costillas y patatas fritas con un vaso de vino tinto, y llamadas ensalada del bar de ensaladas. Las costillas estaban tiernas y caer del hueso. La ensalada estaba bien abastecido con un montón de ensaladas y aderezos de recién hecho. Nos saludaron inmediatamente cuando entramos en, una camarera amable que nos sirve en nuestra mesa para la duración de nuestro almuerzo. No estaba muy concurrido a la hora del almuerzo un jueves, cuando nos fuimos. Utilizamos un groupon, que fue 20 libras total, y por supuesto nos complace dejar un generoso servicio. Recomendaríamos este lugar, especialmente para un almuerzo.

El personal es muy amable. La comida está bien presentado y sabroso. Yo tenía un estante lleno de costillas patatas fritas de camote con salsa de jd en el lateral. Mi comida también venía con una ensalada gratis. Yo estaba lleno al tiempo que el restaurante a la izquierda. Yo esperaba gastar más de £20 en mí y terminamos gastando menos. Buena relación calidad-precio!!!

Buscando un buen restaurante para ir? Brazo bien Arnos es el lugar, a menos de 100 m del metro de Arnos Grove, obtendrá un restaurante muy amable; la comida es fantástica y el servicio es excelente! El precio es razonable para la porción servida. Sin duda volveremos!

Fuimos a cenar con la esperanza de pasar una agradable comida con mi pareja, pero la experiencia en general fue mediocre. El Chef no podía cocinar una simple bistec raras, y después de 2 intentos, la carne estaba cruda y fría. El gerente insistió el chef tenía más de 12 años de experiencia, y sería imposible para el chef falla. Me mantuve mi guay, comprar y entonces nos dimos cuenta de que debería haber ido a un restaurante apropiado para tener una buena comida.

Ero già stato in questo ristorante qualche anno fa e mi ricordo che mangiai benissimo.Questo mese ci sono ritornato e devo dire che non sono rimasto soddisfatto come quella volta.Il nuovo menù non l'ho trovato a livello del precedente e le BBQ ribs che ordinato erano buone ma non eccezionali.Buone le classiche insalate e i contorni che si potevano trovare nel buffet e buona la Red Velvet. Devo però ammettere che per il prezzo pagato non ho mangiato come la mia prima volta lì.

Fuimos con los niños un fin de semana. El lugar está cansado y parece la última renovación fue en 1980. El personal es agradable. Salad Bar básico y aburrido. Pensamos que la comida de los niños más grandes en £5.99 con ninguna bebida o budines eran caros comparado con la competencia. Teniendo en cuenta que mis hijos tienen 8 apenas los llenó. Selección de cervezas pobre. En general me da la sensación de la cadena harvester han dado en esta rama. Si es así, ¿por qué no venden y espero que e independiente se convertirá en una alternativa mejor.

No han sido los brazos Arnos por un tiempo en hoy recuerdo porque el lugar parecía sucia desde el exterior y no mucho mejor cuando entras. Debo decir que no recibirá una bienvenida y una sonrisa cuando caminar en que dieron mis esperanzas un poco. Todo el mundo habla sobre la ensalada y lo fantástico que es. Si te gusta ido de pepino, cebolla rebanadas congeladas y sudoroso, iceberg marrón colslaw y extracto de casi demasiado gruesas y algunos procesados vestidor entonces te va a encantar. Nos pidieron unos tragos y conseguimos estas bastante rápido aunque debo decir que parece de hielo está en lugar racionamiento tan poco en el como bebidas. La camarera tomó nuestra orden en lo que parece un iphone tratando de encontrar los artículos fue doloroso ver y cuando la comida llegó un plato que faltaba la mayoría de que era seco y más frío cocinar o. Patatas fritas y crujientes tan caliente donde hay puntos y los niños disfrutaron de la comida. 4 adultos que compartir un postre que estaba bien y que no tienen otra camarera en este punto que era muy servicial y parecía saber lo que estaba haciendo, pero al menos ella sonrió y nos preguntó si necesitábamos más bebidas. El postre de los niños era bueno. Es una pena que este lugar podría ser mucho mejor en todos los aspectos de la apariencia de limpieza el servicio de bebidas y comida y al ser el único tipo de pub en la zona podría ser el centro para la comunidad.

He estado en este lugar una media de tres veces en los últimos 5 años cada vez que he sido ha sido terrible. Constantemente personal grosero que no importa nada. Los inodoros, ya que puedo ver por todas estas opiniones. Son fétido. Cada vez que me pareció que este tiempo debería ser mejor y siempre salir de allí decepcionado. Nunca nadie ve aquí y perder su dinero. Muchos sitios mejores para ir y tener una buena comida. Necesita deshacerse de todo el personal y personas que tienen algunas emplear habilidades sociales.

Went down to London to visit a family member on the way home we dropped in for a Harvester meal. the Pub was`nt busy at all we were seated and told the waitress will be along shortly 20 mins later someone came to take the order we gave the order only to find they did`t have a stick of ribs I don't believe if again I had to ask how long we would have to we had now been in there for 45 mins the food arrived, My Ribs were like cardboard, Jacket Potatoes and chilli type bean were cold these were sent back and after about 5 mins returned with them Hot both meals were not to there usual harvest standard if fact the worst meal ever

We really enjoyed our visit. The food was excellent. It was hot, tasty and the portions were a decent size too. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient - great customer service. Thank you - we'll be back!

Visited 13/04/2016, had been to various harvesters but found this one to be one of the best for cleanliness and ambiance, staff were very polite and being able to see cooking very reassuring. As with all harvesters, the only put off is serve yourself salad etc. only due to customer habits when spooning and touching food.

Decided to give the Arnos another try after not going there for over a year. Food has improved im happy to say. Service was good. But and here's a big but they have or had an issue with the toilets the smell was dreadful and every time someone braved the toilets and opened the door the smell was disgusting. So with that in mind I think it will be a while before I return.

Perfect place to eat. Pleasant locality, restaurant in connection with pub, near the station. Great menu with lots of choice. Have eaten there many times, the food's always good. Can choose many small starters instead of main course. Two or more starters and you can help yourself to the super salad bar. Fantastic desserts. Good, friendly service.

Food tasted great and the service was out of this world.ive visited harvester many a times and had good and bad times,but I believe this one of the best ones I've ever been too.i will be visiting again soon and bring my friends alone too.

A Sunday afternoon at this Harvester which we haven't been to for a while, it was all that last time but things can get better!We were given the table right by the entrance to the kitchen, which we've had a few times.Our waitress was Renata, she was pleasant and regularly checked we were ok during our visit.My little girl was over the moon to be able to have spare ribs on the children's menu, she was instantly sold! What she got looked decent as well!We had a shared combo of 'I Want It All' and this was pretty good, half a chicken, ribs, chorizo sausage, a skewer, so good!!The whole meal was amazing, was really happy with the place, the food, the service.. things have got better!

The steaks were consistent with previous visits to this restaurant. The overall service has improved as well as additional items being added to the menu. For a no nonsense meal which is good value for money, The Arnos Arms is ideal.

I concur with everything in the last two reviews. It has been many a year since I ate at this 'restaurant' and, as it is close to me, I thought that maybe it would be nice to celebrate my birthday there - what a mistake. I certainly won't be eating there again.If music so load that you can't hear anyone unless they shout and you like children running amock (this presumably is Harvesters idea of running a 'family friendly' environment) is your bag then this is the place for you. After a single course we were out of the place!Now lets wait for the managers condescending reply.

We popped in with the family for a dinner on Friday night as we were driving by, and bearing in mind our wonderful experience in our local Harvester (Romford, The Greyhound) all the time we expected the same... , but OMG!!! The salad bar had such a poor choice, as there were even no tomatoes, forget about beetroot or other choices , there was no white bread at all and when we asked , we were told we don't have it ( I can understand things happen sometimes , but on Friday night , I think it's a must to prepare with the full stock to be available ) . We have waited for food order to be taken about 20 min, noticed that people were going to ask to pay the bill as well, as no one approached them for so long... Our waitress gave us menus and said she will bring the colours for the little one , never came back...The refill machine was disgusting , my husband asked waiter to clean it, while he was chatting with his colleagues, as it was soooo dirty with fingerprints , that sensors were not working !! We did not touch it, but the customer in front of us tried to use it, and he succeeded from the third time!!! There was used butter paper on the carpet and a piece of toilet paper ( dirty) on the floor, but staff ignored them as many time as they passed by!!! And then we went to toilets .... I felt physically sick, as the stench was disgusting, it felt like the drainage has exploded... We could not enjoy our food with this horrible experience at all!!! And they were not busy at all... Shame as this kind of experience destroys the will to go back to the same place again...

So they have a new menu, I thought why not go to try it. This harvester needs a re-vamp, really dated, old tired looking. Also normally understaffed. However the worst part of the 'experience;' was the food. The new menu was awful, smaller portions, you cannot even get classic peri-peri chicken. The half chicken I ordered was more like a baby sized chicken, and it was well over cooked and dry with soft rubbery skin. It wasn't just a one off as another person with us ordered the same dish and felt the same. The ribs were partially covered in sauce, not succulent and moist, more dry boiled. The new (and seems only) maple sauce is awful. I think Weatherspoons now sells more tasty fresh value food than Harvester, and that's saying something! Even the kids meals are poor quality. Never again!

As a regular user of Harvester we decided to meet some friends at the Arnos Arms in Arnos Grove as this was half way house for both of us. We booked a table for 4 at 7.00pm on Thursday 18 February. The booking system was good and they had a table available.The downside of this venue is the terrible state of the fixtures and fittings which probably have NOT been cleaned or replaced for 20+years. The Manager (Chris) was very pleasant and said it was due for "some work". In my opinion the work should be to demolish the existing pub/restaurant and rebuild it.The other problem was that where ever you sit there is a permanent cold draught and it was uncomfortably cold. My wife and her friend had to resort to wearing scarves.The meal itself was of the usual acceptable Harvester standard and the servers were helpful.The final condemnation came when prior to leaving I went to the Gents toilet. This was an absolute disgrace. Disgusting does not come close to describing it. The floor was filthy the cubicles were dirty with no toilet seats and the stench was stomach wrenching.Had I needed to use (or check) the toilet on arrival we would NOT have eaten here.Finally,(and this applies to all Harvesters) the drink refill option does not have any diet/sugar free options apart from Pepsi Max. Mitchells &amp; Butler need to review their healthy options and give a better choice.
