Good food and very clean place.

A lovely cafe in the heart of Enfield Town. I heartily recommend any of the omellettes, Club BLT, or the Eggs Royale for a start. Naturally the rest of the menu is fantastic. You're in good hands here. Special thanks go to the lovely ladies who make the sandwiches etc, and to the boys in the back who keep the wheels greased. I have to say, I am impressed at the pace of production by these lot -- even at the busiest of times, I'm only waiting a short (10-15 mins max) time for a meal and coffee. Even in those circumstances, they'll usually get it out to us with breakneck speed. Impressive indeed.

Not sure if it has new owners/cooks, but the foods really gome downhill. Just basic stuff like toasted sandwich and jacket potatoe aren't good. Won't be returning.

The first time I was in the shop as Palmers very good food, second extremely disappointing. I ordered the Salt Beef with Gherkins and mustard sandwich and a Chocolate Milkshake. The Salt Beef Sandwich was so small like the size of a cream cracker, way to much mustard that made my eyes water, as regarding the milkshake which has the price on the menu, why charge me extra 50p for the syrup. I do hope they read there reviews as there's definitely room for improvement.

Ordered an omelette and it looked like a kids portion. Portions used to be bigger. Half of what they were. You'd expect that when prices go up portion sizes would either stay the same or go up with them, not reduce in size. Weird.

Very greasy and very expensive and VERY small portions and don't get me started on the price of a apple juice

Really great Cafe! I've been going regularly and each time the food is always so tasty and fresh! Every week, they have something new on their specials menu so something different to look forward to. The service is quick and staff are really friendly. I'm actually surprised by some of the negative reviews on here. I think its a great small business that's doing incredibly well. Keep going guys, I'll keep showing my support :)

Very basic and school canteen style food. They don’t listen when taking orders. The workers are constantly laughing and giggling with each other, no service. Took wrong order and were extremely rude when asked to correct the food. Older lady was constantly mumbling under her breath. The only good thing is, the gentleman who is the owner. The owner when present is lovely, and service is provided, assuming the workers are under supervision. When the owner is not there, the workers are not providing a service. I am very upset to write such review but unfortunately the service has gone downhill.

Loved the waitresses, food is okay :/ manager seemed very uptight towards the waitresses… overall an okay experience

The food was delicious and the coffee was perfect. The servers were very polite and service was quick. There was a wide range of food and drink options (breakfast+lunch menu). The prices were good and worth it for the portion size. Coffees cost around £2-4. Food cost from £4-10 depending on what you order

I've noticed good reviews...very suspicious. Place looks and feels authentic but fails to deliver...ordinary slice bread from a supermarket, coffee weak, limp toast, tiny servings of poorly cooked food. I guess just another over priced cafe, such a shame that quality cafes are hard to find. Despite polite staff and a good standard of of cleanliness, a disappointing experience.

Food is always nice and fresh. Staff are always happy to accommodate with whatever choice of food I make. I have allergies and nothing is ever a problem.

£5 for an Iced coffee?! and it was not good and £1.60 for a croissant :O, cafe very overpriced.

The cafe is nice from outside but the inside’s atmosphere is so poky and gloomy, it would be good if there was a background music playing which could definitely change the atmosphere. Their food quality was fine, but the staff were not really friendly.

Just popped in for a coffee and cake. We wanted to choose a cake from the display at the front of the shop but the waiting staff kept telling us to sit, quite rudely in fact. Not an enjoyable experience.

I have been a customer for years but after today will not be back. We asked for crispy bacon and tomato toasted sandwich. When it arrived the bacon looked like white mince and smelt off. We both took a tentative bite and it was off. I spoke discretely to a staff member and she apologised. The manager came over, very defensive and said that's what a bacon sandwich tastes like and that he's never had a complaint, at the top of his voice. The offending product was still sitting in the chilled cabinet when we left. Mistakes happen and you would have thought he would have sampled it himself to ensure the safety of others. No complaints about the staff but he has lost our custom.

Absolutely perfect in every way we'll done

Very beautiful place, delicious desserts, fresh, fast and lovely attention. Only negative thing that I have felt was the weird "burnt oil" smell that never left the place.

Nice and clean place. Food is fresh and well prepared. I had a lovely veggie breakfast and got a decent size portion of delicious food. Staff is kind and accommodating. Will be back again.

I always enjoy visiting and sitting in to have breakfast or Brunch here. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and the food is great quality. I love the atmosphere when you first walk in especially on a cold day and you can smell the aroma of coffee, vanilla and baked bread greeting you. A beautiful little café in a fantastic location.

So rude staff - I ordered eggs sandwiches. The bread was so dry, I asked for replacement. They refused then I refused to pay for this. The staff seemed not care what people asked for cos they kept bringing foods on table which wasn't ours. Would not recommend to go there again.

We went for breakfast with my friend and our order was wrong.we said mushrooms& cheese omlet.they bring ham&cheese and next to pancake.they bring burn crepe. when we told the waitress it was wrong And burn. menu is different, order is different.she said that This is it. Do you want it or not?we said no She was very very rude.I never recommend menus are smaller than before. such rude people should not work in the service area

One of the staff working there she always has lashes on and her attitude is so bad like everytime I come to eat in there she always give bad attitude and not acting professionally at all especially today went this morning with my friends and order a large black coffee and she gave me a small black coffee and I let her know in a very nice way like hello excuse me I order a large black coffee and she has the audacity to be rude and say "you didn't say you want a large black coffee" and walked away. Everytime she always give me and my family bad attitude and everytime we order she doesn't even listen to us ordering and when she give us the wrong order she will say we didn't say we want the order like what ??? I'm not coming here anymore because of her everyone else is very nice but just her very rude.

Seated quickly lots of choice food was good but one of the staff who was serving behind the counter had a very unhelpful attitude and was quite rude in her tone of voice when asked about specials did not seem to know what was on offer. Need customer service training.

Despite the non-white name, great cafe for white people. However the service and amicability towards people of colour is not as great with certain white staff. Food is good. Service depends on who you are…

We went there for breakfast, one of the waiters was so rude. When I've asked for cake menu she said I have to come to the counter because she will have to stand here for 20 minutes and talking about cakes. On the top of that food was disgusting, benedict eggs from microwave was hard-boiled, the cake dry and too sweet that I couldn't eat it. Obviously, staff make you feel unwanted, definitely, we will never be back there. Shame because only the boss seems to be polite.

i had pouched egg on toast, more like hard boiled eggs on toast and when i say toast i mean bread that had pretended to see a toaster and all for the privilege of £7 😳

Cancelled the food and left as staff started a protest as they weren't being paid for overtime. Horrible atmosphere. We don't blame the employees though if they're not being paid properly.

Ordered the full English but disappointed that it comes with chips rather than hash browns. Other than that, very good eggs, sausage and bacon. Would have earned that extra star for hash browns and a better choice of tea (cheap tetley).

First time here with my mum. And it was a really good breakfast!!! especially the sausage!! so tasty and not greasy!!Coffee was good and fresh OJ was lovely.highly recommended. Will defo be back again .Thank you

Decided to have a quick brekkie not been here bfore. Pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and the food was fresh and tasty. The coffee is really nice. The service was friendly and efficient. Thanks Bonito.

The food and drinks are brilliant, but it is not cheap.

They re-wash the uneaten salad from peoples plates and serve it back as if it was fresh...( ex employee)

I orded a smoked salmon and Avocado salad. It came with two slices of Cucumber two slices of tomatoes and the rest was a bed of lettuce and no Avocado. When I mentioned it the waitress brought the Avocado 🥑 but honestly she shouldn't have bothered it was so small. I left feeling hungry. I think they could have made more effort.

Fabulous little cafe in Enfield Town, we go at least once a month for brunch . Everything is made fresh. Service with a smile, nothing is too much trouble.

Superb fresh baguette sandwich, excellent coffee.

Friendly to begin with however wife was sorting the baby and knocked her tea over when she apologised the women said not a problem its your tea not mine !! When going to the counter to pay we had to buy another tea for take away and yes we had to pay . Quite sad as food was quite nice !!
